Abstract

Mengedepankan pelayanan untuk banyak orang dalam pemenuhan dan pertumbuhan banyak orang akan membentuk citra diri yang baik dan mendapatkan kesempatan untuk dihargai sebagai pelayan yang memimpin serta melayani banyak orang di sekitarnya merupakan citra diri sebagai tipe gembala dengan kepemimpinan Kristus sebagai hamba atau pelayan yang memberikan fokus utama pada suatu aktivitas pelayanan dan bukan berdasarkan otoritas kekuasaan semata. Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif yang menerangkan proses kepemimpinan yang terstruktur dan terencana memiliki visioner melayani banyak orang merupakan sosok pelayan yang memimpin bagikan seorang hamba atau budak yang melayani tuannya walaupun dia sendiri seorang pemimpin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dalam gereja, pemimpin itu sama seperti pelayan yang fokus utamanya dengan sukarela mengerjakan tugas panggilannya untuk melayani banyak orang sehingga karya Yesus Kristus di dunia dalam pemberitaan keselamatan tersebar pada dunia melalui kematian Kristus sehingga memberikan kesimpulan bahwa panggilan sebagai kepemimpinan harus dengan hati yang sukarela untuk melayani semua orang karena itu merupakan inti pokok pelayanan dalam gereja sehingga dapat dikatakan sebagai pemimpin harus melayani, artinya siap memberikan dirinya sebagai pemimpin dalam pengabdiannya pada Allah dan tidak pada manusia.

Abstract

The purpose of living a life pleasing to God means that every believer must meet God's standards, not all humans can fulfill them because of human sinfulness itself. As a result of sins committed from all human actions, in order to live to please God, all counselors and counselees must meet God's standards, but the problem is that the counselee's life is found by the counselor himself, still in acts of the flesh that do not show the standard of God's approval. This research article uses content analysis and qualitative data as literature research. Counselees who have problems in social life such as tattooing their bodies, often smoking, live rah-rah tend to get drunk making their future full of failures. The current research shows the results that state that the dimensions of life pleasing to God must be obeyed by every counselor and counselee as believers and practice it in various activities in daily life so that each counselee can live willingly, namely meeting God's standards. The novelty in this study uses ethical theory to be responsible for each counselee to act in the dimension of life pleasing to God. The conclusion is that every counselor and counselee as a believer must live a holy life, be faithful in worship, use the gifts that God has given well to contribute to the benefit of many people, behave well and please God.

Abstract

Indonesia dikenal dengan berbagai suku dan budaya, bahasa dan adat istiadat, termasuk berbagai agama, sehingga disebut sebagai negara pluralitas. Pluralitas ini sudah ada dan mutlak nyata dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Keberagaman agama diterima umat Kristiani secara kritis dalam menjalankan tugas menyampaikan pesan keselamatan dari Tuhan yang tercermin dalam kehidupan Kristus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan pluralitas agama dalam masyarakat majemuk bahwa terdapat keunikan Kristus di tengah pluralisme sosial masyarakat dan peran sosial gereja dalam pluralitas kehidupan sosial dalam dialog bersama untuk menciptakan keharmonisan antar umat beragama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif analisis dengan menggunakan studi literatur sebagai metode penelitiannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia kaya akan keberagaman budaya dan pluralitas agama yang mampu menciptakan dialog harmonis antar kerukunan umat beragama dalam keberagaman Indonesia. Kesimpulan akhirnya adalah setiap warga negara diberikan kebebasan memilih untuk menganut satu budaya atau agama yang dianutnya saja serta menghormati agama lain dan keragaman budaya, sehingga berimplikasi pada terciptanya kerukunan dan ketertiban dalam kerukunan umat beragama di Indonesia.

Abstract

Churches that provide pastoral leadership must always be transformative and their decisions must be innovative to become the center of God's presence and government on earth so that God reverses the current conditions of worship of Israel and the Tabernacle of David for church pastors who are transformative and make innovative decisions when talking about the worship of church pastors in Israel to God forever to be obedient and faithful. The descriptive qualitative method used in this research is in the form of various literature accompanied by various journal articles related to this research topic. The research results show that the Tabernacle of David is a symbol (typos) of the Church and the Restoration of the Tabernacle of David is seen as a continuation of God's promise to Abraham, which was then passed on to David as the Successor to Transformative Pastoral Leadership in an innovative decision with a broader scope which "in the distant future ”, God showed “a series of people to come” (2 Sam.7:19). The final conclusion mentions the Tabernacle of David as the Davidic dynasty as Transformative Shepherd Leadership which takes innovative decisions symbolizing God's reign until eternity so that the complete Restoration of the Tabernacle of David includes: aspects of Israel's nationality, namely the unification of the Northern and Southern kingdoms, the descendants of David, and all nations.
