Abstract

This research aims to design the utilization of E-tourism for the marketing of tourism sector in Makassar based on Android. The function of this research is to facilitate the Investor who want to find tourist sites and tourist attractions that want to buy or develop and other functions of the research is to facilitate the user to provide information to the Investor both institutions and individuals who want to develop or buy tourist attractions in the direction of data collection by studying materials, concepts, books and theories relating to the drafting process and the discussion of issues discussed by the authors included in the literature on authors and About things that support the creation of application programs. The author has managed to make application of E-Tourism utilization for tourism sector marketing in the city of Makassar based on Android. Application design process using Android platform using Android Studio software. Evaluation results from BlackBox testing to determine the reliability of the application shows that all results are valid or as expected.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether the User Centered Design approach can build a better User Interface and User Experience on the Flavor Fog application so that it can meet the needs and desires of users. The method used is the System Usability Scale to determine the score of the application. The score obtained before the design was carried out was 70.8 which entered category C, while after designing using the User Centered Design approach, a score of 81.1 was obtained which entered category A. From these results it can be seen that there is an upgrade in the Flavor Fog application, so that it can be concluded that the application design using a User Centered Design approach with measurements using the System Usability Scale, can produce a User Interface and User Experience design that is in accordance with the needs and desires of the user.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis performa website sulivan agro agar dapat mengetahui masalah yang ada dalam website sulivan agro khususnya bagian performa. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah GTMetrix. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan skor performa sebesar 44%. Skor tersebut masuk dalam kategori belum baik. Dengan demikian, dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa GTMetrix sebagai alat pengukur performa website dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam membuat kesimpulan dalam menganalisis performa sebuah website. Dengan penggunaan GTMetrix tersebut dapat membantu dalam menganalisis performa web dengan akurat dan juga membantu untuk menganalisis perbaikan yang diperlukan oleh sebuah web agar performanya menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to design the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of VixVehicle, an online workshop service platform, using a wireframe approach and the Lean UX methodology. In the digital era dominated by mobile devices, VixVehicle faces significant challenges related to an unresponsive design and poor user experience, hindering accessibility and user convenience. To evaluate usability levels, this study employs the System Usability Scale (SUS), with initial scores indicating unsatisfactory results. The design process consists of several stages, including quantitative data collection through surveys, the identification of assumptions regarding user needs, the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) prototype, and iterative testing to gather user feedback. The implementation of the new design led to an increase in the SUS score to 74.5, indicating a significant improvement in user experience. This enhancement demonstrates that the new design is more intuitive, responsive, and capable of increasing user engagement. The findings of this study are expected to serve as a reference for the development of similar applications, particularly in applying Lean UX principles to improve user satisfaction and ease of use in mobile-based applications.
