Abstract

Straw mushrooms are one of the food ingredients that contain lots of nutrients and are liked by the community. One of the villages that became the center of straw mushrooms in Karawang Regency is Pasirukeum Village. The mushroom in this village was developed by farmers who are members of the Sri Muncul farmer group. However, over time, the production of straw mushrooms are decreasing year by year. One of the contributing factors is the low quality of mushroom seeds and the lack of knowledge and skills of farmers in conducting nurseries. Based on these problems, this community service activity aims to help the community provide solutions, namely in the form of socialization and training in nursery of straw mushroom . The method used is counseling and training on seed production of straw mushroom. There are four indicators used to measure farmers' knowledge, which are related to seeding and cultivation, mushroom quality, farming risk and income. The results of the implementation show that the knowledge of farmers (partners) about breeding and cultivation has increased by 27%, farmers' knowledge regarding the quality of straw mushrooms has increased by 22.1%, increased knowledge of farmers related to farming risks has increased by 25.6% and increased knowledge of farmers related to income in farming. increased by 23.7%. The average increase in knowledge and skills of farmers as a whole is 24.6%.

Abstract

Abstrak UMKM Super Murni merupakan usaha kecil industri rumahan yang melakukan produksi dan penjualan tempe di kota Bekasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi di UMKM Super Murni adalah adanya kondisi kelebihan stok produksi tempe. Peramalan penjualan dapat membantu pemilik usaha dalam membuat keputusan dan memiliki jumlak stok optimal berdasarkan hasil ramalan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peramalan penjualan serta menganalisis keuntungan yang diperoleh dari hasil ramalan penjualan tempe papan besar dan medium di UMKM Super Murni selama 12 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Naïve, Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing dan ARIMA. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Mean Square Error (MSE) terkecil untuk tempe papan besar terdapat pada metode ARIMA (0,1,2) dengan nilai MSE sebesar 7.126,07 dan untuk tempe papan medium terdapat pada metode ARIMA (3,1,3) dengan nilai Mean Square Error (MSE) sebesar 23.519,6. Ramalan tempe papan besar menunjukkan penurunan penjualan dari periode 15 ke 16, lalu stabil hingga periode 26. Penjualan tempe papan medium naik turun setiap periode, tetapi stabil di sekitar rata-rata. Total keuntungan penjualan kedua jenis tempe pada periode 15-26 adalah Rp142.399.816 dengan rata-rata Rp11.866.651 per periode.Kata kunci: ARIMA; MSE; peramalan penjualan; tempe; UMKM. Abstract UMKM Super Murni is a small home industry business that produces and sells tempeh in Bekasi city. The problem that occurs at Super Murni MSME is the condition of excess stock of tempeh production. Sales forecasting can help business owners make decisions and have optimal stock quantities based on sales forecast results. This study aims to analyze sales forecasting and analyze the profits obtained from the sales forecast results of large and medium tempe boards at Super Murni MSMEs for 12 months. This research uses Naïve, Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing and ARIMA methods. The results showed that the smallest Mean Square Error (MSE) value for large board tempeh was in the ARIMA (0,1,2) method with an MSE value of 7.126,07 and for medium board tempeh was in the ARIMA (3,1,3) method with a Mean Square Error (MSE) value of 23.519,6. The forecast for large board tempeh shows a decrease in sales from period 15 to 16, then stable until period 26. Sales of medium board tempeh fluctuate every period, but stable around the average. The total sales profit of both types of tempeh in periods 15-26 was Rp142.399.816 with an average of Rp11.866.651 per period.Keywords: ARIMA; MSE; sales forecasting; tempeh; UMKM
