Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi full day school dalam pembentukan karakter siswa SMP Negeri di Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Desain penelitiannya adalah deskriptif. Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi full day school dalam pembentukan karakter siswa SMP Negeri di Banjarmasin. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa SMP Negeri Banjarmasin. Sampel penelitian adalah 66 siswa SMP Negeri 6 Banjarmasin sebagai wakil sekolah yang telah menerapkan full day school. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket tentang implementasi full day school dalam pembentukan karakter siswa SMP Negeri. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian analisis implementasi full day school dalam pembentukan karakter siswa SMP Negeri di Banjarmasin diperoleh nilai rata-rata 81,09 dengan kategori baik. Untuk Implementasi full day school SMP Negeri di Banjarmasin diperoleh nilai rata-rata 79,69 dengan kategori baik. Pembentukan karakter siswa SMP Negeri di Banjarmasin diperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,83 dengan kategori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in working discipline of teachers based on the leadership style of principal of Elementary Schools in North Banjarmasin districts.The population in this study was all state elementary school (SDN) teachers in North Banjarmasin district, as many as 460 people. In order to obtain the sample for each school it is determined by proportional random sampling.The number of sample was determined by Slovin formula, and obtained a sample of 219 people. Techniques of data collection were questionnaire and study documentation. The questionnaire used was of two (2) pieces: the teacher questionnaire for working discipline and leadership style. The validity of questionnaire was tested by using Pearson Product Moment Correlation and its reliability by using Cronbach's Alpha. The number of questions tested was 30. To determine differences in working discipline of teachers based on leadership style of principal One-Way ANOVA. The results shows that (1) working discipline of SDN teachers in North Banjarmasin district is as the following: 18 schools (46,15%) were in high classification, and 21 schools (53,84%) were in low classification, (2) the leadership style of the principal of SDN teachers in North Banjarmasin district consists of: 9 schools (23.07%) were in the form of instruction, 15 schools (38.46%) were in the form of consultations, 3 schools (7.69%) were in the form of participation, and 12 schools (30.76% ) were in the form of delegation.The results shows there was no differences in teachers' working discipline based on leadership style.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the implementation of character education through habituation in Angkinang State Elementary Schools, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The object of this research is the application of character education through habituation in the Angkinang State Elementary School, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The subjects in this study were all students at the Angkinang State Elementary School, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency. The population of students studied from grade I to VI was 79 students. By using qualitative methods. Data mining tools by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of character education through habituation at the Angkinang State Elementary School, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency has a very positive influence on students at school and is reflected in their daily activities. The application of character education through habituation at SDN Angkinang Kab. Hulu Sungai Selatan received positive results because it was able to change the attitudes of students for the better, these attitudes can be seen from their daily activities at school. And habituation activities are also very easy to do without wasting time or wasting energy, especially for elementary school students who are still young can understand through simple examples

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara pendapatan orang tua terhadap perilaku siswa di SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif korelasi. Penelitian korelasi bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 di SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin yang ber- jumlah 30 orang siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik total sampling atau sampling total. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa tingkat pen- dapatan orang tua di kelas XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 12 Banjarmasin dalam kategori sendang dan rendah, terdapat hubungan sangat rendah yang bersifat negatif antara pendapatan orang tua dengan perilaku siswa dan hipotesis yang didapatkan yaitu tidak ada hubungan antara pendapatan orang tua terhadap perilaku siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 12 Banjarmasin. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan bahwa r hitung = -0,097 lebih kecil daripada r tabel = 0,361 pada taraf signifikan 5% dan t hitung = -0,515 lebih kecil daripada t tabel = 1,701 pada taraf signifikan 5% untuk uji satu pihak, sehingga dapat dibuktikan bahwa hipotesis nol (H0) tidak ada hubungan antara pendapatan orang tua terhadap perilaku siswa dinyatakan diterima.
