Abstract

Introduction: Surgery is a surgical procedure that opens or displays the part of the body to be treated and causes a psychological reaction, namely anxiety. This will cause delays in the operation that will be carried out. Anxiety is a psychological disorder that has excessive worry. Objective: The purpose of this literature review is to describe the effect of murratal Al-Qur'an therapy to reduce anxiety levels in surgery patients. Method: This study used a descriptive design with a literature review approach. The search for articles used six journal databases, namely PubMed, JSTOR, Wiley Online Library, Sage Journal, Taylor and Francis Online, Google Scholar. Selection is carried out by assessing articles that meet the inclusion criteria, including publication ranges for 2016-2020, in English and Indonesian as well as open access to full text pdf. While the exclusion criteria are book chapters, abstract proceeding, and posters Result: The results of the selection obtained seven articles with a total of 248 respondents. Based on the literature from the reviewed articles, it can be found that the interventions of Murattal Al-Quran therapy have an effect on reducing anxiety in surgery patients. Conclusion: Conclusion based on the literature review, it can be found that the provision of murattal alquran has a better activity in postoperative anxiety management. The suggestion of this literature review is that this murattal therapy can be applied directly in the hospital which aims to reduce anxiety level to post-patient patients.

Abstract

Introduction: Hands are one of the most common parts of the body where germs and bacteria are transmitted into the body, not maintaining hand hygiene can cause health problems such as diarrhea, especially in school-age children. Hand washing 6 steps is one of the efforts to prevent contracting a disease. Objective: The purpose of this health education is as an effort to increase knowledge and familiarize PHBS in washing hands from an early age in school-age children. Method: The research method uses observational methods, questions and answers and educational games. Result: The implementation of 6-step handwashing health education for 30 grade 4 students of SDN 1 Linggasari to prevent the spread of disease and create healthy living habits from an early age became the result of this outreach activity. Conclussion: This 6-step handwashing health education was attended by 30 4th grade students at SDN 1 Linggasari and was running optimally.

Abstract

Objective: To present care for wound care interventions with absorbent dressing techniques as an effort to prevent signs of infection and complications in postoperative submandibular abscess patients. Methods: The method used is descriptive with a case study approach using nursing care that refers to the IDHS and SIKI books. The subject of this study was 1 patient with a nursing diagnosis of skin integrity damage in postoperative submandibular abscess patients who were treated in the Orchid Room of Banjar City Hospital. With data collection techniques include interviews, observation, physical examination and study documentation Results: From nursing care in postoperative submandibular abscess patients, the symptoms that emerged during the assessment were an open wound on the lower right cheek. The nursing problem that arises is damage to skin integrity related to surgical wounds which refers to the IDHS book. Interventions carried out to prevent signs of infection and complications are wound care with absorbent dressing techniques. During the intervention process, the action went smoothly until the evaluation. There is a change in the surgical wound improving, does not cause signs of infection and complications. So that the intervention has a positive impact on wound healing and has improved Conclusion: After the intervention of wound care with absorbent dressing technique, the surgical wound improved, did not cause signs of infection and complications, while the subjective data from the anamnesis, the client said the surgical wound had improved from the previous day.
