Abstract

From the results of the study, it turns out that the prevalence of worm disease is still high, namely 60-70%. This parasite is found all over the world. The frequency of this worm disease in Jakarta is quite high. In Bekasi, 1083 school children show a frequency of 24.4%. The incidence rate in Indonesia is still very high, namely almost all children aged 1-10 years have Ascariasis infection, while in adults it is estimated that 60% (in Jakarta). Indonesia still thrives on worm disease, the reason is that the personal hygiene of the community is still lacking. There are still many people who defecate on the ground, in rivers, in ditches, and on rice fields. Worm eggs can also be attached to major vegetables, that is, if the major vegetables are not cleaned using ditch water, river water and water that has been contaminated by worm eggs. Various factors that support the high rate of stomach infection pain in Indonesia are Indonesia's geographical location in the tropics which has a hot but humid climate, which allows stomach worms to breed well.

Abstract

The physical and motor development of a child is influenced by many factors, one of which is the labor process. The labor process can be divided into two parts: natural delivery and caesarean section. During spontaneous labor, babies actively experience the labor reflex, but babies born by cesarean section do not experience the labor reflex. Early development of the adult infant brain is influenced by reflex mechanisms, including primitive intrauterine reflexes, birth reflexes, primitive postnatal reflexes, and natural reflexes. Indigenous reflexes, on average, were masked by functional exercise at 6 months of age. Persistent primitive reflexes indicate a developmental disorder. Motor development controls the development of body movements by coordinating the activities of the central nervous system, peripheral nerves, and muscles. This control of movement is due to the development of reflexes that begin in the womb. The development of athletic achievement can be divided into two types. In other words, thorough motor skills and fine motor skills. Overall movement is an aspect of motor (movement) and postural (positional) development, and fine motor skills include mature motor function, good neuromuscular coordination, accurate visual function, and non-verbal intellectual skills.

Abstract

Hospital information systems have an important role in clinical and administrative services. Hospitals need a management information system (MIS) and hospital administration management to improve the quality of medical services. Hospital MIS (SIMRS) and integrated hospital administration management are designed to integrate the main hospital functions into one unified system that is stored in a central database. Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2013 Article 3 states that every hospital is obliged to implement a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). In Permenkes No. 30 of 2019 concerning electronically integrated business licensing or online single submission, hereinafter abbreviated as OSS, is a business license issued by the OSS institution for and on behalf of the minister, governor, or regent/mayor to hospital owners and managers through an integrated electronic system. The government is targeting all hospitals in Indonesia to have SIMRS which is integrated in the management of hospital administration. Hospitals that do not carry out SIMRS and good administrative management will affect the quality of service at the hospital, including causing human errors and mismanagement in recording health data, waiting time for services to be longer which can lead to accumulation of patients. The implementation of SIMRS and good and correct administrative management will have a positive impact on management, increase efficiency, and facilitate decision making in the future.

Abstract

School Health Efforts (UKS) are also health education efforts that are carried out in an integrated, conscious, planned, directed and responsible manner in instilling, growing, developing, and guiding to live, enjoy and implement the principles of healthy living in the daily lives of students. With the enactment of Law Number 32 of 2004, the various UKS implementation programs in each region are basically left entirely to the UKS Guidance Team in their respective regions to determine program priorities. Based on the observations of the central UKS Guidance Team, it turns out that the implementation of UKS so far is still not as expected. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to empower the UKS structure at every level in order to strengthen the implementation of UKS programs. As we know, UKS is a vehicle to improve the ability to live a healthy life and the health status of students as early as possible. With the program from the government about the UKS strata level. One of UKS activities is health services for school residents. With the existence of health services at SMP Yapim Deli Tua, UKS equipment in elementary schools must be adequate and meet the standards set by the government. As well as the UKS facilities and infrastructure must be considered by every school. With the School Operational Assistance (BOS) fund, schools should be able to allocate funds to complete UKS facilities and infrastructure, but sometimes problems related to UKS facilities and infrastructure are often ignored by the school. In addition to funding problems that affect the fulfillment of UKS facilities and infrastructure needs, there is also limited knowledge of teachers about the strata level in UKS. This will also affect the fulfillment of UKS infrastructure facilities. In addition to the knowledge that teachers lack, socialization about strata in UKS by related parties is also lacking. Therefore, there are many factors that cause the lack of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Yapim Deli Tua. The hope is that schools in fulfilling UKS facilities and infrastructure can be fulfilled in their entirety. The reality in schools is that many schools do not meet the adequate UKS infrastructure and in accordance with the recommendations of the government.

In addition to providing community health guidance, hospitals also have a main task in providing health services. One way to improve quality is to solicit feedback from the customer community or service users. Abstract

It is worried that the increasing use of gadgets during the Covid-19 pandemic will pose a health threat, especially for students studying online. One of the things that often occurs due to excessive use of tools called computer vision syndrome (CVS), is one of the eye problems that causes serious eye disorders. This CVS refers to prolonged close work that a person experiences during or in connection with computer use. The most common visual symptoms reported by computer users are double vision and blurred vision at near, far and medium distances. Common causes of blurred computer use include refractive errors, accommodation disorders (impaired focusing system of the eye), presbyopia (decreased ability to focus at longer distances with age), and binocular vision disorders (impaired binocular alignment). Musculoskeletal symptoms commonly experienced by computer users include neck, back, shoulder, wrist, and finger pain. Computer posture errors are an important factor associated with musculoskeletal symptoms. The American Optometric Association recommends performing the 20-20-20 trick every 20 minutes, focusing the eyes at a distance of 20 feet (6 meters) for the remaining 20 seconds, this trick is especially helpful for the following. Solve the problem. Symptoms of CVS experienced by computer users. This activity was held at the Auditorium of the DELI HUSADA Institute of Health in September 2021.
