Abstract

Work of shipbuilding is one of the construction work that is very complex, where there was many kinds of work that must be done parallel. There was a deadline between order and delivery so that when passing through such a deadline will be subject to the penalty is very high so that pressing everyone involved in the industry shipbuilding to work according to the target. The condition that often causes the workers experience work stress. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the work organization factors and workload towards work stress shipbuilding workers in x company. The study is conducted in quantitative design with cross-sectional approach. The instrument used is pulsmeter (to measure their pulse), NASA TLX and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). The population of shipbuilding workers are 180 workers using the Lemeshow formula and obtained in 124 subjects. Data colleting conducted by inquiries filled by the subjects. Results of statistical tests used Rank Spearmen test, the correlating factors are role in the organization (sig=0,007), career development (sig=0,014), the structure and climate of organization (sig=0,008), and mental workload (sig=0,039). While the non-correlating variables are relationship in the work (sig=0,825) and physical workload (sig=0,284). Thus the companies need to be held a morning exercise before worked so that the mind becomes fresh and can maintain the grounds of the body and can minimize stress.

Abstract

Pregnancy care quality is an important indicator to determine the status of maternal and child health. Quality of current pregnancy care is lacking, this is evidenced by the increasing AKI. Upbringing said to be qualified if idikator quality are met. Quality indicators include the structure, process (hard skills and soft skills) and outcomes (patient satisfaction). Soft skills are important components namely communication and empathy. Communication skills and empathy will determine the success of a given implementation. Issues that are not resolved to make pregnant women disappointed and dissatisfied, so that the quality of care of pregnancy is said to be ugly. This study aimed to analyze the influence of soft skills training modules for the quality of pregnancy care services at midwife independent practice. The study design is experimental with pre and post intervention. Subjects were selected based on the inclusion criteria. The subject is the independent practice midwives number 9 BPM as the treatment group and 9 BPM as a control group. Determination of the treatment and control groups by simple random sampling. Data were analyzed by two sample paired t test, and test simple linear regression to assess the influence of soft skills training modules for the quality of care services in pregnancy. The results of research that there are differences in the soft skills of midwives in the treatment group before and after training (p <0.001), there was no difference soft skills possessed by a midwife in the control group before and after training (p = 0.466). There are differences in quality of midwifery services in the treatment group before and after training (p <0.001), there are no differences in the quality of midwifery services in the control group before and after training (p = 0.311). There is no significant influence of soft skills training module on the quality of pregnancy care in the treatment group and the large effect that amounted to 49.3%. Soft skills training modules influence the quality of pregnancy care services at midwife independent practice, so it's important every midwife to improve communication skills and empathy in every phase of care provided, in order to improve the health of mothers and children.

Abstract

Anemia is a nutritional problem that is widely found throughout the world and does not only occur in developing countries but also in developed countries. Adolescent girls have a ten times greater risk of suffering from anemia compared to young men. The purpose of this service activity is to increase the percentage of young women who consume blood-added tablets in Watugede Village. The method used is focus group discussions and lectures. The results showed that there was an increase in the percentage of consumption of FE tablets after being given education on the criteria for routine consumption from before education by 24.44% to 46.67%. This shows that education about anemia in adolescents can increase adolescent knowledge about anemia, and have a positive impact on changes in behavior in consuming blood-added tablets.

Abstract

Postpartum hemorrhage is a condition where the amount of blood that comes out after giving birth either in the first 24 hours (primary) or more than 24 hours (secondary) after giving birth is more than 500cc. Bleeding that occurs within the first 24 hours after delivery is caused by tearing of the birth canal, uterine atony, retained placenta, retained placenta, and blood clotting disorders. Postpartum bleeding due to retained placenta is a condition where the placenta is stuck in the uterus and has not come out for 30 minutes after giving birth due to the uterus not contracting properly. The study aimed to provide midwifery care for women in the third stage of labor with retained placenta through a comprehensive approach to the management mindset of Varney's midwifery care. The method used is a case study to explore the problem. The research subject is Mrs. S G3P2A0 which was carried out in May 2022, in the delivery room of the Amelia Hospital. Data collection techniques include primary data including physical examination, interviews, observation, and secondary data, including documentation studies and literature studies. Data analysis was carried out by creating narratives from the results of interviews and examinations using Varney's 7 steps. Patients are observed and given care according to the authority of the midwife at the hospital which prioritizes collaborative care then independent care, and from the care provided the differences and gaps between theory and practice are discussed. This study concludes that there is no gap between theory and practice in midwifery care for Ms. S.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the professional role of teachers in improving children's language intelligence at Kindergarten A Cahaya Insani Jumapolo, focusing on teaching strategies, learning methods, learning environment and partnership with parents. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through participatory observation, interviews with teachers, and document analysis related to the curriculum and teaching methods used in the kindergarten. The results showed that teachers play an important role in the development of children's linguistic intelligence in kindergarten. They use a variety of teaching strategies such as stories, songs, games, and art activities to stimulate children's overall language skills. The use of these strategies helps children to be actively involved in the learning process, which increases their motivation and learning success. In addition, teachers use child-centered learning methods that take into account individual interests, needs and developmental levels. This approach helps create a more relevant and meaningful learning experience for children and improves their language skills. A conducive learning environment is also a focus of the teacher's role by creating a safe, comfortable and stimulating space where children feel free to express and experiment with their language. This allows the child to develop their language skills.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami peran profesional guru dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan bahasa anak pada TK A Cahaya Insani Jumapolo, dengan fokus pada strategi pengajaran, metode pembelajaran, lingkungan belajar, dan kemitraan dengan orang tua. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara dengan guru, dan analisis dokumen terkait kurikulum serta metode pengajaran yang digunakan di TK tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan kecerdasan bahasa anak di TK tersebut. Guru menggunakan beragam strategi pengajaran, seperti cerita, lagu, permainan, dan kegiatan seni, untuk merangsang kemampuan bahasa anak secara menyeluruh. Penerapan strategi-strategi ini membantu anak terlibat secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, meningkatkan motivasi dan keberhasilan belajar. Selain itu, guru menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang berpusat pada anak, dengan memperhatikan minat, kebutuhan, dan tingkat perkembangan individu. Pendekatan ini membantu dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih relevan dan bermakna bagi anak, serta meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak. Lingkungan belajar yang kondusif juga menjadi fokus dalam peran guru, dengan menciptakan ruang yang aman, nyaman, dan merangsang di mana anak merasa bebas untuk berekspresi dan bereksperimen dengan bahasa anak. Hal ini memungkinkan anak untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berbahasa anak tanpa hambatan. Selanjutnya, peran guru dalam membangun kemitraan dengan orang tua terbukti penting dalam mendukung pengembangan bahasa anak di luar lingkungan sekolah. Melalui komunikasi terbuka dan kolaboratif, guru dapat mengintegrasikan pengalaman belajar di rumah dengan pengalaman belajar di sekolah, menciptakan kesinambungan yang memperkuat kemampuan bahasa anak secara holistik. Secara keseluruhan, temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya peran guru sebagai agen utama dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan merangsang untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan bahasa anak pada usia dini.
