Setiap perusahaan pasti menginginkan sumber daya manusia yang berkompoten dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya agar tujuan suatu organisasi dapat tercapai baik perusahaan swasta maupun instansi pemerintah, untuk mengetahui sumber daya manusia tersebut layak atau tidak untuk mengerjakan tugasnya dapat diukur dengan menilai prestasi kerjanya, karena prestasi kerja merupakan hasil kerja dari seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Prestasi kerja seorang pegawai dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor dikarenakan banyaknya variable yang harus diperhatikan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang pegawai, diantaranya lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi. Objek kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar memiliki Visi “Menuju transportasi perkotaan yang: (a) Terpadu, (b) Berkelanjutan, (c) Berorientasi Global, (d) Ramah Lingkungan Knowing and analyzing the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on the work performance of employees at the Makassar City Transportation Office. Every company certainly wants competent human resources in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that the goals of an organization can be achieved, both private companies and government agencies, to find out whether these human resources are worthy or not to carry out their duties, it can be measured by assessing their work performance. is the work of an employee in carrying out his duties and responsibilities. An employee's work performance is influenced by many factors due to the many variables that must be considered in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of an employee, including the work environment and organizational culture.
