Abstract

This study aims to develop mathematical reasoning and representation skills through learning mathematics with an investigative approach. The focus of this study is to reveal the comparison of the reasoning abilities and mathematical representation of elementary school students as a result of the application of mathematics learning with investigative and conventional approaches. The research design used was non-equivalent pretest-posttest control groups which is a quasi-experimental research model. The sample in this study were 205 fifth-grade elementary school students in the city of Tasikmalaya based on three school categories consisting of three schools in the experimental group and three schools in the control group. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it was concluded that the investigative approach was significantly better at improving the reasoning abilities and mathematical representation of elementary school students compared to the conventional approach. Through an investigative approach, students from the low-category school group showed better mathematical reasoning and representation abilities than other groups. Meanwhile, students with high general mathematical abilities improved better than other groups.

Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau penulisan artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang sebelumnya yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel. Artikel ini mereview kembali cinderella complex dan psikologi perkembangan sosial emosional siswa pada siswa. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk membangun hipotesis guna untuk riset selanjutnya agar lebih berkembang. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana gambaran empirik tentang cinderella komplex dalam konteks psikologi perkembangan sosial emosional siswa.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed various aspects of life, including learning activities in the education system. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and social adjustment with self-regulated learning in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. The subjects of the study were students of SMA Hidayatullah Batam. The number of subjects is 100 students with an age range of 17-19 years using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The type of research in this study is correlational research, because this study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between one variable and another. Seeing whether or not there is a relationship between self-concept and self-regulated learning. Whether or not there is a relationship between social adjustment and self-regulated learning. Whether or not there is a relationship between self-concept and social adjustment together with self-regulated learning. The results of this study indicate that self-concept and social adjustment together have a relationship with self-regulated learning. Of the two independent variables, the social adjustment variable has no relationship with self-regulated learning. While the self-concept variable is a variable that has to do with self-regulated learning.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of enthusiasm of students in studying the material, rarely going to school, rarely or not completing assignments, not being creative, and even decreasing the quality of learning outcomes so that it has an impact on learning outcomes. Therefore, one of the ways to increase student learning motivation was chosen, with counseling guidance that is able to provide services that can motivate student learning. Based on Abraham Maslow's theory, this theory is carried out by meeting the needs of students, in order to achieve maximum and best learning outcomes. The results of the study showed that the planning of the guidance program had gone through a series of stages according to the theory. Student motivation experienced a significant change in each cycle, starting from the first cycle which showed the child's lack of enthusiasm, this can be seen from the increasing cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects, lack of group cooperation to the inferior attitude of children who have less achievement gradually. changed in the third cycle.

Abstract

Counseling guidance is the process of providing assistance by an expert to a person or several individuals, whether children, adolescents, or adults, so that the person being guided can develop their own and independent abilities by utilizing individual strengths and existing facilities. and can be developed based on applicable norms. With the guidance and counseling is expected to provide solutions for students in schools so that students become better and have a healthy mentality. This study aims to determine the effect of guidance and counseling on behavioral changes in class IX students of SMP Islam Integral Luqman Al Hakim Batam. The method in this study uses the explanatory method, the product moment correlation research technique with a quantitative approach, namely the first variable, the influence of guidance and counseling services and the second variable. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between guidance and counseling services and changes in the behavior of class IX students of Luqman Al Hakim Islamic Junior High School Batam.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan mendeskripsikan peran lembaga pemerintah dalam mengawasi perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menelaah beberapa buku dan jurnal yang berhubungan dengan penelitian kemudian dijadikan bahan untuk memecahkan masalah yang sedang dibahas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada dasarnya lembaga pemerintah telah berperan aktif dalam mengawasi jalannya perekonomian masyarakat di Indonesia. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya lembaga pengawasan yang terkait dengan hal tersebut seperti OJK, DPS, BPOM dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Parenting style is very influential on children's behavior, both in attitude and behavior. The existence of hedonism behavior is because parents prefer happiness for their children, without thinking about the consequences. This study aims to determine the effect of parenting style on hedonism behavior in SPMII Lukman Al-Hakim Batam students. The number of subjects in this study amounted to 100 students, using the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The type of research in this study is correlation research, because this study aims to find out whether there is an influence between parenting styles on hedonism behavior in SMPII Lukman Al-Hakim Batam students. The results in this study indicate that there is an influence of parenting style on hedonism behavior in SMPII Lukman Alhakim Batam students, which is equal to 855%, and another 14.5% is influenced by other factors.
