Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan bola kecil terhadap koordinasi mata dan tangan siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Koordinasi mata dan tangan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perkembangan motorik anak yang dapat ditingkatkan melalui aktivitas fisik yang menyenangkan dan terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian adalah 32 siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Karangmoncol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes lempar tangkap bola untuk mengukur kemampuan koordinasi sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Perlakuan yang diberikan berupa pembelajaran PJOK melalui permainan bola kecil seperti kasti dan lempar tangkap selama enam pertemuan. Hasil analisis menggunakan paired sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan pada skor koordinasi mata dan tangan siswa setelah perlakuan, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan bola kecil berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan koordinasi mata dan tangan siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Study purpose. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of PJOK lessons on clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) of grade VI students of SDN Sidorejo. Materials and methods. The research method used by the researcher in this study is a qualitative and quantitative mixed method, with the research design using a sequential exploratory design. The implementation of this research was carried out at SD Negeri Sidorejo, Pekalongan Regency with a population of 180 students, and the number of research samples used was 30 grade VI students. The data collection technique used PJOK and PHBS questionnaires. Results. The results of the study show that PJOK lessons have an influence on the PHBS of grade VI students of SDN Sidorejo, Pekalongan Regency. Conclusion. PJOK lessons not only play a role in increasing students' physical activity, but also have a significant effect on forming clean and healthy living habits (PHBS). Through simple habits applied in schools, PJOK is able to instill students' awareness to maintain their health and the environment in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to identify differences in the psychological characteristics of athletes participating in team sports and individual sports, specifically students of the Jadimulya Badminton Coach and the Putra Bisma Football School. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involved athletes from both institutions as subjects. Human beings functioned as the main research instrument, supported by observation and interview guidelines used to explore psychological traits relevant to each sport context. Material and methods. The results show that clear psychological differences exist between team and individual athletes. Team athletes, such as football players, rely heavily on cooperative abilities, effective communication, and collective motivation to achieve shared goals. They must navigate team dynamics, manage interpersonal relationships, resolve conflicts, and maintain team cohesion to ensure optimal performance. Leadership, adaptability, and the ability to function within a structured social environment emerge as essential characteristics. In contrast, individual athletes such as badminton players demonstrate stronger independence, personal motivation, and self-regulation. Their success depends largely on individual skill mastery, consistency, and mental resilience under pressure. Individual athletes develop personal strategies, emphasize innovation in technique, and are required to manage competitive stress without relying on teammates. Creativity in badminton is rooted in technical execution, while creativity in football tends to emerge through collective strategy and team formations. Result. The findings also highlight distinct character tendencies: badminton athletes show a high level of autonomy and focus on personal performance refinement, whereas football athletes depend on teamwork, coordination, and group synergy. Conclusion. significant psychological differences distinguish team athletes from individual athletes. Team-sport athletes require communication skills, collective motivation, and the ability to adapt within team dynamics, while individual-sport athletes prioritize independence, mental endurance, self-motivation, and autonomous skill development.

Abstract

Pendahuluan. Pendidikan karakter merupakan fondasi penting dalam membentuk kepribadian peserta didik yang berakhlak, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab. Dalam konteks sekolah dasar/madrasah ibtidaiyah, Guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) memiliki peran strategis karena pembelajaran jasmani tidak hanya menekankan aspek kebugaran fisik, tetapi juga internalisasi nilai sportivitas, kerja sama, kejujuran, dan kedisiplinan melalui aktivitas praktik. Oleh karena itu, peran Guru PJOK menjadi krusial dalam proses pembentukan karakter siswa. Tujuan Penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan peran Guru PJOK dalam pembentukan pendidikan karakter siswa di MI ITB Dukupuntang Kabupaten Cirebon. Bahan dan Metode. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas Guru PJOK, kepala madrasah, dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi proses pembelajaran, wawancara mendalam, serta studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diuji menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru PJOK berperan aktif dalam pembentukan karakter siswa melalui integrasi nilai karakter dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, keteladanan sikap selama kegiatan olahraga, pembiasaan disiplin dan kepatuhan terhadap aturan permainan, penguatan kerja sama tim, serta pemberian penguatan berupa reward dan punishment edukatif. Faktor pendukung meliputi budaya sekolah religius dan dukungan kelembagaan, sedangkan kendala utama adalah keterbatasan sarana prasarana serta variasi latar belakang karakter siswa. Kesimpulan. Guru PJOK memiliki peran signifikan dalam pembentukan pendidikan karakter siswa melalui strategi pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas jasmani yang terintegrasi nilai-nilai karakter. Optimalisasi peran tersebut memerlukan dukungan lingkungan sekolah, kurikulum, dan fasilitas yang memadai.
