Abstract

Abstrak – Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam Perusahaan Biskuit Madu Wangi yaitu adanya kesulitan dalam penentuan supplier yang akan dipilih. Selama ini, perusahaan hanya mengambil barang dari supplier langganan tanpa membandingkan dengan supplier lainnya. Untuk itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dibuat program pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan supplier dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya aplikasi sistem ini, maka informasi tentang masing-masing supplier dapat diketahui dengan baik. Sehingga, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan laba tahunan secara signifikan sampai 90% melebihi target yang ditetapkan.Kata Kunci: SPK, analytic hierarchy process, supplier Abstract – Problems encountered in the Company Biscuit Madu Wangi namely the difficulty in determining the supplier to be selected. So far, the company only take goods from the supplier's subscription without comparing with other suppliers. For that, in this research will be made a decision-making program in the selection of suppliers by using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of this study indicate that with the application of this system, the information about each supplier can be known well. Thus, the company can increase its annual profit significantly to 90% beyond the set target.Keywords: SPK, analytic hierarchy process, supplier
