Abstract

Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) di sekolah memiliki peranan penting dalam penanganan masalahmasalah peserta didik/siswa. Pelaksanaan tugas bimbingan dan konseling oleh guru memiliki aturanaturan yang dibuat dalam daftar pelanggaran akumulasi siswa dan menyimpan catatan masalah siswa menggunakan buku besar. Dengan begitu banyak siswa dan pelanggaran yang dilakukan, juga memungkinkan poin pelanggaran tidak tercatat dengan benar dan benar, disisi lainnya pemakaian sistem informasi berbantuan komputer sudah semakin banyak digunakan dalam membantu mencatat dan mengarsipkan berbagai kegiatan yang sifatnya berulang-ulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi bantu yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam membantu pengarsipan dan pencatatan proses konseling data yang berkaitan dengan masalah siswa dan pelanggaran perhitungan siswa. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan metode pengumpulan data kesiswaan, data peraturan dan disiplin berikut pembobotan nilai dari tingkat pelanggaran dan permasalahan, selanjutnya data tersebut di normaslisasi untuk mendapatkan bentuk dan rancangan basisdata yang akan dibangun, selanjutnya dibangun aplikasi berbasis web dengan server side programmingnya adalah PHP. Hasil akhir dari rancangan ini adalah adanya sebuah aplikasi yang akan membantu guru dalam memproses data dan melakukan perhitungan dengan pelanggaran data cepat sehingga siswa akan dapat memfasilitasi bimbingan dan konseling guru dalam mengambil tindakan terhadap masalah atau pelanggaran siswa.   Guidance and Counseling (BK) in schools has an important role in handling student / student problems. The implementation of guidance and counseling tasks by the teacher has rules made in the list of student accumulation violations and keeps a record of student problems using a ledger. With so many students and violations committed, it is also possible that violation points are not recorded correctly and correctly, on the other hand the use of computer-aided information systems has been increasingly used in helping to record and archive various activities that are repetitive. This study aims to design assistive applications that can be used by teachers to assist in the archiving and recording of data counseling processes related to student problems and student calculation violations. This application was built with the method of collecting student data, regulatory and disciplinary data along with weighting the value of the level of violations and problems, then the data is normalized to get the form and database design to be built, then built a web-based application with server side programming is PHP.  The final result of this design is the existence of an application that will assist teachers in processing data and doing calculations with data breaches quickly so that students will be able to facilitate teacher's guidance and counseling in taking action on students' problems or violations.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah pengguna internet berdampak pada peningkatan jumlah permintaan layanan halaman web. Hal ini menjadikan pemilihan aplikasi penggerak webserver menjadi sangat penting. Survei menunjukan terdapat dua aplikasi webserver open source yang banyak digunakan saat ini yaitu Apache dan Nginx. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja mesin webserver dengan aplikasi mana yang lebih unggul dalam melayani client. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menganalisa kinerja webserver berdasarkan parameter response time dan throughput menggunakan Apache Jmeter sebagai tool pengukuran. Hasilnya dapat menjadi referensi dalam memilih webserver. Dalam pengujian yang sudah dilakukan Nginx lebih baik performanya dibandingkan Apache berdasarkan parameter response time dan throughput. Hasil ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi dalam penggunaan aplikasi mesin web server.   The increase in the number of internet users has an impact on increasing the number of requests for web page services. This makes choosing a webserver application very important. The survey shows that there are two open source web server applications that are widely used today, namely Apache and Nginx. This study aims to determine the performance of a web server engine with which application is superior in serving clients. The method used in this research is to analyze the performance of the webserver based on the parameters of response time and throughput using Apache Jmeter as a measurement tool. The results can be used as a reference in choosing a webserver. In the tests that have been done, Nginx has better performance than Apache based on the response time and throughput parameters. These results can be a recommendation in the use of a web server engine application.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa parameter delay dan packet loss yang mempengaruhi performa fitur roaming pada WDS (Wireless Distribution System) terhadap layananVoD (Video on Demand), dengan melakukan 3 (tiga) kali percobaan serta memposisikan VoD Client pada suatu cell area dan overlapp cell area secara acak sambil memutar VoD yang telah ditentukan hingga durasinya habis, kemudian dilakukan perpindahan posisi secara acak sesuai tahapan metode percobaan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa overlapp cell mempengaruhi kondisi delay dengan durasi 2153,29 milidetik dan persentase packet loss, yaitu 0,001150465 %, yaitu pada saat dilakukan unclear all browsing and regristration data, sedangkan ketika dilakukan clear all browsing and regristration data, durasi delay mengalami kenaikan hingga132010,5 milidetik, sehingga mempresentasikan kualitas layanan yang buruk dan secara umum tidak dapat diterima berdasarkan persyaratan dari rekomendasi ITU-T (International Telecommunications Union Telecommunications Sector). This research aims to determine the analysis results of QoS parameters that affect performance of roaming features of WDS (Wireless Distribution System) on VoD Service, by doing 3 (three) attempts and positioning VoD Client in cell area and overlapp cell area randomly while rotating the specified VoD Client until the duration is up, then randomly displaced the position according to the stages of experimental method, so it can be concluded that overlapp cell area affects the delay condition with a duration of 2153.29 milliseconds and the percentage of packet loss is 0.001150465 %, when “unclear all browsing and regristration data” is carried out, but while “clear all browsing and regristration data” is carried out, the duration of delay increases up to 132010.5 milliseconds, so that it presents poor quality of service and generally not acceptable based on the requirements of the recommendations of ITU-T (International Telecommunications Union Telecommunications Sector) G.114

Abstract

Getah berasal dari getah sebuah pohon yaitu Pohon karet. Karet dapat menjadi sumber pertanian yang cukup banyak menopang roda perekonomian penduduk di Indonesia. Namun, dalam proses jual beli getah sangat tinggi tingkat kecurangan yang dilakukan petani dalam proses penjualan getah yang membuat harga getah murah. Harga mahal dan murahnya getah tergantung tingkat kandungan kadar air di dalamnya, semakin rendah kadar air pada getah maka semakin tinggi harga getah dan semakin banyak kadar air yang terkandung dalam getah maka semakin murah harga getah.Untuk itu penulis membahas tentang perancangan aplikasi pengukur kadar air pada getah berbantuan arduino dan sensor yang dipakai untuk pengukuran yaitu sensor soil moisture dan sensor load sell bekerja secara otomati suntuk pengecekan kadar air pada getah. Perancangan aplikasi pengecekan kadar air pada getah dilakukan 3 tahap yaitu perancangan hardware, perancangan software dan perancangan prototype. Perancangan hardware menggunakan sensor soil moisture untuk mengecek kadar pada getah, sensor load sell sebagai timbangan untuk mengukur berat getah, mikro kontroler arduino menggunakan bahasa pemograman C# dan ethernet shield untuk menghubungkan mikro kontroler dengan web server. Perancangan prototype menggunakan triplek tebal berukuran 30 x 30 untuk panampang timbangan dan sensor soil moisture diletakan pada penampang triplek. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pengukur kadar air pada getah dapat melakukan pengukuran secara otomatis dan proses transaksi pengukuran kadar air pada getah tersimpan dalam database dan memiliki report dari data transaksi pengukuran kadar air pada getah. Sap comes from the sap of a tree that is rubber tree. The rubber can be a source of agriculture which propping up the wheels of economy Indonesian population. However, in the process of selling sap, there were very high level of deceit which was done by farmers in the process of selling the sap that makes the price of the sap becomes cheap. The expensive and cheap price of the sap, it depends on the level of moisture content in it. More low of the moisture content in the sap then the price of sap will be expensive and more high the moisture contain in the sap then the price of sap will be cheap. Therefore, the researcher discusses about designing applications for measuring moisture content in the sap (rubber) based on arduino and sensor which used for measurement namely soil moisture sensors and sell load sensor that works automatically for checking moisture levels on the sap. Application design for checking the moisture content in the sap performed in 3 stages: hardware design, software design and prototype design. Hardware design using soil moisture sensors to check the levels of the sap, sell a load sensor for measuring the weight scales of the sap, arduino micro controller using the C # programming language and the ethernet shield to connect the microcontroller to the web server. To display the measurement results of the prototype automatically and the data is stored into the database. Designing prototypes using thick plywood measuring 30 x 30 for longitudinal section of the scales and soil moisture sensors placed on the cross-section of plywood. Based on the test results of measuring the moisture content in the sap, can take measurements automatically and the transaction process measurements of the moisture content in the sap is stored in the database and have the report of the transaction data measuring the moisture content of the sap.

Abstract

Persebaran daya PLN di wilayah Kuranji belum merata, penataan secara administrasi pemakaian daya ini masih tercatat dengan aplikasi excell , menyebabkan pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan penyeimbang persebaran daya menjadi terkendala. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi sistem informasi geografis pemetaan daya pelanggan yang membantu PLN dalam menampilkan persebaran daya , melalui perancangan grafis data yang diolah dengan basis data sehingga dapat ditampilkan melalui peta grafik dengan bantuan api google map . Hasil pengujian penelitian aplikasi ini dapat menampilkan grafik persebaran daya yang sudah terkategori yaitu daya 450,900,1300 & 2200 kwh . In the region of PLN Kuranji, administration of power distribution still using excell aplication, it is caused balance of power distribution decision becomes constrained. The goal of this research is to design the application of geographic information system mapping resources that assist customers in designing a power distribution in the PLN, through graphical data design that is processed with database so that it can be shown through a map the graph with the help of the google map api. The test results of research of these applications can display a graph of the distribution of power is already categorised, namely power 450, 900,1300 & 2200 kwh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang perancangan alat bantu pengukuran jarak dalam gua berbantuan arduino dengan menggunakan sensor ultrasonic dengan tujuan dapat meringankan tugas caver dalam melakukan pemetaan terhadap lingkungan gua. Meringankan disini dapat diartikan memudahkan pekerjaan (suatu aktifitas). Sedangkan arduino adalah sebuah komputer kecil yang dapat diprogram untuk melakukan banyak hal. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensor ultrasonik SRF05, yaitu dengan tegangan 5 volt yang berfungsi untuk memberikan tegangan terhadap sensor dan memiliki trigger dan echo untuk media mengirim dan menerima data. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan sensor HMC5883L, yang juga menggunakan tegangan 5 volt untuk memberikan tegangan terhadap sensor dan menggunakan SDA dan SCl sebagai media komunikasi I2C. This paper describes the design tools in the cave-aided distance measurement using ultrasonic sensors arduino with the aim to ease the task caver in mapping the cave environment. Ease here can be defined to facilitate the work (activity). While arduino is a small computer that can be programmed to do many things. This study uses ultrasonic sensors SRF05, with voltage of 5 volts which serves to provide voltage to the sensor and has a trigger and echo for the media to send and receive data. This study also uses HMC5883L sensor, which also uses 5 volts to provide a voltage to the sensor and use the SDA and SCL as I2C communication media.

Abstract

Learning to read is the first step towards a more complex learning process in the development of preschool children, learning to read is a way of voicing the letters into a word and sentence learning process of reading in children should not be done with a formal approach to learn to read using a textbook that should accompanied by parents and teachers but informal approaches such as play while learning also can help facilitate the learning. The application of this tool was designed using the Java programming language is one programming language oriented to objects (Object Oriented Programming / OOP) using supporting software JDK, Eclipse IDE, SDK, ADT can simplify the design of a software application. The use of objects in the design of an application can be used as teaching aids in the form of educational games android-based smartphone with mobile learning technology. With the learning aids for learning to learn to read using mobile learning technology is expected to help preschoolers in the learning process, this application also comes with a sample that is accompanied by audio pronunciations so much easier in understanding

Abstract

Data security is a top priority on a data storage device, using cryptographic techniques as a method of encryption can increase system security files are confidential, data security techniques can make use of the RSA algorithm the algorithm which makes use of two keys on the encoding process and its return to the pure message back. By making use of the RSA algorithm as the algorithm to encode the data, then the algorithm can be applied with designing a software using the java programming language. This research aims to be able to design a device that makes use of the RSA algorithm toughness as the encoding algorithm for data and can be installed by building devices that use the java programming language so that it can help the user in securing confidential data before performing the process of storage on storage media. With the creation of this device, is expected to help the user in securing confidential data, and can understand the concept of the RSA algorithm.

Abstract

Keamanan dan kerahasiaan data merupakan salah satu aspek terpenting dalam bidang komunikasi khususnya komunikasi yang menggunakan media komputer. Salah satu bidang ilmu pengetahuan yang digunakan untuk mengamankan data adalah kriptografi, kecepatan proses kriptografi dalam implementasinya sering menjadi hal yang penting diperhatikan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecepatan waktu yang diperlukan dalam melakukan proses enkripsi dan dekripsi data antara dua algoritma yaitu algoritma RC4 dengan algoritma DES. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan data berformat pdf, jpg, mp3 dimana ukuran data dari yang terkecil yaitu 1000kb sampai ukuran data yang terbesar 20mb yang dimasing - masing dilakukan pengujian sebanyak lima kali pengujian dan dihasilkan dari data yang ukuran terkecil dari algoritma RC4 dihasilkan waktu selama 0,23288/s dan data yang terbesar menghasilkan waktu 0,2529/s dan mengunakan algoritma DES dihasilkan waktu terkecil 0,23508/s dan waktu terbesar 0,2545/s, dari pengujian tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa algoritma RC4 lebih cepat dari pada algoritma DES dalam melakukan komputasi data. Data security and confidentiality is one of the most important aspects in the field of communication, especially communication using computer media. One of the fields of science that is used to secure data is cryptography, the speed of the cryptographic process in its implementation is often an important thing to pay attention to. This study aims to determine the speed of time required to encrypt and decrypt data between two algorithms, namely the RC4 algorithm and the DES algorithm. From research conducted using data in pdf, jpg, mp3 format where the data size from the smallest is 1000kb to the largest data size of 20mb which is each tested five times and the resulting data is the smallest size of the RC4 algorithm resulting in a time of 0 , 23288 / s and the largest data yield 0.2529 / s time and using the DES algorithm the smallest time is 0.23508 / s and the largest time is 0.2545 / s, from these tests it can be concluded that the RC4 algorithm is faster than the algorithm. Abstract

Application of numerical computation processing credit ( PAK ) the promotion of functional lecturers and faculty performance report (LKD) is an application that is designed to facilitate the process of promotion of functional lecturer at the Institute of Technology Padang. This application is designed to provide easy because the data is processed by using a database and does not need to repeatedly input, after the feasibility study ( feasibility study ) of data to be proces. When each element has a value of activities or different points so as to allow the occurrence of redundanciesof data.. Inputting the data include the data of education, teaching, research and Tridharma college. Applications designed in this study is based WEB. In the design of its web is built using the programming language PHP and uses a MySQL database.
