Abstract

The purpose of this research is test the influence of transactional leadership style (X) and the motivation (Z) againts employee performance (Y) in Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan (Kantor Cabang Utama Banjarmasin).Samples taken as many as 78 people which is the overall number of employees (excluding the branch leader and section leader). Collecting data using the questionnaire while data analysis using the PLS (Partial Least Square) by using the smartPLS.The test results prove the transactional leadership style have a significant effect on employee motivation with the effect of 38.08%, motivation significantly influence performance of employees with the effect of 2.40%, transactional leadership style significantly influence employee performance with the effect of 59, 96%.Key words: transactional leadership style, motivation and employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify factors which influence financial performance of the Savings and Loans Unit of Guru Mangkutala Cooperative of Kecamatan Teweh Tengah, Kabupaten Barito Utara towards the productive asset quality, management aspect and unoptimal liquidity aspect that may affect the financial performance.The financial performance of the Savings and Loans Unit of Guru Mangkutala Cooperativeis measured with the financial ratio analysis. Good financial performance can be measured from the analysis result to obtain percentages according to the standard established.The guidelines used in evaluating the financial performance of the Savings and Loans Unit of Guru Mangkutala Cooperativearethe standard of the decision of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Middle-Scale Business number 14/Per/M.KUMKM/XII/2009 concerning the guidelines for evaluating the Savings and Loans Unit of Cooperatives. The aspects analysedare capital adequacy, productive asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, and cooperative identity. The analysis result shows that productive asset quality, management and liquidity have not been optimal. The result of the research indicates that the main cause of the unoptimal financial performance in productive asset quality aspect is the high percentage of no performance Loans and there is no allocated reservation for risk fund.  Inmanagement aspect, there is no long-term planning, no reserved fund policy to abolize Non Performance Loans, no policy to control liquidity and the weakness of human resources. Abstract

The aims of the study ware to identify and analyze how much the influence of Technical Ability, Managerial Ability, Conceptual Ability and Behavioural Ability which partially and simultaneously measured to the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Kuala Kapuas Branch.This research used quantitative approach with associative research type and the location for the research was is at. PT. Telkom Kuala Kapuas Branch. The population was all employees of the company with a total sample of 26 respondents. The research applied multiple linear regression techniques for data analysis with a significant level of 0:05.The results of this study demonstrated that partially, there was a significant effect of technical ability to the employee performance at 0,121; the managerial ability at 0.332; the behavioural ability at 0.519; and the conceptual ability at 0.187; to the employees performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously, there was a significant effect of technical ability, managerial ability, conceptual ability and behavioral ability to the employees performance of PT. Telkom Kuala Kapuas Branch of 0.575. Keywords: Performance, Ability, Technical, Managerial, Behavioral, Conceptual.

Abstract

The test results prove that the quality of care as measured by the variable aspects of physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3) and guarantees (X4), which is partially the result of data processing with the use of t-test found that the number t for physical evidence variable (X1) is 2.708, the reliability (X2) is 4.784, responsiveness (X3) of 4.456 and a guarantee (X4) of 5,600 and while the table t of 1.98 or known than the t count> t table it can be concluded that there is a fourth partial effect of these variables on customer satisfaction. For empathy variable (X5) at 0,523 t, while t table when compared to the 1.98 or t <t table it can be concluded that there is no significant effect on satisfaction pelanggan.hal is also the reason why no significant effect of empathy variable partial to customer satisfaction. While simultaneously there is a significant influence on customer satisfaction Regional Water Company Kapuas of 0698 or 6.98% and the remaining 30.2% is influenced by other variables not examinet in this study. Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction
