Assets is very valuable for the University, that is lecturer. The work challenge  for lecturers will influence the spirit to work. More bigger the challenge for working, it is better for the lecturers to motivate to work. As an individu who has decided to make a choice so the individu itself has career orientation. Career orientation includes some variables  career. Career orientation consists of attitude dimension, the ability to make a decision, and the information of world job.
