Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and attitudes on employee productivity of PT PERTANI (Persero) in Makassar. This research is a quantitative research. The entire population is a sample in this study with a total of 73 people. The research data were obtained from the results of the respondents' responses using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, and linear regression analysis test with the help of the SPSS program. From the statistical test, it was found that the training effect was positive and significant with t count of 1.953. Meanwhile, the influence of attitude is negative with t count of -1.204.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan pasti menginginkan sumber daya manusia yang berkompoten dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya agar tujuan suatu organisasi dapat tercapai baik perusahaan swasta maupun instansi pemerintah, untuk mengetahui sumber daya manusia tersebut layak atau tidak untuk mengerjakan tugasnya dapat diukur dengan menilai prestasi kerjanya, karena prestasi kerja merupakan hasil kerja dari seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Prestasi kerja seorang pegawai dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor dikarenakan banyaknya variable yang harus diperhatikan dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang pegawai, diantaranya lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi. Objek kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar memiliki Visi “Menuju transportasi perkotaan yang: (a) Terpadu, (b) Berkelanjutan, (c) Berorientasi Global, (d) Ramah Lingkungan Knowing and analyzing the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on the work performance of employees at the Makassar City Transportation Office. Every company certainly wants competent human resources in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that the goals of an organization can be achieved, both private companies and government agencies, to find out whether these human resources are worthy or not to carry out their duties, it can be measured by assessing their work performance. is the work of an employee in carrying out his duties and responsibilities. An employee's work performance is influenced by many factors due to the many variables that must be considered in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of an employee, including the work environment and organizational culture. The object of study in this research is the Makassar City Transportation Service which has a vision “Towards urban transportation that is: (a) Integrated, (b) Sustainable, (c) Globally oriented, (d) Environmentally friendly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemungutan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) dan kontribusi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kecamatan Bontoala Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Makassar Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan studi pustaka serta wawancara kepada pihak terkait. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan cara menghitung efektivitas dengan membandingkan realisasi penerimaan dan target penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) dan menghitung kontribusi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan dengan cara membandingkan realisasi penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) dan realisasi PAD tahun 2018-2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemungutan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) dari tahun ketahun sangat efektif. Namun Kontribusi Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) terhadap PAD Kecamatan Bontoala masih sangat kurang This study aims to determine the effectiveness of collecting Land and Building Tax (PBB) and the contribution of Land and Building Tax (PBB) to Regional Original Income, Bontoala District, Makassar City. This research was conducted at the Makassar City Regional Revenue Agency The data of this study were obtained from observations and literature studies as well as interviews with related parties. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis by calculating the effectiveness by comparing the realization of revenue and revenue targets for Land and Building Tax (PBB) and calculating the contribution of Land and Building Tax by comparing the realization of Land and Building Tax (PBB) and the realization of Land and Building Tax (PBB) revenue. PAD 2018-2020. The results showed that the collection of Land and Building Tax (PBB) from year to year was very effective. However, the contribution of Land and Building Tax (PBB) to PAD in Bontoala District is still very low
