Abstract

Scout education in Indonesia is an important aspect of national education and is part of the history of Indonesia's struggle. In its development, scouting education has begun to be less attractive and is considered a monotonous activity and what is learned is only that. Whereas behind the simplicity of scouting education, scouting activities can be observed seriously and will develop all the potential that has been bestowed by Allah to humans related to Islamic religious values ??contained in the basic principles of scouting. The purpose of this research is to describe the cultivation of Islamic religious values ??through scout extracurricular activities at SMP PGRI Jogoroto. Supporting and inhibiting factors for planting Islamic religious values ??through scout extracurricular activities at SMP PGRI Jogoroto. This type of research includes field research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data display and verification. Furthermore, the data validity test technique is through participation extension, observation persistence, and triangulation. The result of this research is the method of planting Islamic religious values, namely the method of advising, the method of letting go, and the method of modeling. The material for planting Islamic religious values ??is the values ??of faith and moral values. Supporting factors: psychological factors in the form of student motivation, social environmental factors, learning approach factors. Inhibiting factors, namely the lack of parental education for children, a less supportive environment, and differences in student IQ.

Abstract

Student management includes the entire process of managing students in an education system that includes needs analysis until students become alumni. This study aims, first, to describe the implementation of student management at MTs Raden Rahmat Selorejo Jombang. Second, describe the quality of madrasas at MTs Raden Rahmat Selorejo Jombang. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results obtained first, the implementation of students at MTs Raden Rahmat Mojowarno includes recruitment: selection of prospective students, dissemination of information, registration requirements, and implementation of recruitment. Second, the quality of madrasas at MTs Raden Rahmat Mojowarno is quite good with indicators a. Focus on customers both internal and external. Customer internal includes parents, students, teachers, administrators, staff and the board schools in the education system. While the customer External factors are the community, companies, families and universities. b. Total involvement of the institution by involving the entire community in the institution to participate in improving the quality of madrasas. c. Continuous improvement in the form of evaluating each component within the institution through monthly meetings organized by the madrasa, involving the community and stakeholders.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the process of forming student character through the process of memorizing the Quran, as has been done in SDIT Ar-Ruhul Jadid Jombang. An educational institution that offers a tahfidz al-Qura'an program for its students. The existence of this program is an effort to shape the pious character of students in line with the values ??contained in the Qur'an so that it is expected to produce quality and moral graduates. In addition, a pious character can also fortify oneself from unfavorable Western cultural threats that can impact children's behavior. Therefore, this research must be made into a paper. This research uses qualitative methods, using techniques of data collection in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive and qualitative analysis. Research results show that the management of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program in shaping the character of students at SDIT ar-Ruhul Jadid begins with planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising, which are included in the series of program implementations. The process of character formation through the tahfidzul Qur'an program involves getting students used to always memorizing the Qur'an, especially when at school. Character building is also carried out by creating a school environment that has the nuances of the Qur'an. Through this process, the pious character of students is formed. The formation of pious character is in line with the school's vision, namely, students who have a righteous character

Abstract

This community service was carried out at Ma'had Tahfidz Darul Falah, Selangor, Malaysia, involving 15 core administrators of Ma'had using a participatory-educational approach. The community service activities were divided into three stages, namely the preparation stage and identification of needs through field observation and interviews. The implementation stage of training in the form of a three-day intensive workshop that integrated interactive lecture methods, group discussions, case studies, and simulations of organizational structure preparation and annual work program planning as well as the evaluation and follow-up stage in the form of evaluation. The results of the community service showed improvements in the managerial awareness of administrators, a more systematic organizational structure arrangement, increased communication and coordination between administrators, and more structured and sustainable program planning. The contribution of this community service lies in the development of Islamic education management science, especially in the context of traditional religious institutions that still rely on informal systems, by presenting a managerial training model based on local practices and a participatory approach that can be adopted by similar institutions in an effort to increase organizational effectiveness and santri development
