Abstract

The success of the Wasathiyah Islamic Clerical Cadre Education is inseparable from the extent to which MUI conducts an analysis of educational needs in the implementation of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating functions, methods, and learning processes as well as any obstacles faced by the West Java MUI during PKU. Based on the results of the research findings, it was revealed that the data on MUI Ulama Cadre Education (PKU) in West Java province contained the mission of "Islam Wasathiyah" to realize the decision of MUNAS IX MUI 2015 in Surabaya which had two main functions, namely; The first is a personal function, namely the graduates of the tafakkuh Fiddin ulama as preacher cadres who have the ability to guide and guide Islamic teachings to society in a directed, moderate, polite and contextual manner. While the second is a structural function, namely graduates have the ability to become the leadership relay for MUI in the future. Ulama Cadre Education (PKU) to prepare the competence of preachers in MUI West Java province with the mission of Islam Wasathiyah is a form of regeneration of preachers. preacher. Approach to non-formal education theory for adults, Education and Training theory (DIKLAT) through the Analysis of Educational Material Needs, Learning Methods and Processes. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through triangulation, observation, interviews and documentation study. The conclusion of the PKU research results with the mission "Islam Wasathiyah" MUI West Java province has implemented proven management functions in; (1) Analysis of planning needs is characterized by the formulation of a vision, mission, objectives, material structure, focus methods, instructors, facilities, participant requirements, infrastructure, consolidation and outreach, and budget, conducting the opening ceremony, and successfully getting positive responses from various parties; (2) Analysis of the need for an organizational function marked by the composition of the committee, division of tasks, coordination, consolidation and outreach; (3) Analysis of the needs of the implementation function characterized by students, learning schedules, instructor assignments, the learning process, applying varied methods, and material conveyed, carrying out field studies; (4) Analysis of the needs of the monitoring and evaluation function is indicated by routine supervision, establishing rules of order, conducting motivation, having grid questions, carrying out final examinations and field studies, and managing administration; (5) Barriers and constraints analysis; (a) there are some managers who are less active; (b) less than optimal budget, (c) the backgrounds of students are too diverse; (d) the scoring system is still semi-formal. The results of the study showed that the students 'output was described: (1) a description of the students' scores; (2) the substance of all subjects is understood; (3) master the principles of Islamic Wasathiyah mission; (4) mastering contemporary da'wah methods; (5) able to practice management sciences and da'wah methodology. The results of the study show that the outcome, graduates have a positive change in the picture; (1) there is an increase in science and insight is considered useful; (2) changes in interpreting Wasathiyah's Islamic mission description; (3) feel great benefits; (4) changing styles, a more convident attitude in preaching activities; (4) the scope of da'wah services is getting wider; (6) positive support from the community and wider local government. The results showed that the PKU program with the Islamic Wasatiyah mission in the analysis of educational needs both internally and externally had not been explored in depth, it still needed innovation and creativity which had become a commitment as material for further PKU program development. The results of the study show that this success adds to the credibility of the MUI West Java leadership, marked by full support from various groups, especially from the West Java provincial government and district / city governments in West Java. The results showed that PKU had the mission "Islam Wasathiyah" to be implemented in a sustainable manner. The results of the research show that monitoring and evaluation still require innovative, creative and coordinative development so that the competency standards of graduates are achieved. The results of this study have implications for the West Java MUI and competent parties as input and consideration in an effort to improve the analysis of the needs of PKU management functions. to prepare the preaching competency as expected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of school leadership in improving teacher competence PAI.Penelitian This research is carried out using a qualitative descriptive research approach. The subject is the principal of the school. The informants were vice principals and teachers. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The collected data is checked for data validity, using triangulation, with verification and checking of the adequacy of references. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results showed that (1) Principal leadership planning in improving the competence of PAI teachers includes: (a) Planning based on the vision, mission, school goals, and needs (needsassessment); (b) Involving all elements of the school's academic community; (c) Recruiting new GTT teachers and conducting job position analysis; (d) conducted in work meetings. (2) The implementation of the principal's leadership in improving the competence of PAI teachers includes: (a) Participating in training, seminars, and workshops; (b) Further studies; (c) MGMP revitalization; (e) Improving teacher welfare; (f) Addition of supporting facilities; and (g) teacher certification. As for (3) evaluations carried out by school principals in improving the competence of PAI teachers include: (a) supervising, both personally and in groups; (b) The technique used is direct (directivedirective) and indirect ().non- directive); (c) Aspects of assessment in supervision are teacher presentation, performance teachers in schools, student development, lesson plans, and syllabus.Keywords: Management Leadership, Teachers’ Competency, Islamic Education

Abstract

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is an opportunity in building the Indonesian economy with various facilities and conveniences provided by technological advances, as well as being a threat when it cannot be utilized properly, namely when human labor in the process of producing goods has begun to switch to digital, but not matched by the growth of new business units. This study focuses on training management and fostering youth entrepreneurship strengthening which is an effort to reduce unemployment by increasing business management competencies. The purpose of the research is to describe planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating training, coaching through mentoring the implementation of training results, implementation effectiveness, problems, and future improvement solutions. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods in order to intensively and in depth describe the symptoms and phenomena studied, while data collection is carried out by observation, interviews, documentary studies, and literature studies. The findings in this study are that Bandung City Youth and Sport Department has carried out management of entrepreneurship strengthening training Which gave an impact on increasing the competence of training graduates. Yet entrepreneurship coaching through mentoring in the application of training results has not been carried out optimally, that in general training management and entrepreneurship strengthening development have not been effective in improving business management competencies among young man. This study recommends that in training for strengthening youth entrepreneurship, character and team building materials are given so that training participants from the beginning of training to entrepreneurship development remain in the same group of the business world, the industrial world (DUDI) as well as with BUMD/BUMN and banking to participate in fostering strengthening the management of youth businesses in the city of Bandung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, barriers and challenges of character education through online apples to motivate student learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research uses a qualitative case research method that describes the experience of an intensive situation. Sources of research data are school principals, PAI teachers to parents. The object of this research is to motivate the learning of Smart Global Skills Vocational High School students in Bandung. Collecting data by observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model with steps; streamlining data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) Planning for character education through online apples to motivate student learning during the Covid-19 pandemic first identify and analyze character education problems, formulate goals for online apple activities, make schedules at the beginning of lessons and arrange online apple officers and religious programs, develop assessment instruments, and communicate with parents. (2) Character education through online apples during the research was carried out well by going through the stages; the teacher communicates things that are prepared by students in online learning, informs the schedule and divides online apple assignments in turns, carries out online apples, the teacher motivates with praise. (3) Evaluation is carried out during the online apple ceremony through attendance, discipline, cooperation, and maintaining the online apple situation through an assessment rubric. (4) Obstacles during online apples include; Internet access is not stable, parents do not accompany learning, students feel bored and bored. The solution is that teachers are required to master creative and innovative technology, provide internet and study quotas, and respond quickly to learning difficulties.

Abstract

Pesantren are madrasas or Islamic educational institutions that teach Islamic values. Pesantren as a non-formal institution has grown from year to year. Today's Islamic boarding schools cannot be underestimated because of their success in producing superior generations during the struggle and today. This research is a qualitative research, with the approach method used is an Explanatory Survey method or a qualitative interactive mode of inquiry, which is an in-depth study using data collection techniques directly from people in their natural environment. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. The location of this research is Al-Mukhlis Islamic Boarding School, Nagrak Village, Cangkuang District. While the research subjects are Kyai Leadership, students, and asatidz. The results of the study show that there is concrete evidence of the influence of Kyai's leadership on improving the quality of education at Al-Mukhlis Islamic Boarding School. How is the Kyai in carrying out his management, and how is the figure of the Kyai in understanding his interactions with the pesantren community, so that his leadership can improve the quality of education at the Al-Mukhlis Cangkuang Islamic boarding school in Bandung.

Abstract

Sistem Penjaminan mutu pendidikan tinggi merupakan masalah penting yang sedang hangat dibicarakan, bahkan menjadi agenda utama dalam akreditasi, sehingga perlu dikelola secara profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan dan mendeskripsikan implementasi sistem penjaminan mutu internal di era merdeka belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa implementasi sistem penjaminan mutu internal di era merdeka belajar pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Bandung, yang berkaitan dengan penetapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, pengendalian, dan peningkatan (PEPP) telah menghasilkan perbaikan secara berkesinambungan. Hal tersebut ditemukan dalam laporan tahunan tentang evaluasi diri yang dijadikan dasar dalam pengembangan rencana strategis, rencana operasional, rencana induk pengembangan, rencana anggaran dan rencana kerja tahunan, namun belum merupakan kesatuan yang utuh. Oleh karena itu direkomendasikan kepada berbagai pihak antara lain bagi Perguruan Tinggi Swasta, agar menggunakan pendekatan sistem sebagai landasan berpikir, cara mengelola, dan cara menganalisis kehidupan lembaga secara utuh

Abstract

Kesenjangan materi pembelajaran di Perguruan Tinggi yang kurang mengikuti perkembangan kebutuhan dunia industry, dunia usaha, maupun bidang kerjanya (DUDIKA) seperti yang di amanahkan dalam PP Nomor 8 tahun 2012 tentang pembelajaran berbasis Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI) dengan kriteria kemampuan bidang kerja, pengetahuan, sikap dan keterampilan. Kewajiban Perguruan Tinggi memberikan SKPI bagi lulusannya, dengan bukti sertifikat kompetensi sesuai UU nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenaga kerjaan berupa bukti sertifikat yang dikeluarkan oleh BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi), dimana sertifikat kompetensi ini menjadi tolak ukur dan bukti kemampuan lulusan perguruan tinggi yang diakui secara Nasional. Proses Sertifikasi Kompetensi Kerja, harus dilakukan secara sistematis, obyektif dan mengacu kepada Standar Kompetensi yang ditetapkan oleh BNSP; maka diperlukan Manajemen / Tata kelola yang baik dalam mempersiapkan pembuatan MUK (Materi Uji Kompetensi) sesuai aturan yang ditetapkan oleh BNSP. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan GR. Terry dalam Daeng. A (2014:9), Manajemen merupakan proses tindakan seperti Merencanakan, Mengorganisasi, Menggerakkan, dan Mengelola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dan studi literatur (library research), dimana data hasil observasi, wawancara dianalisis, diarahkan untuk memperoleh pemahaman, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada penyusunan Materi Uji Kompetensi, berupa (1) Perencanaan untuk menentukan skema sertifikasi (2) Pengorganisasian dengan terciptanya pembagian tugas yang baik dan tertib; (3) Pelaksanaan sesuai dengan skema yang diperlukan sebagai profil kelulusan prodi; (4) Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala di dalam sistem penjaminan mutu LSP. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa, Manajemen Penyusunan MUK guna mempersiapkan asesmen kompetensi mahasiswa sudah terlaksana, hanya belum semua prodi mempunyai skema sebagai profil kelulusan mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji data-data empirik terkait pengaruh pendidikan agama Islam terhadap kedisiplinan beragama peserta didik SMP Plus Al-Aitaam Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta metode survey. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan antara pendidikan agama islam dalam keluarga terhadap kedisilinan beragama dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,536 dan koefisien determinasi (R2)=0,2873. Artinya pendidikan agama islam dalam keluarga dapat mempengaruhi kedisiplinan beragama sebesar 28,7%. Sedangkan arah pengaruh ditunjukan dengan melalui persamaan regresi Ŷ = 37,496 + 0,315 X1 artinya setiap peningkatan 1 unit skor pendidikan agama islam akan mempengaruhi peningkatan skor kedisiplinana beragama sebesar = 0,315. Kedua, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya religius sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan beragama dengan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,381 dan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,1452. Artinya budaya religius sekolah dapat mempengaruhi kedisiplinan beragama sebesar %. Sedangkan arah pengaruh ditunjukan dengan melalui persamaan regresi Ŷ = 37,496 + 0,091 X2 artinya setiap peningkatan 1 unit skor budaya religius sekolah akan mempengaruhi peningkatan skor kedisiplinan beragama sebesar = 0,091. Ketiga, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pendidikan agama islam dalam keluarga dan budaya religius sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kedisiplinan beragama dengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 29,8 %. Implikasi dari kesimpulan diatas adalah karena kedisiplinan beragama dapat ditentukan melalui pendidikan agama Islam dalam keluarga dan budaya religius sekolah sehingga perlu dipupuk kerjasama antara sekolah dengan keluarga dalam pembinaan kedisiplinan beragama agar terwujud kepribadian anak yang berdisiplin melalui program-program budaya religius yang ada disekolah.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine the future educational leadership model based on the perspectives of religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology, as well as their implications in educational institutions. The locus of this research is the Prince SMPN 1 Purwakarta Jawa Barat. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. Interviews were conducted directly with informants, consisting of the school principal, the vice principal, and educational staffs in the educational institution. The results of observations and documentation were obtained from various studies of documents, manuscripts, and archives related to the implementation of educational leadership at SMPN 1 Purwakarta Jawa Barat. The results of the study indicate that the educational leadership model for the future in SMPN 1 Purwakarta after direct interviews with all parties involved in educational institutions can be explained in the discussion of this study
