Abstract

Satu dari beberapa indikator kualitas sumber daya manusia yang bagus adalah penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Penguasaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bisa diperoleh dalam bentuk pelatihan di bidang keagamaan. Pelatihan mengurus mayat secara islami adalah satu fokus yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitasnya dalam rangka penguatan keagamaan dan menjaga pendapat madzhab ahli sunnah wal jamaah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mendeskripsikan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia masyarakat Randu Agung Kecamatan Cermee melalui pelatihan Tajhizul Jenazah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara, dan pengamatan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan Tajhizul Jenazah menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Randu Agung Kecamatan Cermee

Abstract

This paper discusses in detail about science as the only weapon of life civilization. In its development, science has a state of uncertainty. In this uncertainty, as an independent science, it is required to be able to submit to its rules. Armed with knowledge, humans are capable of creating civilizations and with knowledge humans can create havoc in the pages of their lives. Thus, the neutral and non-neutral role of science in human life becomes a big question mark.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, the authors focus on how the implementation ofdiversion for juvenile offenders by law enforcement officials and what arethe obstacles of law enforcement officials in the implementation of diversionfor juvenile offenders, with the aim of analysing the implementation ofdiversion for juvenile offenders by law enforcement officials and analysingwhat are the obstacles of law enforcement officials in the implementation ofdiversion for juvenile offenders. This research method uses a normativelibrary method, namely by reading books related to the title and thisresearch, also supported by the existence of primary and secondary dataobtained from several literatures related to the research. The results of theresearch on the implementation of diversion refer to the regulation of theSupreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia number 4 of 2014 concerningguidelines for the implementation of diversion in the juvenile criminaljustice system and the obstacle is the absence of a clear time in the diversionprocess so that diversion efforts often do not find an agreement.Keywords:Diversion, Law Enforcement, Beta Generation.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini didedikasikan untuk masyarakat dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran warga Desa Batu Salang, Kecamatan Cermee, Kabupaten Bondowoso, mengenai bahaya dan dampak negatif pernikahan dini. Sosialisasi dilakukan di Balai Desa Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan penyuluhan ini meliputi pendidikan, partisipasi, dan persuasi melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan penyuluhan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta mengenai batas usia menikah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 16 Tahun 2019 telah meningkat, dan pentingnya kesiapan fisik, mental, dan ekonomi sebelum menikah telah lebih dikenal luas. Sebanyak 80% peserta mampu menjelaskan dengan benar penyebab dan risiko yang terkait dengan pernikahan dini. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan pemahaman bahwa menunda pernikahan hingga usia yang lebih matang bukanlah pelanggaran agama, melainkan bentuk tanggung jawab sosial dan moral. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini telah terbukti memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan dapat dijadikan contoh kegiatan pencegahan pernikahan dini yang berkelanjutan di desa-desa lain.

Abstract

The digitization of the judicial system through the implementation of electronic court summonses (e-summons) is part of efforts to modernize legal services with the aim of improving efficiency and access to justice. However, the implementation of e-summons faces serious challenges at the rural community level, especially among communities with limited digital literacy or technological illiteracy. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to increase understanding of electronic court summonses (e-summons) among the community of Jirek Mas Village, which has limited technology proficiency. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with an educational-participatory model through stages of observation, legal socialization, simple technology education, simulation, and mentoring. Data was collected through observation, interviews, pre-test and post-test questionnaires, and activity documentation. The PkM results showed that before the activity was carried out, the majority of the community did not understand the meaning, delivery medium, or legal force of e-summons. After the education and mentoring activities, there was a significant increase in the community's understanding of all measured indicators. This activity proves that an educational-participatory approach is effective in increasing legal literacy and awareness among rural communities regarding the electronic court system. Thus, this Community Service Program contributes to supporting the implementation of inclusive court digitalization and strengthening access to justice for rural communities.
