All this time there was a different opinion about the time for Arafah fasting. Whether to comply with the provisions of Saudi Arabia or adjust the territory of each person. In Saudi Arabia, there appears a mufti named Muhammad bin Shalih al ‘Utsaymin who holds that fasting of Arafah must follow the country where a person lives. This opinion is interesting because it is different from other Salafis, such as ‘Abd al ‘Aziz bin Baz, Abdul Hakim bin Amir Abdat and HTI. Using the analytical tools of Islamic law and Islamic astronomy, the authors conclude that the fatwa issued by al ‘Utsaymin is considered quite representative, because considering the locality of a country, realizing the time of worship should adjust the kamariyah time of the country, and also in accordance with the mathla‘ in the form of mathla‘ wilayah al hukmi. Opinions as expressed by al ‘Utsaymin is conformable with the implementation of the time of the fasting of Arafat by the majority of Muslims in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada materi segitiga dan segiempat siswa kelas VIII MTs Madani Alauddin. Jenis penelitian yang diaplikasikan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan 6 orang siswa sebagai subjek penelitian dengan tingkat kemampuan yang berbeda yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Data dianalisis berdasarkan hasil tes kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang diperkuat dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah siswa dengan kemampuan tinggi mampu menunjukkan kemampuan yang baik dalam aspek kefasihan (fluency) dan fleksibilitas (fleksibility) tapi masih kurang dalam aspek kebaruan (novelty). Subjek kemampuan sedang tidak menunjukkan aspek kefasihan (fluency), fleksibilitas (fleksibility), dan kebaruan (novelty). Mereka mampu memahami maksud dari soal yang diberikan tetapi masih kekurangan strategi dan informasi untuk menyelesaikan soal. Sementara subjek kemampuan rendah tidak memahami maksud dari pertanyaan yang diberikan, tidak mempunyai strategi penyelesian, serta jawaban yang dihasilkan salah. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa subjek kemampuan rendah tidak menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dari aspek kefasihan (fluency), fleksibilitas (fleksibility), dan kebaruan (novelty). Hasil analisis menujukkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif pada topik segitiga dan segiempat memiliki perbedaan berdasarkan tingkat kemampuan siswa.

A paradigm shift in understanding the role of teachers signifies that a teacher's responsibility goes beyond imparting knowledge to students; it also involves shaping a child's character. Teachers must be capable of guiding and directing students to reach their potential in various aspects of life. As change agents, teachers are not just educators but also mentors, motivators, and sources of inspiration for students. The research method used in this study is literature research, with data collection techniques. This research employs the literature review or literature study method. It consists of three phases: organizing the research, synchronizing results, and identifying findings in each literature review. The data analysis technique employed by the researcher is qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the paradigm shift reflects a change in the mindset of the teaching approach, including changes in the role and responsibility of teachers.

Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) is a crucial aspect in energy infrastructure maintenance operations, such as Distribution Substations (GD) owned by PLN. Cubicle maintenance work at GD PLN is a critical activity that involves high risks to worker safety and health and has an impact on the continuity of electricity supply. This study aims to analyze the application of K3 to 20 kV cubicle maintenance work at GD PLN. Through a qualitative approach, data are obtained based on observation, interviews and literature studies. The results showed that the application of K3 was obtained through safety briefing activities and K3 documentation which included SOPs, inspectors, HIRARC and JSA. While the maintenance process of the 20 kV cubicle includes preparation, implementation and completion.

Abstrak. Teknologi input/output (I/O) memegang peranan penting dalam perkembangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer modern. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi I/O telah memungkinkan komputer menjadi lebih interaktif, lebih cepat, dan lebih efisien dalam memproses informasi. Pada proses I/O terdapat perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang berfungsi sebagai media menghasilkan data. Perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak saling terkait dan saling mendukung dalam operasi komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran teknologi I/O pada perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak berdasarkan perkembangannya. Teknologi I/O merujuk pada cara komputer berinteraksi dengan dunia luar melalui masukan dan keluaran. Data diperoleh beradasarkan studi pustaka dengan menggunakan referensi dari berbagai sumber. Metode penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kerangka pengetahuan yang sudah ada tentang judu, mengidentifikasi dan mendukung atau merinci argument. Berdasarkan literatur yang sudah ada, hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran teknologi I/O pada perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak sangat berpengaruh pada perkembangannya dapat dilihat dari kinerja perangkat keras yang lebih baik, inovasi dalam perangkat keras yang terus berkembang dan perkembangan perangkat lunak yang lebih maju. Abstract. Input/output (I/O) technology plays an important role in the development of modern computer hardware and software. The rapid development of I/O technology has allowed computers to become more interactive, faster, and more efficient in processing information. In the I/O process, there are hardware and software that function as a medium to produce data. Hardware and software are interrelated and support each other in computer operations. This study aims to analyze the role of I/O technology in hardware and software based on its development. I/O technology refers to the way a computer interacts with the outside world through inputs and outputs. Data is obtained based on literature studies using references from various sources. This research method aims to understand the existing framework of knowledge about judu, identify and support or detail arguments. Based on existing literature, the results show the role of I/O technology in hardware and software is very influential on its development can be seen from better hardware performance, innovation in hardware that continues to develop and more advanced software developments.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the cancellation of murabahah financing at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah. Bank 9 Jambi Syariah or known to the public as Bank Jambi Syariah is a sharia branch office located on Jl. Captain Pattimura, Simpang IV Sipin, Telanaipura, Jambi. One of the financing products offered and distributed by Bank 9 Jambi Syariah is the murabahah financing product. Murabahah financing is a financing or sale and purchase agreement of goods by stating the acquisition price and profit (margin) agreed upon by the seller and the buyer. The formulation of the problem in this research is: what are the stages of the murabahah financing process? What are the factors that affect the cancellation of murabaha financing?This research is a field research using qualitative methods which was carried out at Bank 9 Jambi Syariah. This research also uses library research such as books, journals, and so on. In this research the author uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Where interviews were conducted by employees and customers of Bank9 Jambi Syariah. From the results of research conducted by the author, it is known that in the 2017-2021 period the number of murabahah financing reached 782 customers and the percentage of financing cancellations was 1.6%. Factors causing the cancellation of murabahah financing were due to problematic SLIK, business feasibility, and non-compliance with requirements.

Vocational education, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK), has an important role in preparing competent and skilled human resources (HR) to meet the needs of the world of work. In facing the challenges of evolving technology, the block system is applied as a learning innovation to align education with industry needs. This system allows students to focus on mastering productive competencies through structured learning, such as Field Work Practices (PKL) and productive subjects. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with observation and interviews to evaluate the implementation of the block system at SMK Negeri 4 Serang City. The results showed that the block system has great potential in improving students' confidence and competence, but obstacles such as limited facilities, schedules, and teacher training are still the main challenges. Efforts to overcome these obstacles include cooperation between schools, parents and industry, as well as increasing teacher capacity through training. With planned implementation and optimal support from all parties, the block system can contribute significantly to producing graduates who are competent, disciplined and ready to compete in the job market.

Pemanfaatan Big Data dalam pendidikan tinggi semakin penting untuk meningkatkan kesuksesan mahasiswa dan pertumbuhan institusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana analisis Big Data dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar mahasiswa serta mengoptimalkan strategi institusional. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis data prediktif dan machine learning, penelitian ini mengkaji pola keberhasilan akademik, tingkat retensi mahasiswa, serta efisiensi operasional institusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Big Data mampu memberikan wawasan yang lebih akurat dalam pengambilan keputusan, meningkatkan personalisasi pembelajaran, serta mengoptimalkan alokasi sumber daya institusi. Kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan Big Data tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan individu mahasiswa tetapi juga mendukung pertumbuhan institusi melalui strategi berbasis data yang lebih efektif dan adaptif. Dengan demikian, integrasi teknologi data dalam pendidikan tinggi menjadi solusi inovatif dalam menghadapi tantangan akademik dan institusional di era digital.

This research is included in a quantitative research that aims to determine the relationship between intelligence and the learning outcomes of Basic Electronic Engineering (DTE) majoring in Electronic Engineering (TE) at SMKN 1 Cikande. The type of research used is correlation with data collection methods including questionnaires, observations and learning outcome tests. The stages in the study consist of 3 stages. The first stage of testing questionnaire items and learning outcome tests involved 3 experts, the second stage was a trial conducted on grade X students majoring in Electronics Engineering (TE) at SMKN 4 Kota Serang and the third stage of direct research of 36 respondents in grade X students majoring in Electronics Engineering (TE) at SMKN 1 Cikande. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The conditional analysis test consists of a normality test and a linearity test. Then the hypothesis test carried out consisted of a simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that there was a relationship between spiritual intelligence and learning outcomes with a significance value of 0 < 0.05 and a relationship level of 32%.
