Abstract

PT. Asia Paper Mills (PT. APM) sebagai perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang manufacture dituntut untuk terus berinovasi di segala bidang guna memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan yang lebih baik. Dalam perkembangannya masih banyak tantangan yang harus dilalui, mulai dari segi pembenahan di dalam manajemen maupun pelayanan terhadap masyarakat atas produk yang dipasarkan. Salah satu pekerjaan yang sangat berkaitan antara satu dengan yang lainnya yaitu perhitungan upah kelebihan jam kerja atau biasa dikenal dengan upah lembur. Dalam melakukan penghitungan upah lembur berdasarkan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan masih banyak ditemukan kesulitan, diantaranya proses penghitungan yang masih semi komputerisasi, sehingga masih terdapat banyak kesalahan dalam pemasukan data lembur berdasarkan Print Out Finger Print (cetakan daftar hadir karyawan menggunakan mesin sidik jari). Oleh karena itu perlu dirancang sistem perhitungan upah lembur menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modelling Language terdiri dari structure diagram, behavioral diagram dan interaction diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi perhitungan upah lembur karyawan berdasarkan UU RI No. 13 Tahun 2003 menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan database MySql.

Abstract

The development of visual communication media at this time is very helpful in supporting information and communication. But often presented visual communication media are less effective and appropriate. While so many universities in Indonesia, the increasingly fierce competition in attracting new students. Media Visual Communication can be applied to college in introducing or raising the image and popularity or promote and provide information to prospective students. In essence, in this case the effectiveness of media campaigns assessed in spreading information, influence or persuade prospective students and new student to join the university. The method used by the questionnaires to assess the effectiveness of implemented that have been implemented such as brochures, banners, posters, billboards, catalogs, paper bag, flyers and merchandise. In conclusion, this article specifically assess visual communication media from case studies in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja considered effective and consistent contribution.. This study found a great opportunity to improve the promotion of additional digital marketing media campaign called the college through the stages resulting in some visual communication media that can be received by the target audience. Abstract

The use of information technology has become a very influential factor in the company. Information technology is now in the direction of mobile smart devices (mobile / smartphones). One application of information and communication technology used is the development of employee attendance systems by utilizing GPS (Global Positioning System) which is associated with the filing function of employee leave. Employee attendance includes hours of entry and completion of work, while leave includes maternity leave, sick leave, annual leave, and leave for important reasons. The employee attendance and leave application development uses Android operating system based programming used in smartphones. By using the SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) the problems that occur in the existing system are procedures for approval of attendance and leave which are still carried out outside the existing system. So it still has to ask for verbal approval to the boss after input leave in the system. The alternative problem solving provided aims to maximize the functions of the existing system in order to accommodate the needs of the employee leave procedure. Abstract

The rapid development of the computer world that brings every individual or group of people will use information and communication technology in every activity. Likewise in the world of education, including libraries that utilize information and communication technology in managing the process of borrowing and returning library books. The benefits of making a web-based library information system include being able to save time where there is no need for manual recording, making it easier to find book data or library members, making it easier in making book loan reports and other reports and other benefits. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The making of software is done by a waterfall model consisting of: (1) needs analysis, (2) design, (3) implementation, and (4) testing. Then UML visual modeling is used which is the standardization of modeling language for object-oriented software development. The expected results of this study produce a web-based library information system using the YII Framework with MVC (Model View Controller) method in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey that can solve existing problems. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to build a library information system in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey so that it can present accurate and efficient information. The purpose of this research is to produce a library information system.

Abstract

STMIK Dipanegara Makassar as an IT campus should rightly maximize the use of technology in an effort to improve the quality and productivity of lecturers and students. One of them is at the Research and Community Service Development Center (P4M) unit that handles the Field Work Plus lectures as well as the Research and Community Service of Internal Lecturers. Where the administration of data management is still using manual methods which of course can cause problems such as lost files, data collection that takes a long time and constrained information dissemination. Therefore, there needs to be an application that can manage administrative data where the application is built in the form of a web so that it can be used as a medium for disseminating information about activities that are the responsibility of P4M. This study uses observations and interviews in gathering data. With this system, P4M no longer needs to use manual methods in managing its administrative data and can use the system as a medium for spreading information.

Abstract

In the current era where technology is increasingly developing so that it can change a pattern or habit of society, it can be used by anyone, anywhere. The Bina Muda Gemilang Foundation is no exception, which also takes advantage of technological developments to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business processes. One of the business processes that run at this foundation, namely the data processing of client outreach activities, there are still many gaps where the error rate of data input is quite high. Also frequent date falsification of outreach activities and officer indiscipline in data input. This study aims to solve existing problems by creating a web-based system that is made using the programming languages PHP and MySQL for the database, which can facilitate business processes and minimize errors.

Abstract

The certainty of getting diesel fuel oil for the purposes for fishing of fishermen needs to get serious attention from the government, this is due to the many irregularities seen in the fishermen's field before going to sea, to get diesel must deal with the availability of diesel with an affordable price level especially for fishermen who use fishing vessels with volumes of up to 30GT (Gross Ton) must deal with individuals who regulation seaworthy letters that ignore Article 86 of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation No. 30 of 2012 concerning Capture Fisheries Business in the Republic of Indonesia's Fisheries Management Area Indonesia is in the form of a Fishing License (SIPI) and a Fishing Vessel License (SIKPI), an Original Operation Feasibility Certificate (SLO) and an Original Sailing Certificate (SPB), which makes it difficult to obtain subsidized diesel fuel that fishermen should have with vessel qualifications up to 30GT. For this reason, the researchers built of arrangement for computerized fishermen's diesel fuelsupply so that the certainty of the availability of diesel fuel in accordance with its designation can be ensured, because all supply and distribution of diesel fuel is regulated to be carried out computerized.

Abstract

In a world where the algorithm can control the lives of society, it is not surprising that specific complications in determining the fairness in the algorithmic decision will arise at some point. Machine learning has been the de facto tool to forecast a problem that humans cannot reliably predict without injecting some amount of subjectivity in it (i.e., eliminating the “irrational” nature of humans). In this paper, we proposed a framework for defining a fair algorithm metric by compiling information and propositions from various papers into a single summarized list of fairness requirements (guideline alike). The researcher can then adopt it as a foundation or reference to aid them in developing their interpretation of algorithmic fairness. Therefore, future work for this domain would have a more straightforward development process. We also found while structuring this framework that to develop a concept of fairness that everyone can accept, it would require collaboration with other domain expertise (e.g., social science, law, etc.) to avoid any misinformation or naivety that might occur from that particular subject. That is because this field of algorithmic fairness is far broader than one would think initially; various problems from the multiple points of view could come by unnoticed to the novice’s eye. In the real world, using active discriminator attributes such as religion, race, nation, tribe, religion, and gender become the problems, but in the algorithm, it becomes the fairness reason.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pembelajaran mesin merupakan bagian dari kecerdasan buatan yang banyak digunakan untuk memecahkan berbagai masalah. Artikel ini menyajikan ulasan pemecahan masalah dari penelitian-penelitian terkini dengan mengklasifikasikan machine learning menjadi tiga kategori: pembelajaran terarah, pembelajaran tidak terarah, dan pembelajaran reinforcement. Hasil ulasan menunjukkan ketiga kategori masih berpeluang digunakan dalam beberapa kasus terkini dan dapat ditingkatkan untuk mengurangi beban komputasi dan mempercepat kinerja untuk mendapatkan tingkat akurasi dan presisi yang tinggi. Tujuan ulasan artikel ini diharapkan dapat menemukan celah dan dijadikan pedoman untuk penelitian pada masa yang akan datang.Katakunci: pembelajaran mesin, pembelajaran reinforcement, pembelajaran terarah, pembelajaran tidak terarahAbstract - Machine learning is part of artificial intelligence that is widely used to solve various problems. This article reviews problem solving from the latest studies by classifying machine learning into three categories: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning. The results of the review show that the three categories are still likely to be used in some of the latest cases and can be improved to reduce computational costs and accelerate performance to get a high level of accuracy and precision. The purpose of this article review is expected to be able to find a gap and it is used as a guideline for future research.Keywords: machine learning, reinforcement learning, supervised learning, unsupervised learning

Abstract

Jakarta Air Traffic Service Centre mengalami permasalahan ATC, tujuan penelitian implementasi Dasbor Air Traffic Centre (ATC)  menggunakan Business Intelligence (BI) secara real time merupakan penelitian yang mengimplementasi sistem ATC Dashboard yang dapat membantu petugas ATC dan kepala ATC di dalam mendukung keputusan spesial dalam pengaturan informasi pendaratan pesawat. Permasalahan ATC terjadi pada bandara udara saat jam sibuk yang menyebabkan penundaan antrian kendaraan bermotor akan mengalami peningkatan waktu sehingga mengakibatkan konsumsi bahan bakar emisi gas yang tidak perlu. Dasbor ATC  Real Time Business Intelligence  (BI) menampilkan urutan pendaratan pesawat dan menganalisis kepadatan pesawat yang memasuki gerbang awal di udara, dengan fungsi yang dihasilkan dari proses ETL (exctract, transform and loading) melalui sumber data transaksional di ATC Server. Proses ETL dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Change Data Capture (CDC) Pull, tingginya frekuensi perubahan data akan menghasilkan waktu yang lebih singkat dibandingkan dengan cara memuat semua data. Kontribusi penelitian adalah dasbor ATC yang dapat digunakan oleh petugas ATC dan Kepala ATC untuk membantu memantau mereka membuat keputusan untuk bandara dalam mengatur pendaratan pesawat. Semakin akuratnya keputusan akan meningkatkan tingkat keamanan lalu lintas udara di dalam sebuah bandara udara sebesar 100%.Kata kunci: ATC, Real Time BI, Dasbor, ETL, CDC
