Abstract

Problems still arise in the online buying and selling process even though there are strict rules made by Bukalapak as a service provider. Violation of the rules by unscrupulous users will harm the buyer. To minimize violations, buyers are provided with facilities so that they can make complaints about the products received. Complaints and other processes that follow it seem like khiyar in Islamic law that needs to be analyzed based on shariah compliance. This research is a library research, with descriptive data presentation, data collection using documentation techniques and data analysis using Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study show an analysis of shariah compliance with the complaint process, the choice of reasons for the complaint and the choice of complaint solutions provided by Bukalapak. The results of the analysis show compliance with sharia principles based on the fatwa of the Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI) and the Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (KHES).

Abstract

The government's policy to limit the movement of the community to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus affects the economic situation of most people, especially during a pandemic like this time. The community is expected to be able to contribute according to their respective conditions and abilities. One of the contributions that can be made is in the form of philanthropy. Philanthropy is not limited to loving others related to the economic field, such as zakat, infaq, almsgiving, waqf, or others, but has a broader meaning. This study aims to determine the spirit of Islamic philanthropy in the social activities of members of the Majelis Nurul 'Ilmi STMIK Palangkaraya during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative research using observation and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis in narrative or descriptive form using inductive thinking. The results of this study found that the social activities of the members of Majelis Nurul 'Ilmi were carried out based on the spirit of Islamic philanthropy.

Abstract

Philanthropy is not limited to loving others related to the economic field, such as zakat, infaq, alms, waqf or others. This study aims to inventory the spirit of Islamic philanthropy in Max Weber's social actions, especially in the act of rationality of values from the behavior of the congregation of Majelis Ratib Atthos Palangka Raya. This study is a qualitative study using data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation. Data analysis was performed using qualitative procedures. The results of this study found the behavior of the assemblies in the form of social actions of value rationality carried out with the spirit of Islamic philanthropy.

Abstract

Indikator utama untuk mengukur kualitas sebuah perguruan tinggi adalah akreditasi. Salah satu bagian penilaian akreditasi oleh assessor akreditasi adalah ketersediaan dokumen yang harus dapat dihadirkan ketika diminta oleh assessor. STMIK Palangkaraya sudah menggunakan pengelolaan dokumen berbasis cloud Google Drive, namun pencarian kembali dokumen yang ada tidak efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pengelolaan dokumen tersebut menggunakan PIECES Framework. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Google Drive untuk mengelola dokumen akreditasi tidak efektif dan tidak efisien. Karena itu dibutuhkan pengembangan aplikasi atau sistem yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelaksanaan akreditasi terutama yang berkaitan pencarian dokumen.

Abstract

Community Service conducted by STMIK Palangkaraya, especially by the faculty, is an activity from one of the Three Pillars of Higher Education that must be carried out at least once a year. The service activity carried out in Bahu Palawa Village, which is one of the villages in Kahayan Tengah Subdistrict, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The implemented service is community empowerment in the form of training focused on Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel. This training was conducted to provide knowledge and skills for staff and village officials in processing data needed according to their respective job fields. The training was organized to help improve the abilities of the staff and village officials to perform tasks related to office administration. This activity has been carried out and has received a positive response from the staff and the community.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui prosedur pengembangna dan kelayakan media komik tema peduli terhadapmakhluk hidup. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru masih menggunakan media yang umum seperti buku paket, foto, video, jadi dalam penelitian ini peneliti memilih media komik bertemakan peduli terhadap makhluk hidup untuk meningkakan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap lingkungan sekitar, tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket validasi ahli materi, angket validasi ahli media, angket respon siswa kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dengan 5 tahap yaitu Analisis, Design, Development, Implementasi, Evaluasi. Kelayakan media komik diperoleh dari penilaian validator materi yang mendapatkan skor 53 dengan presentase kelayakan 77,94% dengan kategori layak, berdasarkan penilaian dari validator media mendapatkan skor 63 dengan presentase 78,75% terisi kategori layak. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan kriteria sangat baik dengan presentase 94% dan respon kelompok besar adalah 90,85% Oleh karena itu, media komik tema peduli terhadap makhluk hidup dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran di SDN 4 Bajur Mataram.

Abstract

This study aims to develop instructional materials in the form of Interactive Electronic Worksheets (E-LKPD) based on Liveworksheet for the science subject (IPAS) for Grade V students at SDN 4 Bentek, and to determine the feasibility and student response to the developed instructional materials. The research method employed is the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model consisting of the stages: analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Both qualitative and quantitative data are utilized. The results of the research and development indicate that the development of E-LKPD using Liveworksheets for science learning achieves a media expert score of 86.7% and a content expert score of 91.3%, which are categorized as very feasible. Meanwhile, the assessment given by students during the trial phase is 90%, also categorized as very feasible. This demonstrates that E-LKPD using Liveworksheet is suitable for use in science learning processes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Nussa and Rara animated film learning media in increasing the understanding of the character values ​​of grade 2 students at SDN 42 Ampenan. This type of research is experimental research using a Pre-experimental design of the One Group Pretest-Posttest type. The research instruments used were observation and written tests in the form of multiple choices. Before conducting an assessment of the hypothesis, a prerequisite test is carried out, namely the normality test. The normality test results obtained a significance value for the pretest data of 0.098>0.05 and a posttest significance value of 0.099>0.05, which means that the data is normally distributed. After the data is normally distributed, a hypothesis test is carried out using a paired simple t-test with a value of 0.000<0.05. This means that HO is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant difference in the means. Based on the results of the N-Gain Score test calculation, it shows that the average N-Gain score for the experimental class is 0.7274 or 72%, including the effective category, which means it can be concluded that the use of learning media for the animated film Nussa and Rara is effectively used in increasing understanding of values. character of grade 2 students at SDN 42 Ampenan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Era digital saat ini menuntut guru untuk terus berinovasi dalam memvariasikan media yang digunakan dalam mengajar diantaranya menggunakan video pembelajara. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kevalidan dan kepraktisan media video berbasis KineMaster pada materi daur hidup hewan kelas IV SDN 4 Cakranegara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian Research & Development (R&D) dengan model 4D. Yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu: define (Pendefinisian), design (Perancang), develoment (Pengembangkan), dan Desseminate (Penyebaran). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket validasi ahli materi dan ahli media, angket respon guru, dan angket respon siswa, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan persentase hasil uji validasi ahli materi 95,85% dengan kategori sangat valid, ahli media sebesar 85,66% dengan kategori sangat valid, respon siswa sebesar 95,5% dengan kategori sangat praktis, dan respon guru sebesar 96,6% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis KineMaster pada materi daur hidup hewan kelas IV dinyatakan sangat valid dan sangat praktis untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.
