Abstract

Abstract — Given the magnitude of the effect of the use of computers in various fields of business either an agency or company, we need to hold an examination of the data so there is no mistake in making financial reports manually. Therefore it is necessary dibuatkanyasuatu computer-based system to facilitate and support the management of financial data, especially data processing cash receipts from income prevention services slop. Intisari—Mengingat begitu besarnya pengaruh penggunaan komputer di dalam berbagai bidang usaha baik suatu instansi atau perusahaan, maka perlu diadakan suatu pemeriksaan terhadap data-datanya sehingga tidak terjadi suatu kesalahan dalam membuat laporan keuangan secara manual. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatkanyasuatu sistem yang berbasis komputer untuk mempermudah dan mendukung pengelolaan data keuangan khusunya pengolahan data penerimaan kas dari pendapatan jasa penanggulangan air kotor. Kata Kunci—Penerapan Sistem, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi.

Abstract

Abstract— The Special Capital Region of the Municipality of South Jakarta Administration is implementing the School Health Unit program for elementary school environment throughout South Jakarta in order to provide motivation and spirit to improve the cleanliness of the school environment and the participation of teachers and students by way of assessing the environment of elementary school area of South Jakarta Administration City. To determine the decision making in the elementary school hygiene assessment is accurate or not, an assessment should be done with the criteria that have been determined from the Sanitation Department of South Jakarta Administration City, other criteria needed in the assessment are cleanliness, physical facilities, facilities, greening and health services. The purpose of this research is to apply Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) as a decision support system in the determination of elementary school cleanliness in South Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-Department. Intisari— Daerah Khusus Ibukota (DKI) Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan menerapakan program bangun praja dan lomba Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) untuk lingkungan sekolah dasar seluruh wilayah Jakarta Selatan dalam rangka memberikan motivasi dan semangat untuk meningkatkan kebersihan dilingkungan sekolah dan peranserta para guru dan siswa/i masing-masing dengan cara melakukan penilaian dilingkungan sekolah dasar wilayah kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan. Untuk mengetahui pengambilan keputusan dalam penilaian kebersihan sekolah dasar tersebut akurat atau tidak, harus dilakukan penilaian dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dari Dinas Kebersihan Kota Adminitrasi Jakarta Selatan, kriteria lain yang dibutuhkan dalam penilaian adalah kebersihan, sarana fisik, fasilitas, penghijauan dan pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menerapkan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penetuan penilaian kebersihan sekolah dasar di Suku Dinas Kebersihan DKI Jakarta Selatan. Abstract

Cooperatives, as a business entity that is different from others, have their own challenges in dealing with free trade, both from the movement sector and internal problems of the cooperative itself. It is hoped that the existence of the Cooperative movement as an economic institution can act as a driving engine for national economic activity as well as a teacher shop for the Indonesian economy. Recording financial data in cooperatives is of course very important. As information technology develops, the use of computer applications as a medium for recording financial data has become quite relevant and useful. Manual financial recording media is very susceptible to problems such as recording errors or presenting reports that are less accurate and require more time. So we need an application that can make it easier to record finances in cooperatives. This research uses the software development method, namely Waterfall, starting from analysis, design, coding, testing and supporting stages. The results of this research are an accounting information system for processing savings and loan data at the Palomak Artha Mas Bekasi Cooperative based on a website that can be used for the company’s operational needs. The computerized system is expected to improve the quality of service in the cooperative.

Abstract

Abstrak− PT. Mutuagung Lestari merupakan perusahaan yang melayani jasa pengujian, inspeksi, dan sertifikasi. Berdiri sejak 1990, PT. Mutuagung Lestari telah menjadi perusahaan publik Indonesia terbesar di bidangnya. Perusahaan yang sudah memiliki jangkauan luas seperti PT. Mutuagung Lestari, tentunya juga memiliki departemen, divisi dan staff yang banyak. Untuk kelancaran usahanya, PT. Mutuagung Lestari memfasilitasi perusahaannya dengan beberapa kendaraan operasional yang dapat digunakan oleh semua staff. Departemen GA pada PT. Mutuagung Lestari, yang bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan, peminjaman serta pengembalian dan juga menggunaan kendaraan operasional tersebut. Di dalam prosesnya, setiap divisi akan diwakili oleh seorang admin. Admin divisi tersebut bertugas mendata staff dalam divisinya yang akan membutuhkan kendaraan operasional untuk kemudian admin divisi akan mengajukan peminjaman kendaraan kepada admin GA. Selama ini pengelolaan kendaraan operasional tersebut masih berlangsung dengan sistem manual. Hal tersebut mendasari penelitian serta pembuatan sistem informasi peminjaman kendaraan berbasis web ini. Sistem informasi berbasis web merupakan media yang tidak membutuhkan banyak perangkat. Sistem disimpan di dalam satu buah server dan client dan dapat diakses dengan menggunakan media internet. Established since 1990, PT. Mutuagung Lestari has become the largest Indonesian public company in its field. A company that already has a wide reach like PT. Mutuagung Lestari, of course, also has many departments, divisions and staff. For the smooth running of its business, PT. Mutuagung Lestari facilitates its company with several operational vehicles that can be used by all staff. The GA Department at PT. Mutuagung Lestari, which is responsible for the availability, borrowing and returning and also the use of these operational vehicles. In the process, each division will be represented by an admin. The division admin is tasked with recording staff in his division who will need operational vehicles and then the division admin will submit a vehicle loan to the GA admin. So far, the management of these operational vehicles has been carried out manually. This is the basis for research and the creation of this web-based vehicle borrowing information system. A web-based information system is a media that does not require many devices. The system is stored on one server and client and can be accessed using the internet media.
