Abstract

Perhitungan kuota sks mengajar dosen menjadi kegiatan yang rutin dilakukan setiap bulan yang dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk pembayaran honor mengajar dosen serta pengambilan keputusan manajemen. Perhitungan sks mengajar yang dilakukan secara manual membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dikarenakan jumlah dosen yang semakin banyak. Selain itu sering terjadi kesalahan dan kekeliruan dalam proses perhitungan sks dan menimbulkan keluhan dari dosen yang mengajar pada setiap semester.Tujuan penelitian ini membangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat melakukan perhitungan jumlah sks mengajar dosen dengan cepat dan tepat. Merancang suatu aplikasi tentunya membutuhkan suatu metode yang khusus untuk membantu selama proses pengerjaan. Berdasarkan kebutuhan perkembangan metode menjadi salah satu unsur yang penting dalam perkembangan kebutuhan informasi. Metode yang digunakan pada perancangan aplikasi ini adalah Extreme Programming yang merupakan metode yang memiliki empat tahapan dalam pelaksanaannya, yaitu perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean dan pengujian. Dengan melaui keempat tahap tersebut diharapkan hasil yang diperoleh menjadi maksimal dan dapat lebih membantu dalam prose yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi pemetaan kuota sks mengajar dosen yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dan keakuratan dalam perhitungan jumlah sks mengajar dosen dengan cepat dan tepat, mampu mengurangi kesalahan dalam proses perhitungan dan dapat meminimalisir komplain dari dosen terkait honor mengajar yang diperoleh.

Abstract

Abstract— Role of Information Technology (IT) in business is very big because it affects the survival of an organization's operational processes. In management, IT requires a standard that can help managers to see the gaps between business risks, control needs and technical issues that exist. Maharaja Ban is a company that has always been committed to develop business and serve the needs of customers, so we need the support of good IT Governance. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) is one tool that is used to view existing IT governance. COBIT has 4 domains, namely Plan and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI), Delivery and Support (DS), and Monitoring and Evaluate (ME). This study was conducted for two domain frameworks that both PO and AI The selection of these domains tailored to the problems and needs of the Maharaja Ban Jakarta in managing IT, including strategy and tactics, as well as attention to the identification of the way IT, realization, implementation and integration of IT strategy in providing best contribution to the achievement of the business process. The results of the study found that the level of maturity IT Governance at Maharaja Ban are in level Initial and Repeatable but Invinitive.Intisari— Peranan Teknologi Informasi (TI) di dalam bisnis sangat besar karena hal ini mempengaruhi kelangsungan proses operasional organisasi. Dalam pengelolaannya, TI memerlukan suatu standar yang dapat membantu pengelola untuk melihat kesenjangan antara resiko bisnis, kebutuhan kontrol, dan permasalahan teknik yang ada. Dalam pengelolaannya, TI memerlukan suatu standar yang dapat membantu pengelola untuk melihat kesenjangan antara resiko bisnis, kebutuhan kontrol, dan permasalahan teknik yang ada. Tata Kelola TI (IT Governance)merupakan struktur dari hubungan dan proses yang mengarahkan dan mengatur organisasi dalam rangka mencapai tujuannya dengan memberikan nilai tambah dari pemanfaatan TI dan melakukan penyeimbangan resiko dengan hasil yang diberikan oleh TI dan prosesnya. Maharaja Ban adalah perusahaan yang selalu berkomitmen untuk mengembangkan bisnis dan melayani kebutuhan pelanggan,sehingga perlu dukungan Tata Kelola TI yang baik. COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) merupakan salah satu alat dalam pengukuran Tata Kelol TI yang digunakan untuk melihat tata kelola TI yang ada. COBIT memiliki 4 domain , yaitu Plan and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI), Delivery and Support (DS), dan Monitoring and Evaluate (ME). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dua domain kerangka kerja yaitu PO & AI.Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa tingkat kematangan (maturity level) Tata Kelola TI pada Maharaja Ban berada di level 1.Kata kunci : COBIT 4.1, Maturity Level, Planning and Organizing, Acquisition and Implementation

Abstract

Operational Vehicle is one of the assets owned by the company to help transportation that aims to facilitate the carrying out of a job. With the existence of operational vehicles can increase company productivity. The problems that exist in the process of selecting the best operational vehicles are still simple or depend on the company's budget. The purpose of this study is to obtain a decision in determining the selection of operational vehicles using several criteria and can provide solutions to determine the best choice of operational vehicles for company management. The method used by the author is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) which can help in making decisions to overcome a complex problem. The results of this study are the decision support system can be used as a tool for decision making recommendations for companies in determining the selection of operational vehicles using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, in addition to providing an alternative form of decision support systems to help and facilitate the company's stakeholders in decide on operational vehicles.Keywords: Decision Support System, Operational Vehicle, SAW Method.

Abstract

This research was conducted to help determine the menu or package that is often purchased simultaneously. The priori algorithm is used to produce data mining regarding the determination of association rules which is carried out by calculating support and confidence in the sales of food menu mechanisms in a restaurant with a case study of the restaurant d'DSL Lembang. The resulting a priori algorithm will be implemented and tested with the Tanagra application. From the results of the discussion and data analysis carried out, it was found that with the application of the a priori algorithm in determining the combination between itemset with a minimum support of 60% and a minimum confidence of 90%, it was found in the initial calculation of the combination of one itemset, a combination of 2 itemset, a combination of 3 itemset and a final association rule with The highest value of support and confidence is if the consumer orders the Hot Sweet Tea menu, Chicken Driver Package and Liwet Rice at the same time with a support value of 58% and a confidence value of 100%.

Abstract

Stocktaking is a calculation and adjustment of the stock of goods and assets owned by a store or company in a warehouse or storefront with stock data contained in the company's database system. During stock taking, the entry and exit activities of goods cannot be carried out. This causes the company to be irregular in conducting stock taking. The purpose of this research is to create a system and application that can simplify the process of managing stock operations. The research method used in this research is using extreme programming method. With this method and the android application, it is expected that the stock management data management process will be more flexible because there is no need to use a computer but only with an Android-based smartphone. With this application, you only need to use the camera on the smartphone to scan the item in question without the need to type on the computer

Abstract

Petty cash is a fund set by the company to finance the company's regular operations whose total expenditure is relatively smaller and paid in cash without the use of bank transfers or checks. In a Petty cash recording company both cash in and out is the responsibility of the accounting part, in its management still using conventional systems such as using ledgers, microsoft excel and so on. This, of course, can lead to errors and take a long time. The goal of the study was to design an effective and efficient web-based petty cash recording accounting information system. The methods used in this study are data collection which includes observation and study of literature and system development methods using Extreme Programming consisting of planning, designing, coding and testing stages. The results of this study show that the use of petty cash recording information systems can provide convenience to users as well as effective and efficient time in the process of recording petty cash, in addition to minimizing data misuse

Abstract

Information Technology Support in business is very big because affects the continuity of operational processes of organizations. In its management, Information Technology needs a standard that can help managers to see the gaps between business risks, control needs, and problems. IT Governance is a structure of relationships and processes that drive and manage the organization in achieving its objectives by providing value-added of Informatiom Technology utilization and balancing risk with the results provided by Information Technology and processes. Maharaja Ban is a company that is committed to developing business and serving the needs of customers, so it needs the support of good IT Governance.  COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) is one tool in the measurement of IT Governance that is used to view existing IT governance. COBIT has 4 domains, namely Plan and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI), Delivery and Support (DS), and Monitoring and Evaluate (ME). This research was conducted for the fourth domain is the restriction on the 34 process . Research results found that the level of maturity (maturity level) IT Governance at Maharaja Ban on level 2. This means that the current maturity level was below the expected level of maturity, so it needs to be improved to be located at the expected level.

Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan terhadap penyakit seperti DBD,Tifus dan ISPA yang disebabkan oleh virus perlu adanya tindakan atau penanganan secara cepat. Algoritma C4.5 merupakan klasifikasi yang mendapatkan hasil pohon keputusan yang mudah diinpretasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gejala-gejala penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus seperti penyakit DBD (Demam Berdarah Dengue),Tifus dan ISPA (Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Atas) menggunakan 4 parameter yaitu jenis kelamin,usia,keluhan dan suhu tubuh. Penelitian adalah mengklasifikasikan penyakit DBD,Tifus dan ISPA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Penelitian ini datanya didapat dari data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Algoritma C4.5. Software yang dipakai untuk melihat hasil penelitian yang dibahas yaitu: software Weka 3.9. Hasil pembahasan pada software weka 3.9, tingkat akurasi data sebesar 64.2857 % atau 27 data dan dari tinggkat error sekitar 35.7134% atau 15 data. Dari data 42 jumlah kasus pasien puskesmas pujer kota bondowoso yang terkena penyakit seperti DBD, Tifus dan ISPA sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa yang di implementasikan kedalam software weka 3.9 dapat membantu puskesmas pujer dalam mandiagnosa penyakit umum.Lack of knowledge about diseases such as dengue fever, typhoid and ARI caused by viruses requires immediate action or treatment. The C4.5 algorithm is a classification that gets decision tree results that are easy to interpret. This study aims to determine the symptoms of diseases caused by viruses such as DHF (Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever), Typhus and ARI (Upper Respiratory Tract Infection) using 4 parameters, namely gender, age, complaints and body temperature. The research is to classify the diseases of DHF, Typhus and ARI. The research method used is quantitative data. This research data obtained from secondary data. The method used is the C4.5 algorithm. The software used to view the research results discussed are: Weka 3.9 software. The results of the discussion on the Weka 3.9 software, the data accuracy rate is 64.2857 % or 27 data and the error rate is around 35.7134% or 15 data. From the data of 42 cases of patients at Pujer Public Health Center in Bondowoso City who were affected by diseases such as DHF, Typhus and ISPA, it can be concluded that what is implemented into the Weka 3.9 software can help Pujer Health Center in diagnosing common diseases
