<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to produce an entrepreneurial ecosystem model by making the creative industry in the Depok City area a research locus. This research uses postpositivism paradigm with mixed methods method. Informants and respondents consist of business actors, government, banking, professionals, markets and social communities. The network theory perspective is used as an analytical approach to develop an entrepreneurial ecosystem model. This research is expected to be the first step to develop a conceptual model that describes mechanisms such as knowledge transfer, productive entrepreneurship, and innovation that can encourage the competitive advantage of creative industries in Depok City. The business actors are the actors who play the most role in this matter. while the pattern of interaction between actors and factors shows the limited role and interaction of government, professional, banking, social community, and market actors towards business actors in the creative industry entrepreneurship ecosystem in the Depok City area. Therefore, it is necessary to strive to increase the involvement of business actors and academics in a sustainable manner in government programs and the formation of industrial communities to become some practical suggestions in the findings of this research. Keywords: competitiveness, entrepreneurial ecosystem, creative industry, network theory ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan informasi awal model ekosistem kewirausahaan dengan menjadikan industri kreatif di wilayah Kota Depok sebagai lokus penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma postpositivisme dengan metode mix methods. Informan dan responden terdiri dari aktor pelaku usaha, pemerintah, perbankan, profesional, pasar dan masyarakat sosial. Perspektif network theory digunakan sebagai pendekatan analitis untuk mengembangkan model ekosistem kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi langkah awal untuk mengembangkan model konseptual yang menggambarkan mekanisme seperti transfer pengetahuan, kewirausahaan produktif, dan inovasi yang dapat mendorong keunggulan daya saing industri kreatif di Kota Depok. Adapun pelaku usaha merupakan aktor yang paling berperan dalam hal ini, sementara pola interaksi antar aktor dan faktor menunjukkan keterbatasan peran dan interaksi dari aktor pemerintah, profesional, perbankan, masyarakat sosial, dan pasar terhadap pelaku usaha dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan industri kreatif di wilayah Kota Depok. Oleh karena itu perlu diupayakan bagaimana meningkatkan keterlibatan pelaku usaha dan akademisi secara berkelanjutan dalam program pemerintah dan pembentukan komunitas industri utuk menjadi beberapa saran praktis dalam temuan penelitian ini.
