Abstract

Answering the challenges of the business world of telecommunications services with the sharpening of competition, Indosat need to do to improve the quality of service. For that we need a sober assessment of the factors that have an influence on the quality of the service itself. Suspected of employees working ability and interpersonal communication can affect the quality of service at the company experiment was conducted with the aim of proving allegations that an employee working ability and interpersonal communication together affect the quality of care in Indosat. From the results of data processing can be in the know that individually and the two independent variables have a relationshipand influence equally strong on the quality of service (r X1 = 0.621 and r x2 = 0.670) Collectively variable Job Skills Employees and Communication Between Personal Associated very strong with quality service on (R = 0.853) and by the coefficient of determination of 72.8% affect test results significantly with T test and F test proved significant at 95% confidence level, it can be concluded that: Alleged ability Employee Work and Inter-Personal Communication together effect on the quality of service at PT Indosat Tbk. Positive and significant effect can be received.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership competencies, work discipline and organizational climate partially or jointly against employee productivity. This study uses quantitative methods to survey techniques. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire enclosed with Likert scale. This research uses a random sample of the number of respondents is 72 employees. Data obtained from this study will be analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS version 19 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that There is a positive and significant influence between the competence leader (X1) on the productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.312 with a simple regression equation = 16,095 + 0,426X1. There is a positive and significant effect of labor discipline (X2) to the satisfaction of productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.373 with a simple regression equation = 23.561 + 0,463X2. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational climate (X3) on productivity of employees (Y) with a correlation coefficient of determination of 0.323 with a simple regression equation = 11.292 + 0,687X3. There is a positive and significant influence competence leader (X1), work discipline (X2) and organizational climate (X3) together on productivity (Y), multiple correlation coefficient of determination obtained 0,929 with multiple regression equation = 6.312 + 0,152X1 + 0.257X2+0,306X3. This research is expected to be useful for companies in particular to increase employee productivity maximally. Researchers suggest that corporate management, always improve the competence of leaders, work discipline and organizational climate so that employee productivity increases in the future.

Abstract

Health is something very important and valuable, without a healthy one can not enjoy life. As the times progressed, the types of disease increased with new or even different manifestations of previous symptoms. Medical diagnosis (abbreviated DS or Dx) is the process of determining a disease or condition of symptoms and signs of a person. ARI disease is one type of disease that suffered someone. ARI is an inflammatory process in the area of the respiratory system starting from the top of the nasal cavity, progressing to the pharynx and larynx. ARD disease without good knowledge can lead to erroneous treatment of a disease, may be more severe or even cause death if late helped. One tool that is very helpful in making diagnosis of internal diseases is expert system. Expert system in general is a system that seeks to adopt human computer knowledge, so that the computer can solve problems as is usually done by experts. Hopefully with this system, the layman can solve certain problems either slightly complicated or complicated though without the help of experts in the field As for experts, this system can be used as an experienced assistant. Application of expert system used to diagnose internal diseases by using Forward Chaning method where the diagnosis is done by analyzing the input of symptoms in the form of questions about what is felt by the patient. Input the symptoms are then processed by using certain rules in accordance with the science of experts or general practitioners who previously been stored in the rules of treatment. Analysis results then checked compatibility with the doctor's diagnosis to know the truth. Keywords: Expert System, Diagnosis, ARI, Forward Chaining

Abstract

PT. Arka Mahesa Pratama Jakarta at the moment still use media design or events to websites but the result of such media are still less effective so many masyakat yet mengetahiunya. PT. Arka Mahesa Pratama Jakarta desperately needs the project shaped media video ads so the public know more. On the concept of there stages of preproduction, production and postproduction. To get the maximum project then the need of supporting applications that will be used so that the end result of the work of the project video more interesting.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a decline in motorcycle sales produced by PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG in the 2014-2018 period. In this research there was a decrease in the decision on the power of interest in customer purchases on PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG so that later can be analyzed in the formulation of this paper, that how customer take motorcycle purchase decisions amid the phenomenon of competition and increasingly crowded sales rivalries. The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of motivation, perceived quality, and customer attitudes toward decisions in purchasing Yamaha motorbikes. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. The respondents in this research were 100 people who could meet one to five criteria consisting of; initiator (initiator), influencer (influencer), decision making (decider), purchase (buyer), user (user) motorcycle production PT. Yamaha Indonesia MFG. There are 3 hypotheses formulated and tested using the Regression Analysis method. In qualitative analysis it is obtained from the interpretation of processing data by providing information and explanation. In the results of this research shows the results of Motivation, Quality Perception, and Customer Attitudes have a relationship that has a significant impact on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

In the field of information, audio visual is one of the supporting media in delivering effective information, and is more attractive in its presentation. One of them is sisingaan art from Subang Regency, West Java. Currently, the art of sisingaan requires the design of media in the form of audio-visual because in presenting information on the existing side arts, there is no latest information on the latest side arts. The purpose of this study is to design audio-visual based media so that it can be useful and become an attraction for the community and art craftsmen regarding matters related to the arts of Subang district and increasing the number of sisingaan uses every year. The research methodology carried out during this research is problem analysis method, data collection method, design analysis method and media production concept method which includes preproduction, production and postproduction. After analyzing the above problems, the researchers designed a video for the Sisingaan art information of Subang Regency which is used to provide historical information and a very important lion shape icon. From the design of the art information video, it is hoped that the public will know more about the historical value and the lion symbol icon in the secondary arts of Subang Regency which cannot be removed or replaced with anything.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the media is a very effective means of communication in conveying a message in the form of information or a promotion. Information that is easily obtained from anywhere, be it via the internet or print media such as magazines. Schools as educational institutions also require means of information and promotion. Especially private companies such as MNC Vision Pictures. The purpose of this study is to improve the public to be more familiar with the events in Vision +. Currently, information activities carried out in activities to convey information and promotions that previously only used brochure media, which were considered still simple and incomplete in providing information about Vision + shows, movie shows, entertainment, talk shows and various activities in Vision +, so that visual communication media in the form of curls is needed that can help Vision + in informing and promoting MNC Vision Pictures. The research methods used are data collection, namely observation, interviews, literature studies, design concept methods, media design and SWOT analysis. This promotional advertising media is designed using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019, Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 software. The result of this study is the design of visual communication media in the form of advertisements. Keywords—Media, Promotion, Advertisements Dizaman era globalisasi saat ini media menjadi sarana komunikasi yang sangat efektif dalam menyampaikan sebuah pesan berupa informasi maunpun sebuah promosi. Informasi yang dengan mudah didapatkan dari mana saja baik itu via internet ataupun media cetak seperti majalah. Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan juga memerlukan sarana informasi dan promosi. Terutama perusahaan swasta seperti MNC Vision Pictures. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan masyarakat lebih mengenal acara-acara yang ada di Vision +. Saat ini kegiatan informasi yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan menyampaikan informasi dan promosi yang sebelumnya hanya menggunakan media brosur saja, yang dinilai masih sederhana serta kurang lengkap dalam memberikan informasi mengenai tayangan Vision +, tayangan film,hiburan,talkshow dan berbagai kegiatan yang ada di Vision +, sehingga dibutuhkan media komunikasi visual berupa ikaln yang dapat membantu Vision + dalam menginformasikan dan mempromosikan MNC Vision Pictures. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, metode konsep desain, perancangan media dan analisis SWOT. Media iklan promosi ini dirancang menggunakan software Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2019, Adobe Photoshop CC 2019. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan media komunikasi visual yang berbentuk iklan.
