Abstract

Pendidikan memberikan kemajuan pemikiran manusia, sehingga taraf hidupnya meningkat. Perkembangan zaman saat ini telah membawa dampak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek. Dampak perubahan yang terjadi begitu cepat dan mudah diamati adalah aspek sosial. Perubahan sosial tidak hanya mengarah pada kemajuan, tetapi juga dapat mengarah pada kemunduran. Ada kalanya perubahan terjadi begitu cepat, sehingga membingungkan manusia untuk menghadapinya. Setiap perubahan yang terjadi di masyarakat selalu menimbulkan risiko kehidupan sosial atau ketidakpastian sosial. Fungsi pendidikan teknologi dalam tranformasi sosial dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik yang analisis kritis berperan untuk menanamkan keyakinan dan nilai-nilai baru pada cara berpikir orang. Pendidikan di abad modern telah berhasil menciptakan generasi baru dengan daya kreativitas dan kemampuan berpikir kritis, sikap yang tidak mudah menyerah pada keadaan dan digantikan dengan sikap yang mau berubah. Cara berpikir dan sikap ini akan lepas dari ketergantungan pada bantuan orang lain. Dengan demikian peserta didik selain sebagai memahami perubahan dalam kehidupan sosial juga dapat sebagai agen perubahan itu sendiri. Kenyataannya, masyarakat Desa yang berpendidikan masih kurang terlibat dalam penggerakan pemerintah dan keluarga. Education gives the headway of human thought, so that their level of life increments. These days the improvement of the time has brought the affect of alter in different viewpoints. The affect of changes that happen so rapidly and effortlessly watched is the social perspective It has been happening since old times. There are times when the changes happened so quickly, that it befuddles the human being to bargain with it. Any change happening within the community continuously raises the chance of social life or social instability. The work of education in social transformation alter in arrange to move forward the capacity of learners that basic investigation plays a part to instill unused convictions and values on the way individuals think. Educaion within the cutting edge century has succeeded in making a unused era with the control of imagination and the capacity of basic considering, states of mind are not simple to donate in to the circumstance and supplanted with states of mind that are willing to alter. These ways of considering and states of mind will elude reliance on the assistance of others. In this way learners other than as understanding the changes in social life can moreover as operators alter themselves. In reality, educated villagers are still less involved in mobilizing the government and families. the community.

Abstract

Keberadaan teknologi pada proses Pendidikan mempunyai kiprah yg penting pada mendukung pendidik & siswa buat saling berinteraksi. Ditinjau menurut ranah sosiologi, dalam dasarnya insan pada pada mencapai tujuan hidupnya selalu berkomunikasi, berinteraksi & menyesuaikan diri menggunakan sesama dan lingkungannya, baik secara pribadi juga ataupun sosial. Di tahun 2020, pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan global Pendidikan wajib mengalami transformasi metode aktivitas belajar mengajar ke mode dengan menggunakan pemanfaatan teknologi digital & jejaring internet. Tujuan penulisan ini merupakan buat mengetahui pentingnya teknologi Pendidikan bagi pendidik pada perkuliahan online dan dampak sosial pada pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian memakai kajian Pustaka secara naratif menggunakan pemilihan melalui artikel-artikel jurnal, buku, informasi & peraturan perundangan-undangan yg relevan. Penelitian ini menghasikan bahwa, teknologi Pendidikan bisa memperlancar perkuliahan online baik bagi pendidik & siswa dan berdampak bagi kehiduapn sosial pada masa pandemi Covid-19 The existence of information and communication technology in the education process has a crucial role in supporting educators and students to interact with each other. Viewed from the realm of sociology, basically humans in achieving their life goals always communicate, interact and adapt with each other and their environment as well, either directly or indirectly. In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the education world to undergo transformation on the methods of teaching and learning activities to indirect mode with the use of digital technology and internet networks. The purpose of this writing is to determine the importance of educational technology and information systems for educators in online lectures during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive literature review by selecting sources of information and data through journal articles, books, news and legislation relevant to the problem. The results show that educational technology and information systems can facilitate online lectures for both educators and students during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Information technology is now a necessity for society, including in the health sector at the Community Health Center (Puskesmas) information technology can be used to manage medical record data such as creating a web-based service information system. However, most of the management of puskesmas medical record units in Indonesia is still carried out using spreadsheet applications or still using paper records. The spreadsheet application also has drawbacks because the officers from the puskesmas also have to understand the formulas to use it even though they are not programmers. As in the Mardira Health Center, medical records are written on paper and recorded for archives, this is less efficient because data can be lost or damaged. Therefore this study aims to facilitate the process of managing medical record data such as storing and accessing data and reducing the risk of data damage due to disasters. This application is designed to be web based using the PHP (Pear Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL as its database. In its manufacture, this application is tailored to the needs. The result of this application is a web-based health center service system that can search data quickly, modify data and generate reports easily. It is hoped that this application can facilitate the implementation of activities at the puskesmas and improve services to the community.
