Abstract

Keberadaan sumber daya lokal yang melimpah di setiap wilayah di Indonesia belum bisa sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan secara maksimal, sehingga belum ada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat di sekitarnya. Konsep one village one produk (OVOP) atau disebut juga satu desa satu produk (SDSP) hadir untuk berusaha memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal menjadi sebuah produk yang unik dan bernilai bisnis yang tinggi melalui perpaduan potensi budaya dan kearifan lokal, dengan segala kreatifitas untuk mencapai kemandirian bersama.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menemukan sebuah jawaban tentang sebuah konsep keberlanjutan program dan kemandirian kelompok dalam pengembangan produk unggulan jambu biji merah program pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui konsep OVOP, dan model pembiayaan usaha pengolahan jambu biji merah dengan bank syariah.Dari hasil penelitian, konsep keberlanjutan program pengembangan produk buah jambu biji merah dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat sehingga menjadi sebuah kelompok usaha yang mandiri, dilakukan melalui dibentuknya kelembagaan lokal berbentuk Koperasi Produksi memiliki peran dalam mewujudkan keberlangsungan program/ bisnis dan menumbuhkan kemandirian kelompok bisnis, yaitu mengelola kegiatan operasional produksi, mengelola keuangan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumtif anggota kelompok, dan mengelola keuangan bisnis dengan mengakses modal ke lembaga keuangan syariah melalui pembiayaan mudharabah.Abstract: The research had been done with aim to find out the respond about a concept of sustainability program and independence group in developing seed product guava in society economic empowerment through OVOP conceptual, and model of financial business management guava with Islamic bankingFrom this research, the concept of sustainability product development program guava in empowerment economic society become an independence business group, conducted through be formed a local institutions like production cooperation which have role to realize program/business sustainability and grow business group independence, that are to manage production operational activity, manage financial in order to fulfill consumptive need group members , and manage business financial by accessing fund to shariah financial institution through mudharabah finacing.Keywords : Increas in value added), one village one product (OVOP), the model of financing for agroindustri Psidium Guajava

Abstract

As known, the competition between banks in Indonesia is increasingly tight. Making each bank in various ways such as developing products, improving services, procuring promos, etc., continues to be carried out to get potential customers for the continuity of their business. Only banks are able to attract new consumers and retain old consumers who may be able to grow and develop for long periods of time. Therefore, it becomes a challenge for sharia bank marketers in creating marketing strategies in accordance with Islamic law. In this case, one of the things that can be done by Islamic bank marketers is to approach the community by identifying whether or not there are customers of conventional banks who want to move to Islamic banks. This study aims to determine the effect of customer perceptions of Islamic banks and variety seeking on the customer intention to switch from conventional banks to Islamic banks. Data collection techniques in this study were conducted by distributing questionnaires to all Muslim society in Bekasi City. Sampling is done by judgmental sampling technique so that it gets 101 samples. The research method used is quantitative associative research and data is processed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that only variable perception society about the bank sharia who influential significant effect on the customer intention to switch from conventional banks to Islamic banks, while variety seeking does not have a significant effect on the customer intention to switch from conventional banks to Islamic banks.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini membahas tentang kepuasan jamaah umrah terhadap penerapan sistrem pemasaran PLBS yang diterapkan oleh PT. Arminareka Perdana seiring adanya fatwa DSN – MUI No. 83 / VI / 2012. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel 103 responden jamaah umrah PT. Arminareka Perdana. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan jamaah umrah terhadap sistem PLBS di PT. Arminareka Perdana.Hasil analisis ini mengungkapkan bahwa nilai kepuasan sebesar 0,76 (puas) pada variabel silent service , sebesar 0,86 (sangat puas) pada variabel image , sebesar 0,63 (puas) pada variabel proactive service , sebesar 0,79 (puas) pada variabel quality product dan sebesar 0,72 (puas) pada variabel pricing. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa 4 variabel bernilai puas dan 1 variabel bernilai sangat puas dengan nilai interpretasi 0,61 – 0,80 dan 0,81 – 1,00. ABSTRACT: This study discusses the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims to the application of marketing system of PLBS applied by PT .Arminareka Perdana, as along with the emergence of fatwa DSN - MUI No. 83 / VI / 2012. The data used in this study are primary data from interviews using questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively to determine the level of satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims against PLBS system in PT. Arminareka Perdana. The result revealed that the satisfaction score is 0.76 (satisfied) in the variable silent service. Then it is 0.86 (very satisfied) in the variable image, and 0.63 (satisfied) in the variable proactive service,and before the last is 0.79 (satisfied) in the variable quality product and the last is 0.72 (satisfied) in the variable pricing. It can be concluded that the four variables worth satisfied and 1 variable is worth very satisfied with the value interpretation from 0.61 to 0.80 and from 0.81 to 1.00.Keywords: Umroh pilgrims, PLBS, fatwa, and costumer satisfactory

Abstract

With the development and welfare reasons, the government diverts thousands hectare civil‟s gardens for the sake of oil palm plantation development. Beside the unfair handing the Ulayat land mechanism, the switch function of productive agricultural lands led to growing economic inequality which lead to the conflict. Therefore, the thought of Abu Ubaid in the book of al-Amwal regarding the law and politics in the land or plantations as a benchmark in achieving solution upon the issue. The research question in this study namely: How does the view of Abu „Ubaid about the government's role in the distribution and management of plantations? and what kind of policies is needed, so it can effectively decrease the gaps in the current farm/land owner?. The methodology in this present study used descriptive research which is library-based research. The data were analyzed qualitatively. Data used in this study is qualitative data obtained from an authentic source comprising a source of primary data and secondary data sources. The results show that that the law and the way of Abu „Ubaid provide a solution to the inequality of land ownership is very different from the government policy in Indonesia. One of the policy which is to clarify over the abandoned land by tenants is for three years and then the government takes the right for the land. The government has the authority to give the land to a new tenant who wants to turn the land becomes more productive.
