Abstract

The West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Mobile Brigade has a complex task in protecting the public order, of course there are efforts being made in detecting the possibility of disturbances. Surely this was done by an intelligence unit in the West Nusa Tenggara Regional Police Mobile Brigade unit. The obstacles that hampered the NTB Regional Police Brimob Intelligence Communication in Conducting Early Detection of the Threshold of Kamtibmas Disturbances in Mataram City are as follows: 1) The informant did not want to openly tell the events that had happened; 2) lack of information obtained; 3) the informant did not provide correct information; 4) difficulties in cooperating with informants; 5) lack of public awareness. The NTB Regional Police Mobile Intelligence Communication Strategy in Conducting Early Detection of the Threshold of Kamtibmas Disturbances in Mataram City as follows. 1) use espionage in gathering information material; 2) looking for as many sources of information; 3) looking for comparative information; 4) find other informants; 5) invite the community to work together in providing information. The Implications of the NTB Regional Police Brimob Intelligence Communication in Conducting Early Detection of the Threshold of Kambitmas Disturbances in the City of Mataram are as follows: 1) the more information material obtained; 2) the facts presented in the disclosure of the problem; 3) get reference information; 4) more sources to get information; and 5) the role of Bhabinkamtimas as the frontline in handling problems.

Abstract

Fraud could happen in all sectors, one is sector procurement of goods and services. Commission eradication Corruption KPK finds almost 80% cases of corruption it handles sourced from deviation in the procurement of goods and services. Lack of communication is one reason from happening this fraud. The study focused on four things, that is, form communication, Obstacles, solutions to resolve Constraints, and implementation of effective communication to prevent fraud in the procurement of goods and services. destination study this that is find and analyze forms, constraints, solutions, and implementation communication to prevent fraud in the procurement of goods and services. Methodology Study use method qualitative descriptive, with type data collection using technique observation, interview, and documentation. Data analyzed through stages reduction, exposure, and withdrawal conclusion so that Becomes results study in the form of suggestions or recommendations. As for results of research, this show, that the shape of communication carried out is communication organization, communication group, and verbal/non-verbal communication conducted in meetings or discussions between work units. Obstacles found that is miscommunication and networking communication. solution resolve constraint that is clear instructions, stop assuming, becomes a good listener, write important information, and submit a question. Implementation of effective communication in the procurement of goods and services at IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram that effective communication one that is respected tall during the procurement process of goods and services. Communication was effective and important for preventing happening cheating and having a great effect big in progress procurement goods and services environment government good center or area.

Abstract

This research is directed to get a description of Leadership Communication in Maintaining Employee The objectives of this study are: (1) to describe the forms of leadership communication in maintaining employee performance, (2) to identify the inhibiting factors of leadership communication in maintaining employee performance, (3) to analyze the implications of leadership communication in maintaining employee performance. This study uses interpersonal communication theory. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained and then analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, display or data presentation, data verification or data collection. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) the communication used in maintaining employee performance is internal communication and the communication used is verbal communication which can be conveyed via the Whatsapp group and if the message conveyed to employees is not understood then the leadership holds a meeting to discuss in more detail so that it can be understood 2) There are many inhibiting factors experienced such as computers, cameras (canon, air conditioner, wifi, and a lack of makeshift equipment workforce. 3) "The implications of communication in maintaining employee performance which are applied by the leadership for now are in accordance with existing corridors such as discipline or being on time, obeying the orders of the leadership. Implementation carried out by the leadership in maintaining employee performance provides guidance and supervision and carries out workshops.

Abstract

Distribusi produk makanan ringan di daerah terpencil seperti Kabupaten Lombok Tengah menghadapi berbagai tantangan geografis, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur, topografi yang sulit, cuaca ekstrem, kekurangan tenaga kerja terampil, serta variasi permintaan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dalam distribusi, menganalisis strategi adaptif yang diterapkan oleh distributor dan salesman, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi tersebut dalam mendukung efisiensi operasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi dan wawancara lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi seperti penggunaan kendaraan khusus, perencanaan rute yang efisien, pelatihan tenaga kerja lokal, dan penyesuaian produk terhadap kebutuhan pasar mampu meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi dan menjaga kualitas produk. Temuan ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan teoritis tentang distribusi logistik di daerah dengan tantangan geografis, tetapi juga menawarkan panduan praktis untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam manajemen rantai pasok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Kalandara Resort Lombok dalam konteks industry perhotelan. Kajian difokuskan pada perencanaan SDM, rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, sistem penghargaan, evaluasi kinerja, serta pengelolaan SDM. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan lokasi di Kalandara Resort Lombok. Subjek penelitian meliputi General Manager, Head of Departement, Staf HRD, dan beberapa staff yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen SDM diterapkan secara terstruktur dan komprehensif. Perencanaan tenaga kerja disesuaikan dengan tingkat hunian dan kebutuhan operasional, rekrutmen dan seleksi dilakukan secara ketat, pelatihan rutin meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan, serta sistem penghargaan dan evaluasi kinerja berbasis indikator kinerja. Praktik ini berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kualitas layanan.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang mengombinasikan aktivitas pembersihan kawasan pesisir dengan upaya rehabilitasi fauna liar telah diimplementasikan oleh Institut Agama Hindu Negeri (IAHN) Gde Pudja Mataram di wilayah Pantai Loang Baloq, Sekarbela, Mataram pada 26 Juli 2025. Inisiatif ini mengusung semangat "Aksi Nyata IAHN Gde Pudja Mataram dalam Mendukung Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan" dengan melibatkan komunitas akademik dan warga lokal secara kolaboratif. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian mencakup tiga tahap: (1) pemilihan lokasi pengabdian, (2) pelibatan peserta seperti sivitas akademik, tokoh masyarakat, dan warga lokal secara kolaboratif, dan (3) implementasi kegiatan pengabdian. Fokus kegiatan tidak terbatas pada eliminasi limbah pesisir, namun mencakup upaya konservasi biota laut, spesies avifauna, serta ekosistem pantai secara komprehensif. Penerapan filosofi Tri Hita Karana, khususnya dimensi palemahan yang mengutamakan keselarasan antara manusia dengan lingkungan alaminya, menjadikan program ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keselarasan antara manusia dengan lingkungan alaminya, menjadikan program ini berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pencapaian SDG 14 (Ekosistem Laut) dan SDG 15 (Ekosistem Daratan). Evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran kolektif masyarakat mengenai pentingnya pelestarian wilayah pesisir serta penguatan nilai harmoni sosial-budaya di kawasan Loang Baloq
