Abstract

The test results prove partially the characteristics of the customer (X1), and the quality of service (X3), affecting the decision to use Islamic banking services (Y), while customer knowledge (X2), no partial effect on the decision to use the services of sharia banks in Bank Kalsel Syariah Banjarmasin. Characteristics of customers (X1) is a variable that gives the dominant contribution to the decision to use sharia banking services with a contribution of 35.9%. While simultaneously shows the influence of significant variables Customer characteristics, knowledge of customers, quality of service to the decision process using the services of sharia banking. This is evidenced by the value of Adjusted R Square regression model of 0.246 which means that the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable of 24.6%. And the rest of 75,4% influenced by other variable not mentioned in this research. Keywords: Characteristics, Knowledge, Service Quality and Decision Using bank services

Abstract

This research aims to examine partially and simultaneously influence of the promotion mix such as advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, and direct marketing on customer decision to save in Simpeda at Bank Kalsel Unit Gambut.The type of this research is explanation with survey method trough questionnaires and interviews. The Population in this study were all active customer accounts owner Simpeda were data on 30 September 2015 at Bank Kalsel Unit Gambut, with sample selection technique uses accidental sampling. The method of sampling was using Slovin formula, with a total sample of 207 people. Data were processed and analyzed using multiple linier regression.The result of this research shows the influence of advertising is 35,7% and the influence of publicity is 25,9%, which these variables have significant influence on decision to save. While the influence of personal selling is 7,4%, the influence of sales promotion is 1,3%, and the influence of direct marketing is -11,3%, which these variables have not significant influence on decision to save. Then the promotion mix (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, and direct marketing) simultaneously has significant influence on customer decision to save in Simpeda at Bank Kalsel Unit Gambut. With Adjusted R Square of regression model value is 0,246 which means that decisions to save variable are influenced by promotion mix variable at 24,6 percent. And the rest is 75,4 percent are influenced by other variables that are not mentioned in this research.Keywords: promotion mix, decision to save

Abstract

The existence of inpatient services as a means of supporting business and industry in Muara Teweh North Barito Regency has progressed. Hotels in Muara Teweh North Barito Regency as many as 4 units, Hotel Armani Muara Teweh is the first hotel with starred facilities. With the existence of Armani hotel is able to help assist in terms of taxation, local employment and support in the world of tourism so as to facilitate the investors / businessmen to come to the town of Muara Teweh Central Kalimantan. This study aimed to examine the effect of Content Works (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X 2) the Employee Performance (Y) in "Armani" Central Kalimantan Muara Teweh either partially or simultaneously. Samples taken as many as 50 employees were selected with saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire while data analysis using SPSS program. The test results prove Fill Jobs significant effect on employee performance partially to great effect 5.529 and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance partially to great effect 2,379 while simultaneously Fill Jobs and job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance with great influence 20.268 while the rest of 0.463 influenced by other variables Keywords: Job Content, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance
