Abstract

This research aims to analyse the effect of sensory marketing through aroma and flavour toward the forming of consumer’s perception in Roti O’s Store in KRL commuter line Station at South Jakarta. This research is using quantitative method with 100 respondents as a sample. Slovin formula is used for sample drawing. This research passed the classic assumption test, in which the data is proved to have a normal distribution 0,200 > 0,050. The regression model Y = 1.835 + 1.938X1 – 0,621X2 + e shows the model is feasible to use. Based on partial regression analysis, aroma as an independent variable contributed to affect the consumer perception for 4,20%. Meanwhile flavour as an independent variable contributed to affect the consumer perception for 4,00%. Aroma and flavour simultaneously affecting the forming of consumer perception for 8,4%. The other 91,6% is being affected by other variables that are not being included in this research. The result shows that aroma does affect the forming of consumer perception and flavour doesn’t affect the forming of consumer perception. This research shows that aroma could be used for marketing strategy to build an impulse on consumer’s olfactory.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of readiness of MSMEs with the forms and innovation strategies implemented. Innovation itself is a combination of new ideas, changes, and innovation indices – a combination of innovation behavior – hereafter called innovation. The limitation of previous empirical research is that it has not integrated leadership factors, organizational structure, and service orientation as determinants that influence innovation. Referring to these problems, the aim of this research is to describe innovation in MSMEs, to describe leadership factors, organizational structure and service orientation towards innovation in MSMEs, as well as analyze the relationship model between leadership, structure and service orientation. Based on this, this research seeks to describe innovation in Depok City Creative Industry MSMEs through leadership factors, organizational structure and service orientation as well as analyzing the relationship model between leadership, structure and service orientation. Referring to a theoretical perspective, the nature of this research is explanatory research, which relies on a hypothetico-deductive method with a quantitative approach. The try out method was used in this research with data obtained through one data collection (questionnaire withdrawal). Data analysis is quantitative statistics. Research findings show that there is a significant influence on leadership variables on innovation, but not on organizational structure and service orientation variables. Both variables were not found to have a significant influence on innovation. The centralization of authority in terms of work and decision making strengthens the view that the organization is considered a mechanistic type of organization. Referring to these findings, factors that are thought not to have a positive influence on innovation need to be reviewed and their role increased in the future so that organizations are encouraged to become organic organizations through the distribution of power and authority evenly distributed among members.

Abstract

Digital transformation drives rapid structural and operational realignments within technology ecosystems, requiring personnel to possess robust technological proficiencies alongside dynamic adaptive capabilities. This empirical study evaluates the structural impact of digital competence and learning agility on employee work adaptability at PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk in South Jakarta. Utilizing a quantitative causal associative design, primary data were gathered from one hundred active employees selected through purposive sampling criteria, with sample sizing determined via the Lemeshow formulation for unknown populations. Multiple linear regression modeling executes through ordinary least squares estimation, confirming that digital competence and learning agility exert positive and statistically significant partial effects on work adaptability. Simultaneously, both independent variables demonstrate a substantial joint influence, accounting for sixty seven point five percent of the overall variance in employee adaptability, while unobserved residual factors represent thirty two point five percent. These findings highlight the critical synergy between functional technological mastery and psychological learning flexibility, demonstrating that integrating digital skill sets with adaptive mindsets forms a vital operational foundation for sustaining workforce resilience, operational performance, and organizational agility amidst continuous market disruptions.

Abstract

The digital transformation of healthcare service organizations requires integrated information systems capable of improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and service quality. This study examined the effects of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation and system quality on service quality at three Oriskin Clinic branches located in Sentul, Karawang, and West Jakarta. An empirical quantitative design with an explanatory approach was employed. The study involved all 86 employees using the ERP system through a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test with IBM SPSS Statistics version 27. The results indicate that ERP software implementation has a positive and significant effect on service quality (β = 0.535, p = 0.001), while system quality also exerts a positive and significant effect (β = 0.409, p = 0.001). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence service quality (F = 1841.430, p = 0.001) and explain 97.8% of its variance (R² = 0.978). These findings demonstrate that effective ERP implementation supported by high system quality substantially enhances operational performance and healthcare service quality in digitally integrated clinical environments.
