Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 95 responden data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan), data diolah menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk,harga dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh interaksi digital, desain produk, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen terhadap produk SilverQueen di Indonesia. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pergeseran perilaku konsumen di era digital yang semakin mengandalkan komunikasi online dan estetika produk sebagai faktor penting dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner kepada 97 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas yaitu interaksi digital, desain produk, dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Di antara ketiganya, desain produk memiliki pengaruh paling dominan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemasar untuk mengoptimalkan strategi digital dan desain dalam meningkatkan konversi pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, promotion, and price on purchasing decisions for Indomie products. The method used is a quantitative approach through a survey of 97 respondents, where the results of the regression analysis show that simultaneously the three variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, but partially only product quality and price have a significant effect, while promotion has no significant effect, so it is concluded that in purchasing decisions for Indomie, consumers consider aspects of quality and price suitability more than promotional intensity, the implications of which can be a strategic evaluation material for business actors in formulating a more effective and relevant marketing approach to today's consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of influence of accessibility, tourist attraction, digital marketing and service quality on the decision to visit tourist attractions in Cilacap Regency. The phenomenon driving this research is the fluctuation in the number of visits to tourist attractions in Cilacap Regency over the past five years. This study employs a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling technique using convenience sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 270 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS program to test the direct influence among variables. The results of the analysis show that: 1) accessibility has a positive effect on visiting decisions, 2) tourist attraction has a positive effect on visiting decisions, 3) digital marketing has a positive effect on visiting decisions, 4) service quality has a positive effect on visiting decisions. The findings of the study contribute to the development of theory and provide practical recommendations for tourism managers in efforts to enhance competitiveness and increase tourist visits in Cilacap Regency

Abstract

Human resources are a very important part for the Company. Human resources who have good quality and work professionally will greatly assist the company in achieving its goals. PT. Cebong Kayuindo Ajibarang experienced a decline in employee performance. Therefore, further research is needed on the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Cebong Kayuindo Ajibarang. The data used are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires with samples using the help of SmartPLS software version 4. The results of the study show 1). Work discipline does not affect employee performance 2). The work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. 3). Work discipline has a positive effect on job satisfaction 4). The work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction 5). Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance 6). Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between work discipline on employee performance 7). Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between work environment on employee performance.
