Abstract

This study aims to describe the transparency and weaknesses of the village government in managing village funds in the village. Sekarputih, District. Balongpanggang, Kabuaten Gresik. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method and uses research data techniques with observation, interviews and documentation, and compares the results of interviews and data obtained by researchers with a theory and law. The sample used in this study is village government and community in Desa Sekarputih, Kecamatan. Balongpanggang, Kabuaten Gresik as many as 12 informants and data analysis techniques using the water model according to miles and Huberman (2012: 15-19). The results of this study indicate that the village government in Sekarputih Village is already in compliance with the reporting stage to the government by reporting through the SISKUDES system, while at the transparency stage to the community the Sekarputih village government is still less transparent. For weaknesses in realizing it is caused due to lack of community participation and understanding of the Village Fund (DD).

Abstract

The purpose of educational innovation is to create superior humans, superior quality humans who are able to see and take advantage of existing opportunities to improve their standard of living. In line with the aim of educational innovation, namely to create superior quality human beings who are creative, adaptive and competitive to change. So the role of the Principal is very important. This means that the principal's performance is a very determining factor for the quality of learning / education which will have implications for the quality of education output. Schools that are developing and advanced and have excellent graduates are usually led by a principal who has a good performance as well. The principal has a big responsibility to make it happen. Therefore, a principal who is professional and has productive behavior is needed to overcome the various problems that come to the world of education. This demand leads to the importance of productive behavior that must be possessed by school principals. The principal has an important role in the implementation of school education so that teachers can work optimally to achieve educational goals. This study aims to analyze the productive behavior of the Principals of Public Elementary Schools in Pakal District of Surabaya based on their Psychological Capital (PsyCap) as well as the current organizational culture. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data obtained through a questionnaire that measures the variable Psychological Capital (PsyCap), Organizational Culture and productive behavior. This questionnaire was given to all school principals in Pakal District, totaling 6 people. Data were analyzed statistically with the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis technique. To simplify the calculation of data in this study, researchers used the SPSS version 23 software application.

Abstract

Mie adalah makanan alternatif pengganti beras  banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat.Mie menjadi popular dikalangan masyarakat karena harganya murah, cara pengolahan sekaligus penyajianya sederhana.Mie banyak mengandung karbohidrat  banyak menyumbang energi pada tubuh sehingga mie dapat dijadikan sebagai makanan penganti nasi. Ibu Atik,  berusia 47 tahun di masa pandemi  memiliki usaha  mie level bertempat tinggal di Jl. PBI Blok H  No. 01 Surabaya. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari mitra terkait dengan usaha yang mereka rintis   di masa pandemi  penjualan mengalami penurunan secara drastis  terkendala kondisi ppkm.Sebagian besar pembelinya dari anak sekolah. Permasalahan dan solusi yang ditawarkan Permasalahan Produksi, solusinya  adanya alat  modern. Mika plastic  menggunakan alas daun pisang. Permasalahan Manajemen, solusinya pendampingan dan pelatihan tentang manajemen pemasaran baik secara online maupun offline,pendafaran aplikasi online, permasalahan Administrasi Keuangan, solusinya Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Pembukuan sederhana,Pembuatan NIB (Nomor ijin berusaha)   Permasalahan Kemasan Produk, Solusinya  Pelatihan Kemasan Produk.Tujuan akhir  PPM   mitra memahami permasalahan usaha yang dihadapi,   Harapan ke depan atas keberlanjutan  program ini dapat menjadi produk unggulan mie level yang higienitas di kecamatan pakal kota Surabaya. Kata Kunci: Mie sehat
