Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru dapat menerapkan dan meningkatkan minat belajar anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK.Aisyiyah II Pekanbaru. Bentuk teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi pengamatan dilakukan pada pelaksanaan tindakan berlangsung, guru mengamati kemampuan anak tentang konsep bentuk geometri, pengertian bentuk-bentuk geometri dan mengelompokkan bentuk geometri serta studi dokumentasi, teknik ini digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi tentang aspek-aspek yang berhubungan dengan penerapan bermain acak geometri guna meningkatkan minat anak dalam belajar pada usia 5-6 tahun terhadap sentra matematika di TK. Aisyiyah II Pekanbaru. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan melalui dua siklus, pada siklus pertama diketahui bahwa tingkat minat belajar anak telah memcapai 39% dengan klasifikasi “belum berkembang” dan 52.8% “mulai berkembang”, setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus kedua maka meningkat dan telah mencapai 58.5% dengan klasifikasi “berkembang sesuai harapan” dan 82.8% “berkembang sangat baik”. Dari data ini menunjukan bahwa hipotesis yang berbunyi “Penerapan bermain acak geometri di sentra matematika untuk meningkatkan minat belajar anak usia 5-6 tahun di Tk.Aisyiyah II Pekanbaru” dapat diterima oleh anak, artinya apabila diterapkan bermain acak geometri sentra matematika dalam proses pembelajaran anak secara benar akan dapat meningkatkan minat belajar anak.

Abstract

The Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID- 19) pandemic has brought tremendous impact on all aspects of life. One of the biggest impacts in the world that causing educational disruptions worldwide. without the exception of Indonesia, which requires learning to be held online by using various learning delivery medias. The purpose of the research were to find out how frequently students use technology in learning English, what technologies did students use in improving their speaking ability, to know whether the students enjoyed using technology or not and to find out the impact of technology used on English speaking ability. This research presented data showing the positive effects of digital technology in enabling students to be more proficient in learning English. The results showed that learning English as a foreign language through the use of computer software, social networking sites, online video and audio tools (i.e., YouTube, Skype, and MP3), and smartphone and tablet applications were shown to increase students' learning of English.

Abstract

In teaching- learning process, media used to accelerate the communication is called the Educational media. Learning using audio visual myriad benefits, due to the use of audio visual can gain more experience, impressive, more clearly and concrete. The aim of this research was to know the effectiveness of audio visual media on students’ listening ability at the morning class of first semester of Engeenering Faculty, Maritim Raja Ali Haji University? researcher used experimental research. Based on the data analysis and the result, the researcher concluded that using of audio-visual media was effective in teaching listening because there was an increasing in the number of students who have good grades. Before giving audio-visual media was only one student (4%) and after being given the audio-visual media to 14 students (50%). It means that, there was a positive effect of using audio-visual media in increasing students’ listening ability.
