Based on the writer perception, although have a lot of KMS allotted to society, the content and masegge of existing health in KMS is not understood yet about heavy graph of body, growth baby etc. To knowtherelation of among knowledge of Mother hitting KMS baby behaviorally Mother in the effort health baby. this Research Device is cross sectional, executed in Turirejo Village, Work Regional Puskesmas Jepon, Sub district of Jepon, Regency of Blora. Subject of mother Research having baby age12-60 month. Sample taken by as much 60 people, witht hetecnique of proportional of sampling and member election by random is sampling. Data intake conducted by using is test driving the questioners. Questioners Knowledge composed by 20 item of composed by behavioral and quesioners statement 25 statement item. To know the existence of relation of among knowledge behaviorally, analyzed with the statistical analysis technique of Chi Square and Product Moment Correlation program the SPSS11 at belief storey ; level 95%. Showing the existence of relation having a meaning of among know ledge of Mother hitting babies KMS behavior Mother in the effort health babies (X2 = 28,01 and p value =0,01). Knowledge picture Ms. knowledgeable Lower and behavioral picture Ms. which good a behavior. More amounts compared to which unfavorable is behavior. Latar Belakang: Dikutip dari data hasil Riskesdas Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2018, jumlah penderita Arthritis gout di Indonesia sebanyak 7,3% dari jumlah penduduk dengan prevalensi Arthritis gout di Jawa Tengah pada kelompok lansia 75 tahun ke atas sebesar 16,03%, kelompok lansia 65-74 tahun sebesar 13,90%, dan kelompok lansia 55-64 tahun sebesar 13,69%. Arthritis gout menyebabkan lansia mengalami nyeri yang hebat pada persendian dan organ tubuh lainnya. Tujuan: Menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan Arthritis gout pada lansia dengan fokus studi pengelolaan nyeri akut di Desa Nglawiyan, wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kota Blora. Metoda: Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif, melalui studi kasus dan menggunakan pendekatan proses keperawatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, dan studi dokumentasi keperawatan. Hasil: Setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan lansia selama tiga hari, di dapatkan hasil klien mampu berpartisipasi dalam manajemen nyeri non-farmakologi sehingga terdapat peningkatan dalam aktivitas. Saran yang diajukan, agar keluarga melakukan pendampingan manajemen nyeri non-farmakologi teknik relaksasi dan teknik distraksi pada klien lansia. With the increasing life expectancy of the Indonesian population, it can be estimated that the incidence of degenerative diseases is increasing. Based on basic health research, hypertension is the most degenerative disease in the elderly with a prevalence of 57.6% at ages 65-74 years and 63.8% aged75 years. Hypertension causes the elderly to experience fatigue or weakness.The purpose of this study is to describe the nursing care of hypertension in the elderly with a focus on activity intolerance studies. This research design uses a descriptive research approach. The subjects used were 2 patients who had inclusion criteria; individuals with hypertension aged 60-90 years and willing to be the subject of case studies, exclusion criteria; individuals are not willing to be the subject of research and have special handling diseases. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation, physical examination and nursing documentation.The results were obtained through nursing care in both patients, where both patients had hypertension with a diagnosis of activity intolerance with different levels of activity independence. So given the nursing action physical activity therapy according to patient tolerance. Conclusions from the results of the study are that it is important to choose and provide the stages of activity needs, education and pay attention to the safety of the elderly.Suggestions submitted, the hospital should prevent accidents in elderly patients. For nurses, education should improve the fulfillment of the activity needs of patients and families.

Control of DHF with the establishent of the program "One Jumantik One Home" is the vector control of dengue is the Aedes aegypti mosquito by increasing the participation and empowerment of community-based family for the prevention of the spread of dengue. The purpose community service is to increase the participation and empowerment of the family-based society for the prevention Dengue Fever. The benefits of community service is expected to help local authorities in the success of dengue Disease Control Program and can help people in Kramas in an effort to minimize cases of DHF. Community service is implemented in Kramas District Tembalang Semarang with representatives from each RT target in the Kramas which amounted to 30 people and was conducted in July-August 2016. This dedication method consists of three steps, preparation step, the implementation step is filled the training materials with a lecture/discussion and simulation and practice, and the evaluation step or. The Results show court of this society Formation Program One Jumantik one house has been carried out and in the process of publishing Decision Letter by Kramas Chief. Figures Free Flick (ABJ) Kramas village has not reached the minimum target of 90%.

Permasalah jatuh sering terjadi pada tahap menua dan menjadi salah satu geriatric giant karenaseringkali mengakibatkan cedera. Upaya pencegahan kejadian jatuh salah satunya dengan OtagoExercise. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis penerapan otago exercise pada lansia risiko jatuh denganpendekatan studi kasus. Studi ini melibatkan tiga orang sebagai sampel yaitu lansia dengan risikojatuh yang dikaji menggunakan instrumen berg Balance Score. Lansia diberikan intervensi otagoexercise sebanyak enam kali latihan selama tiga minggu. Output latihan tersebut membawa lansiamau meningkatan kemampuan berjalan, berpindah tempat, mempertahankan posisi berdiri stabilmaupun posisi duduk. Evaluasi dari pengukuran berg balance score menunjukkan ketiga lansiamengalami peningkatan skor keseimbangan meskipun masih dalam kategori risiko jatuh yang sama.Hasil studi ini merekomendasikan para lansia untuk menerapkan otago exercise secara berkelanjutanbersama keluarga untuk menjaga kualiatas kesehatan khususnya mencegah kejadian jatuh.Kata kunci : lansia ; risiko jatuh ; otago exercise
