Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture (X1), motivation (X₂), and job satisfaction (Z) the Employee Performance (Y) at PT PLN (Persero) Region South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan area of Kuala Kapuas.The study uses a quantitative approach to the type of explanatory research.  50 employees were taken as the samples with saturated sampling technique. Data were collected with questionnaire of Likert scale level 5. The collected data were then analyzed with the use SmartPLS.The test results proved that cultural organization did not significantly affect job satisfaction, organizational culture significantly influenced employee motivation, organization culture gave significantly effects on employee performance, motivation gave significantly effects on job satisfaction, motivation did not significantly gave effects on employee performance, job satisfaction significantly gave effects on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment through employee satisfaction PT.Bank Panin, Tbk Banjarbaru. This type of research is explanatory. Population and sample in this study were employees of PT. Bank Panin Tbk branch Banjarbaru with a sample of 32 people and using sampling techniques saturated. The method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that 1) the transformational leadership significantly influence organizational citizenhip behavior, 2) Transformational leadership is a significant effect on job satisfaction, 3) Transformational leadership is a significant effect on organizational commitment, 4) Job satisfaction did not significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior, 5) Satisfaction work significant effect on organizational commitment, 6) commitment to the organization significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 7) transformational leadership has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction, 8) transformational leadership is a significant effect on organizational commitment with job satisfaction, 9) job satisfaction influential significantly to organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment.Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational commitment, job satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify factors which influence financial performance of the Savings and Loans Unit of Guru Mangkutala Cooperative of Kecamatan Teweh Tengah, Kabupaten Barito Utara towards the productive asset quality, management aspect and unoptimal liquidity aspect that may affect the financial performance.The financial performance of the Savings and Loans Unit of Guru Mangkutala Cooperativeis measured with the financial ratio analysis. Good financial performance can be measured from the analysis result to obtain percentages according to the standard established.The guidelines used in evaluating the financial performance of the Savings and Loans Unit of Guru Mangkutala Cooperativearethe standard of the decision of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Middle-Scale Business number 14/Per/M.KUMKM/XII/2009 concerning the guidelines for evaluating the Savings and Loans Unit of Cooperatives. The aspects analysedare capital adequacy, productive asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, and cooperative identity. The analysis result shows that productive asset quality, management and liquidity have not been optimal. The result of the research indicates that the main cause of the unoptimal financial performance in productive asset quality aspect is the high percentage of no performance Loans and there is no allocated reservation for risk fund.  Inmanagement aspect, there is no long-term planning, no reserved fund policy to abolize Non Performance Loans, no policy to control liquidity and the weakness of human resources. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the partial and simultaneous the style of transformational leadership and employee commitment to employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk KCP Puruk Cahu simultaneously or partially.The study population was 31 respondents in which the sample of the study was determined by saturation sampling so that all members of the population became the research sample. Data were collected by questionnaire which then the result was analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that partially transformational leadership (X1) on employee performance (Y) showed that the value of t arithmetic of 0.482 with probability of 0.634. The test results prove transformational leadership (X1) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a large influence of 10.3%. In addition, partially employee commitment (X2) to employee performance variable (Y) shows that the value of t arithmetic of 2.782 with a probability of 0.010. The test results proved employees' commitment (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a large influence 59.5%. It also makes employee commitment (X2) to be the dominant variable in influencing employee performance. Simultaneously, transformational leadership (X1) and employee commitment (X2) have an effect on employee performance (Y) equal to 41,9%. The remaining 48.1% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. The regression equation formed is Y = 0.811 + 0.125 (X1) + 0.716 (X2) + e.Keywords   :          Transformational Leadership, Employee Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Application Deployment NS5 PT. Maritim Barito Perkasa Banjarmasin intended to determine the extent of NS5 applications can be used and what are the constraints faced by ICT PT. Maritim Barito Perkasa Banjarmasin to implement this application.The approach used method is a qualitative approach. The strategy used in this study is to outline a program NS5 by conducting in-depth interviews and document key informant associated directly with the NS5 program.The results showed that the problems that arise in the implementation of NS5 PT. Maritim Barito Perkasa is1. The human resources are still reluctant to make changes2. The new program is still considered difficult to learn.3. The need for the cost of making changesTherefore it is necessary to change the perspective of making changes and their training to the NS5 application. Abstract

This research aimed to find out the fundamental things that made the company management hadto exterminate PT.Metro Batavia, and to do some assessments from business aspect of PT.Metro Bataviamanagement, whetherthe decision to exterminate the company has already precise.This research was executed at Curator officeof PT.Metro Batavia in Jakarta. The research utilized qualitative approach method that emphasizedon secondary data.Due to factors identification of IFAS and EFAS at PT.Metro Batavia, the result of the research showed that liquidation strategy was the best decision to make, it was proven by result of IFAS calculation at -0,17 (weak) and EFAS at -0,32 (low) shown by Table 5.15: MATRIX INTERNAL-EXSTERNAL (IE MATRIX), and the management decision to liquidating PT. Metro Batavia has beenaccurate, since it confirmedby strategic management analysis and its execution did not against the business ethics.  Keywords: Liquidation, PT.Metro Batavia
