<![CDATA[ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at PT IIS (Inti Indosawit Subur) Bulian Jaya Village, Maro Sebo Ilir District, Batanghari Regency in November 2021 with the aim of assessing the costs and benefits of the 6-year post-rejuvenation activity (2016-2021). This study used a survey method to collect secondary and primary data and analyzed descriptively. The results showed that: The total land area was 1,951 ha and the area planted with oil palm (replanting) was 1,741 ha. Rejuvenation preparation activities in the 2016-2017 range were dominated by felling, chipping, and digging holes. Rejuvenation planting was began in 2017 in stages and was harvested for the first time in 2020 so that the benefits are calculated from the results of production starting in 2020 and 2021 with a each revenue of Rp. 48,139,583,800 and Rp. 69,496,645,440. Thus, the total benefit for the 6 years at the beginning of this replanting activity was: Rp. 117,636,229,240, while the total cost during that period was Rp. 74,102,744,979, then the profit (Net Present Value: NPV) obtained for 6 years of replanting operations (2016-2021) was Rp. 43,533,484,261.Keyword : Cost, Benefit, Palm Oil, ReplantingABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT IIS (Inti Indosawit Subur) Desa Bulian jaya Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ilir Kabupaten Batanghari pada bulan November 2021 dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji biaya dan manfaat dalam kegiatan 6 tahun pasca peremajaan (2016-2021). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey untuk mengumpulkan data sekunder dan primer dan dianalisis secara defkriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Luas lahan keseluruhan adalah 1.951 ha dan luas yang ditanam kelapa sawit (replanting) yaitu 1.741 ha. Aktivitas persiapan peremajaan pada rentang tahun 2016-2017 didominasi oleh kegiatan tumbang, chipping, gali lubang. Penanaman peremajaan dimulai pada tahun 2017 secara bertahap dan dipanen pertama kali pada tahun 2020 sehingga manfaat terhitung dari hasil produksi mulai tahun 2020 dan 2021 dengan besar masing-masing penerimaan Rp. 48.139.583.800 dan Rp. 69.496.645.440.
