Abstract

Nowadays, developing vehicle is made as light as posible with the purpose to reduce energy consumption. For this reason, material that can be used is aluminium that has light weight and non corrosion properties. Aluminum structure will be not strong enough, it still need another material like steel to make it stronger and stiffer. Joining aluminum to steel has problems because of very low solubility, thus it requires other material as its medium in which it accelerates promoter solubility aluminum to steel. In this study, mixture of Fe and Cu powder was used as promoter material or filler in the process of diffusion welding of aluminium and steel.. The  good results diffusion between the steel with aluminum filler hence the need for variation of Fe and Cu. Aluminum and steel welding process with adapting diffusion treatment will produces intermetallic layer. Intermetallic layer was formed from the fussion among two different material, and it made new compound. This research showed some different solubility level of aluminum in steel in every variation of filler composition. The highest solubility ratio of aluminum in steel was 0.4 which reached in the specimens with filler composition of 40% Fe,60% Cu and 60% Fe,40% Cu.

Abstract

Diffusion welding on the disimilar metal between steel SS400 and aluminum Al6061 by using induction furnace, the temperature variation and filler variation. Temperature variations that are used 850⁰C, 875⁰C and 900⁰C. Filler that is used Fe and Cu powders, in variations filler Fe / Cu: 70/30%, 75/25%, 80/20%, on 30 minutes holding time. The results shows there is the presence of intermetallic layers in the temperaturs. Results of Scanning Electron Microscop (SEM), good diffusion process occurs on temperatures 850⁰C and filler variations Fe: 75%, Cu: 25%. It occurs interface bonding steel and aluminum on diffusion area. Interface bonding steel and aluminum will produces intermetalic layer Fe2Al3. The results of good hardness distribution occurs on 900⁰C filler variations Fe: 75%, Cu: 25%. It occurs intermetalic layer formation on diffusion area. Intermetalic layer formation is influenced by heat treatment and diffusion of Fe atoms and Cu atoms. The higher the heat treatment, the harder the Cu atoms. So it will affect the hardness intermetalic layer. By the higher heat treatment, the microstructure of the coating intermetalic will be so close. The more tightly layered arrangement intermatalic blistering effect on shear test. The results of tensile shear testing, high voltage value occurs on 900⁰C filler variations Fe: 75%, Cu: 25%. It is influenced by a continuous heating process, thus causing the Cu atoms will be hard. With high heat, Fe atoms will diffuse to the base metal aluminum and copper atoms will diffuse to the base metal and Al6061 SS400. So that the Fe and Cu atoms will bond with the base metal that affects the mechanical properties.

Abstract

Landslide problems often occur in Indonesia, such as in irrigation canals, most are still in the form of land channels, which results in considerable water loss due to many leaks, so that water disputes often occur by farmers during the dry season. The channel wall landslides also impacted the silting of the irrigation channels which resulted in a non-smooth flow of water, the need for irrigation water on the DI Channel. Lumbangsari (252 Ha) cannot meet the water needs in the rice fields. One of the ways used to control the stability of the soil so that it does not slide is to build a retaining wall on the channel. Planning the channel wall located in DI. Lumbangsari (252 Ha), Lumbangsari Village, Bululawang District, Malang Regency. In this evaluation plan, data is taken directly through direct surveys at locations and using maps of soil types. In order for the building to function properly, the stability of the building must also be planned as well as possible, therefore, the stability of the channel wall is analyzed with the danger of rolling (bolting) and gliding under normal water conditions without earthquakes, double earthquakes and flood water conditions without earthquakes , with earthquakes analyzed using Rankine formulas. The result is SFsliding 1.85> 1.5 and 1.85> 1.5, SFbolters 1.64> 1.5 and 1.64> 1.5 (for normal conditions without earthquakes and with earthquakes) and SFsliding 2.05 > 1.5 and 2.03> 1.5, SFbolters 1.67> 1.5 and 1.66> 1.5 (for flood conditions without and with earthquakes), the situation is safe. In this study the budget plan for the cost of the channel wall is Rp. 52,781,008.28.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain optical properties (absorption spectrum) and electrical properties (photoconductivity) of organic dyes in DSSC performance. optical and electrical properties were tested by using UV-Visible Spectrophotometer and Elkahfi 1601 PC 100 / IV meter, respectively, while Keithley Type 2600A is used for the characterization of DSSC. This study is a great base to explore and investigate the development of DSSC solar cells using natural dyes (organic). Spectra optimal absorption and photoconductivity produced by natural dyes (organic). The results of this study indicate that the absorption spectrum of natural dyes (organic) in the range of 300-500 nm. electrical characteristics (I-V) of the increase in linear dye under illumination. I-V characteristics of DSSC from organically produced natural dyes to color the biggest-mangosteen obtained Voc of 565 mV; JSC = 1.52 A / m2; FF = 0.12; and η_ef is approximately 0.09%, respectively,. The conclusion of this study, natural dyes (organic) can be an attractive alternative as a dye.

Abstract

Kelurahan Pulutan, Kecamatan Sidorejo, Kotamadya Salatiga, Jawa Tengah mempunyaititik vokasi Kewirausahaan yang kegiatan produktifitasnya kurang berjalan dengan baik karenakurangnya permodalan, penyuluhan dan pemasaran dan pengelolaan Sumber daya manusaia.Sesuai dengan karakter usaha dan pelaku usahanya, para pemilik usaha di sana dalamgabungan KWD adalah bagian dari UMKM yang belum memiliki bargaining untuk berhadapandengan mitra usahanya yaitu para UMKM yang mempunyai jaringan yang lebih besar yangumumnya bertindak sebagai patron. Akibatnya, muncul suatu pola hubungan kerja yang belumoptimal di antara mereka.Permasalahan yang terjadi pada saat ini adalah pergeseran strukturekonomi dari pertanian ke industri pengolahan atau perdagangan dan jasa sebagai akibat dariperkembangan perkotaan dari suatu wilayah. Perkembangan tersebut secara tidak langsungjuga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat.Namun yang terjadi saat ini adalah pengelola kelompok vokasi tidak dapat mengetahuidan memaksimalkan potensi sumberdaya mereka yang ada, sehingga pertumbuhan usahacenderung stagnan dan tidak memberikan kontribusi yang besar terhadap perekonomian sekitar.Dengan melihat kebutuhan pasar kedepan serta program yang akan kembali dikembangkanpemerintah Kota akan membantu menggerakkan kembali kegiatan Vokasi tersebut.Pengembangan potensi ekonomi dengan analisis SWOT dapat menumbuhkan potensi creativedan meningkatkan pengembangan berkelanjutan usaha vokasi Pulutan diharapkan harap bisaterus terwujud berkesinambungan dengan peran serta lembaga payung hokum yang mengaitkandiri dalam satu benang merah yakni peningkatan sumber daya manusia, wirausahawan danmasyarakat , serta stake holder UMKM Kelurahan Pulutan.Dari matriks SWOT diatas, terlihat bahwa posisi keberadaan vokasi Pulutan saat iniberada pada kuadran I koordinat (3 ; 3.54) yaitu kuadran expension (growth). Posisi inimenandakan sebuah usaha yang kuat dan berpeluang, rekomendasi strategi yang diberikanadalah Progresif, artinya organisasi dalam kondisi prima dan mantap sehingga sangatdimungkinkan untuk terus melakukan ekspansi, memperbesar pertumbuhan dan meraihkemajuan secara maksimal.Kata Kunci: Stake Holder, Pemasaran , Sumber Daya Manusia, Kewirausahaan, BEI

Abstract

Organic solar cells with structure of FTO / PEDOT: PSS/P3HT/Klorofil/Al has been made. Fabrication of the active layer organic solar cells using spin coating method, while the counter electrode fabricated using evaporator method. Variations performed on P3HT layer with thickness variation is 1 layer, 3 layers, 5 layers and 7 layers. Characterization of optical properties in the visible conducted using UV-VIS spectrometer, while the electrical properties characterictics using the IV Meter El Kahfi in the dark and under irradiation. Characterization of organic solar cells was measured by using a Keithley 2602. Organic solar cell I-V characteristics measured tested under illumination with an intensity of 1000 Watt/m using xenon light in the area of 10 mm. Based on the results obtained organic solar cells with 7 layers of P3HT shows the I-V characteristics of the best results compared to other P3HT layer thickness. Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia menyusun kebijakan Nasional Sumber Daya Air. Undang-undang Nomor. 17 Tahun 2019 tentang Sumber Daya Air (SDA) dimaksudkan untuk mengelola SDA wilayah sungai, baik jangka pendek, menengah maupun jangka panjang secara berkelanjutan. Bencana banjir di DAS Pucang Gading terjadi di beberapa tahun terakhir. Banjir pada wilayah tersebut berakibat buruk bagi lingkungan sekitar. Kerugian tidak hanya dialami oleh masyarakat namun juga oleh pemerintah di daerah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereduksi banjir di DAS Pucang Gading agar menjadi referensi dalam menanggulangi banjir yang terjadi di wilayah tersebut. Beberapa analisis yang dilakukan adalah menganalisis banjir kondisi eksisting dengan debit banjir kala ulang 100 tahun (skema 1), analisis untuk mereduksi banjir dengan penambahan embung dan kolam rencana (skema 2), analisis untuk mereduksi banjir dengan penambahan embung, kolam dan sudetan rencana (skema 3), serta memilih alternatif pemodelan yang sesuai pada lokasi banjir. Berdasar pada hasil analisis, alternatif yang direkomendasikan untuk berbagai lokasi banjir adalah sebagai berikut: lokasi banjir Perumahan Dinar Indah direkomendasikan 5 Embung (Kayen, Panggang Timur, Panggang, Mluweh dan Kalongan) yang mereduksi sebesar 84,20 m3/detik (13,79%), lokasi banjir jalan raya depan Kubota direkomendasikan Sudetan 1 yang mereduksi sebesar 9,60 m3/detik (80%), lokasi banjir Taman Tirto Agung direkomendasikan Sudetan 1 dan Kolam Tirto Agung yang mereduksi sebesar 31,40 m3/detik (58,26%), lokasi banjir Jl. Durian direkomendasikan Kolam KORPRI yang mereduksi sebesar 3,10 m3/detik (48,44%), lokasi banjir simpang UNPAND direkomendasikan 5 Kolam (Tirto Agung, Graha Estetika, Tirto Husodo, UNPAND dan KORPRI) dan 2 sudetan yang mereduksi sebesar 44,80 m3/detik (57,36%) dan 45,20 m3/detik (40,21%), lokasi Bendung Pucang Gading direkomendasikan 8 embung dan 5 kolam yang mereduksi sebesar 61,60 m3/detik (11,28%).
