Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the partial whether (1) Transformational Leadership Style significant effect on employee performance, (2) discipline Job significant effect on employee performance, (3) Cultural Organization significant effect on employee performance (4) and test and analyze together (simultaneously) whether Transformational leadership, Discipline Work and Organizational Culture influence on employee performance at the Post Office Palangkaraya in Central Kalimantan.The study population were employees of the Post Office of Palangkaraya in Central Kalimantan numbered as many as 34 people and also became samples taken by sampling saturated. Methods This study uses a quantitative approach. This study uses data analysis techniques Regression. Validity and reliability test using SPSS 21.0 softwere assistance.The results showed that: (1) The test result is known that there is no significant influence of Transformational Leadership Style (X1) on employee performance (Y) partially, by 0.042. (2) The test result is known that there are significant effect Work Discipline (X2) the Employee Performance (Y) partially, by 0.279. (3) The test result is known that there are significant effect Cultural Organization (X3) on employee performance (Y) partially, by 0.634. (4) From the test results it is known that there is no significant influence Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Cultural Organization (X3) on employee performance (Y) simultaneously, 0.776. (5) Interpretation of the results of this testing is the constant of 10.225 Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to determine member satisfaction of ‘Madani’ Business Multipurpose Cooperation, Kotabaru based on the level of need and level of performance in the dimensions of direct evidence (tangible), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, (2) to determine which attributes belong to the main priority and maintained, or the excessive low priority, (3)  to determine the width of the gap or gap between the importance and the performance of services.This type of this research was descriptive quantitative. In this study the author compared the level of need with the level of performance in producing satisfaction. Data were collected using questionnaires, and the samples of 121 cooperative members were selected by accidental sampling. Data analysis used IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and gap analysis.The analysis result of the suitability level of the lowest attributes of the service quality was responsiveness (responsiveness) with the attribute of quick responsiveness in responding to complaints/ problems (87.71%), and the highest dimension was direct evidence (tangible) in the attributes of cleanliness and tidiness of office and employees (101.10%).The analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) showed that there were four more dominant attibutes in quadrant B (Preserve Achievement) at IPA Cartesian diagram, as follows:1.     Completeness, preparedness and cleanliness of equipments of ‘Madani’ Business Multipurpose Cooperation, Kotabaru (3)2.     Knowledge and skills of tellers and customer service officers (9)3.     Politeness and trustworthiness owned by the employees of  the office of ‘Madani‘ Business Multipurpose Cooperative, Kotabaru (10)4.     Responsibility for the comfort of its members (12)The highest value gap  was in the dimension of responsiveness with the value of -0.55. Meanwhile,  the lowest gap was the dimension of assurance with the value of -0.02. For the value gap (gap), the highest gap was quick response attribute in facing complaints/problems (7) with the value of -0.55, and the lowest gap was the attributes of cleanliness and tidiness of the office and employees (1) with the value of 0.05, and the service was fast, accurate, friendly and ready to help (6) with the value of 0.05. Keywords: Cooperation member satisfaction, level of interest, level of performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence Transformational Leadership, Kompensi and Financial Compensation Against Employee Motivation and Performance. Each organization is always in need of employees to run its operations. Given the organization's employees is an important asset, so many things that need to be associated with an increased performance. The good performance is one of the objectives of the organization in achieving high productivity. Thus achieving a good performance can not be separated from human resource quality is also good. As with any other organization, PT Telkom Branch of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan Witel Office requires qualified human resources in order to support, to realize the vision and mission of the organization's goals. The conclusion of this study are: the performance of employees of PT Telkom Branch of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan Witel Grha Office. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Competencies, Financial Compensation, Employee Motivation and Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to prove the effect of. Work motivation (X1), Training (X2) and Financial Compensation (X3) to the Employee Performance (Y).The study populaton was all employees of PT. Bank Kalsel, Martapura branches totaling 40 people. Sampling technique used sampling saturated. Collecting data using questionnaires designed using level Likert scale 1-5. Data analysis using the structural model SmartPLS.The test results prove 1). Work Motivation signifikan` affect the Employee Performance PT Bank Kalsel employees with major influence (33.11%) 2). Training significantly influence employee performance PT Bank Kalsel with great influence of 24.34% 3) Financial Compensation significant influence significantly the Employee Performance PT Bank Kalsel with great influence of 31.11%. Keywords: Work Motivation, Training, Financial Compensation and Employee Performancee
