Abstract

The purpose of this service is to make a small scale dryer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This tool will help optimize the production process, to increase partner income. This tool is made with materials that are economical and easily obtained by partners. The method of carrying out community service activities is divided into three stages, namely the identification of problems and action plans, preparation, and implementation of activities. The results of the implementation of community service activities can be concluded that this activity has been able to have a positive impact on the process of inorganic production. This tool needs to be improved by adding a thermostat to measure the appropriate temperature in product drying and can set the time automatically. The accuracy of the effectiveness of this tool needs to be done with laboratory tests to test the level of water content, sensory tests, and texture tests. These tests are conducted so that production activities no longer use the feelings of partners in measuring the desired results.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is aimed to be a preliminary research related to job relocations in Indonesian public sector, mainly in Ministry of Finance Indonesia. Interviews with employees experiencing job transfers were conducted to further analyze the predictors of job transfers. Results of this research revealed that there are some factors affecting positively to willingness to transfer such as career opportunity, clear transfer path, obligation of officials, culture, and new skills and knowledge. In addition, there are also some factors affecting negatively to willingness to transfer such as initial information, social attachment, pension, unclear transfer path, fairness perception, financial problems, children, spouse’s career, geographic location, and adjustmen in new workplaces. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the position of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk's environmental turbulence level, and analyze PT Hero Supermarket Tbk's strategy to optimize the company's performance and sustainability. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, utilizing secondary data from various literature such as books, articles and homepages to access the latest data and information to analyze environmental turbulence and strategies implemented by PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. The Result of this study that PT Hero Supermarket Tbk's environmental turbulence level is at level 4 (Discontinuous) and 5 (Suprising). Considering that PT Hero Supermarket Tbk's turbulence level is at levels 4 and 5, to optimize performance and sustainability the company can use an "entrepreneurial" strategy in the short term, but must start trying to implement a "creative novel" strategy. In addition, management must be able to respond by developing the company to be able to control the environment and create a new environment (market).
