Abstract

Construction projects are inherently dangerous and can lead to accidents. Therefore, this research was conducted to determine the potential hazards of K3 in the work process of building and building components, with an emphasis on mechanical hazards, chemical hazards, physical hazards and electrical hazards. This study uses an observational method to describe, the aim is to determine the potential hazards of K3 from the process of working on structural parts and the process of working on parts of the building. This research was conducted on the construction project of the Agung Lubk Pakam Hospital. The results showed that the greatest K3 hazard potential was found in structural work, namely in the casting process, such as falling from a concrete barrel, being hit by a concrete barrel, exposed to steel slings, exposed to iron. sheets, etc. The concrete dough that falls off the scaffold is exposed to dust, vibration, heat and noise. In construction work, the biggest K3 hazard potential is in roof work, where workers are exposed to formwork and iron rings, their feet and hands are clamped by formwork and iron rings, and workers' hands are scraped off by iron and iron rings on log formwork. , respiratory problems, skin and eye irritation due to waterproof coating, exposure to dust, vibration, heat and noise. It is very important to consult with workers about the use of PPE, the project must also make a K3 mark in every dangerous work area and give sanctions to those who do not use PPE.

Abstract

Hospital information systems have an important role in clinical and administrative services. Hospitals need a management information system (MIS) and hospital administration management to improve the quality of medical services. Hospital MIS (SIMRS) and integrated hospital administration management are designed to integrate the main hospital functions into one unified system that is stored in a central database. Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2013 Article 3 states that every hospital is obliged to implement a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). In Permenkes No. 30 of 2019 concerning electronically integrated business licensing or online single submission, hereinafter abbreviated as OSS, is a business license issued by the OSS institution for and on behalf of the minister, governor, or regent/mayor to hospital owners and managers through an integrated electronic system. The government is targeting all hospitals in Indonesia to have SIMRS which is integrated in the management of hospital administration. Hospitals that do not carry out SIMRS and good administrative management will affect the quality of service at the hospital, including causing human errors and mismanagement in recording health data, waiting time for services to be longer which can lead to accumulation of patients. The implementation of SIMRS and good and correct administrative management will have a positive impact on management, increase efficiency, and facilitate decision making in the future.

Abstract

School Health Efforts (UKS) are also health education efforts that are carried out in an integrated, conscious, planned, directed and responsible manner in instilling, growing, developing, and guiding to live, enjoy and implement the principles of healthy living in the daily lives of students. With the enactment of Law Number 32 of 2004, the various UKS implementation programs in each region are basically left entirely to the UKS Guidance Team in their respective regions to determine program priorities. Based on the observations of the central UKS Guidance Team, it turns out that the implementation of UKS so far is still not as expected. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to empower the UKS structure at every level in order to strengthen the implementation of UKS programs. As we know, UKS is a vehicle to improve the ability to live a healthy life and the health status of students as early as possible. With the program from the government about the UKS strata level. One of UKS activities is health services for school residents. With the existence of health services at SMP Yapim Deli Tua, UKS equipment in elementary schools must be adequate and meet the standards set by the government. As well as the UKS facilities and infrastructure must be considered by every school. With the School Operational Assistance (BOS) fund, schools should be able to allocate funds to complete UKS facilities and infrastructure, but sometimes problems related to UKS facilities and infrastructure are often ignored by the school. In addition to funding problems that affect the fulfillment of UKS facilities and infrastructure needs, there is also limited knowledge of teachers about the strata level in UKS. This will also affect the fulfillment of UKS infrastructure facilities. In addition to the knowledge that teachers lack, socialization about strata in UKS by related parties is also lacking. Therefore, there are many factors that cause the lack of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Yapim Deli Tua. The hope is that schools in fulfilling UKS facilities and infrastructure can be fulfilled in their entirety. The reality in schools is that many schools do not meet the adequate UKS infrastructure and in accordance with the recommendations of the government.
