Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the study of the book of Adab al 'Alim wal Muta'allim in improving the ethics and professionalism of teachers at the Al Fauzaniyyah educational foundation. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method that focuses on planning, implementation, assessment as well as supporting and inhibiting factors of the study. data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation studies and literature studies. The results of the study focused on planning carried out by deliberation in choosing the book, the background for choosing the book, the time of the study, the selection of sources, to determining the achievement goals. The implementation of the study began with socialization to teachers and its implementation using the monologue and dialogue method. The assessment of the book study focuses on the participation of study participants, the study method, the time of the study, the contents of the book and the achievement of success. Supporting factors in the form of high enthusiasm, many teachers graduated from Islamic boarding schools, competent resource persons and a supportive environment. The inhibiting factors include the exclusion of some teachers, time inconsistency, lack of firmness of the foundation, the covid 19 pandemic. The conclusion of the study shows that the study of the book of Adab al 'Alim wal Muta'allim can improve the ethics and professionalism of teachers at the Al Fauzaniyyah Foundatio

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang stategi pembelajaran guru pendidikan agama islam dalam meningkatkan akhlakul karimah peserta didik di SMA IT Mekarjaya Garut. metode pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan landasan teologi Q.S An-Nahl:125, landasan filosofisnya behavior, landasan teoritisnya menggunakan teori manajemen strategi. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA IT Mekarjaya Garut. Teknik Pengumpulan Data yaitu dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan: 1) Reduksi, 2) Penyajian Data (Data Reduction), 3) Penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi (conlusiondrawing/verification), 4) Verifikasi dan Penegasan Kesimpulan (Conclution Drawing and Verification). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1). Perencanaan strategi pembelajaran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam menunjukan bahwa guru Pendidikan Agama Islam menyusun terdahulu perencanaan pembelajaran mulai dari merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, pemilihan materi ajar, dan pemilihan media pembelajaran dengan merencanakan strategi yang relevan dengan pembelajaran. 2) Pelaksanaan strategi pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam yang digunakan di SMA IT Mekarjaya Garut adalah strategi pembelajaran inkuiri, strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, strategi pembelajaran cooperative, strategi pembelajaran afektif dan strategi pembelajaran problem solving. 3.Evaluasi strategi pembelajaran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan ahlakul karimah peserta didik di SMA IT Mekarjaya Garut yaitu menggunakan lebih dari satu penilaian yaitu tes perbuatan (tes lisan) dan tes tertulis, 4). Kendala yang dihadapi dalam strategi pembelajaran PAI dalam meningkatkan ahlakul karimah peserta didik di SMA IT Mekarjaya Garut adalah kendala dari faktor lingkungan, siswa dan orang tua. Solusinya adalah guru harus memilki banyak cara untuk menghadapi kendala tersebut dan bekerjasama dengan kepala sekolah serta orang tua.

Abstract

Background: In this modern era, how important it is to maintain harmony, harmonize development and progress, and must preserve and instill in all humans, especially students, so that education is designed as well as possible so that all students can understand and live the best. It is important to implement the moral values ??that are taught.Aim: The purpose of this study is to describe the religious development of students who seek the development of religious culture at SMP Negeri 10 Bandung.Method: This research is a type of qualitative research. The research approach used is a phenomenological approach (the meaning of existence) which is an approach to gaining knowledge about something (object) as it appears and becomes our conscious experience.Findings: shows that the implementation of student religious development through the development of religious culture at SMP Negeri 10 Bandung has been going well and programmed, both carried out by the school as a complete educational institution with wisdom related to the development of religious culture in schools and community activities carried out by Rohit ( Spiritual Islam) as a kind of extracurricular activities for special schools in the shade. other religious activities.
