Abstract

Suhu tubuh merupakan tanda keadaan seseorang sehat atau tidak. Untuk mengetahui suhu tubuh dibutuhkan termometer tubuh. Pada umumnya alat ini membutuhkan sentuhan langsung dan waktu paling cepat satu atau dua menit untuk mendapatkan pembacaan suhu tubuh manusia. Terlebih di masa pandemi covid-19 diperlukan pengecekan suhu tubuh tanpa kontak langsung sebagai pendeteksian dini pencegahan penularan covid-19. Tujuan Penelitian ini merancang alat yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi suhu tubuh guna membantu penerapan protokol kesehatan dalam upaya pencegahan covid-19 yang ada di lingkungan Institut Teknologi Padang. Suhu dideteksi menggunakan sensor infrared mlx90614 didekatkan pada bagian tubuh yang paling mengeluarkan panas misalnya dahi dan tangan. Hasil pada pendeteksian suhu diperoleh data dalam satuan derajat celcius (c), sehingga didapatkan data yang akan digunakan sebagai patokan penggunaan alat yaitu (35,30 oC - 28,71 oC = 6,59 oC). Data yang telah didapatkan dimasukkan pada program yang disimpan dalam arduino untuk pemrosesannya, selanjutnya dengan arduino sebagai unit pemprosesan akan mengirim data pada raspberry pi dan menghasilkan output yang dimana jika suhu berada di bawah 37,5 oc maka akan menampilkan data pada lcd dan mengaktifkan desinfektan dan pintu otomatis. Sedangkan jika suhu diatas 37,5 oc, buzzer akan berbunyi dan menampilkan data pada LCD. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa alat yang dirancang dapat mendeteksi suhu tubuh sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan di lingkungan Institut Teknologi Padang.

Abstract

People's need for electrical energy is getting bigger along with the development of technology and population. To meet this increasing demand, it is necessary to develop energy resources. Solar energy is an effective sustainable natural resource, because of its existence, availability, and sustainability, which are adequate and free from pollution. Solar energy can be used to produce electrical energy by using solar panels. The use of solar panels as a necessity for electric current has been widely applied, but of course there is still a static position that makes solar panels ineffective in getting sunlight which will be converted into electric current used. The purpose of this study is to make a solar panel controller that can move in the direction of the sun's position with a time-based method, so that the position of the solar panel is always facing the sun even though the sun's position is covered by clouds or obstacles, which makes solar panels store more solar energy as a source of energy. community needs in using electrical energy. The solar panel is connected by using a screw iron that uses a nut to connect it to the stepper motor, then the movement of this stepper motor will be controlled every 20 minutes using the A4988 Stepper Motor Driver, in addition to the rotation of the motor as a driving force for the direction of the solar panel..

Abstract

The increasing public demand for chicken eggs has made chicken farming a business opportunity that many people are starting to look at. For now, chicken farmers, especially in the Kampung Baru Pungguang Kasiak Lubuk Alung area, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra, in collecting chicken eggs still use a manual method, namely by picking them up one by one from a chicken coop with an area of 50m x 8m, after which the eggs are then arranged in an egg holder, this is not effective and efficient in terms of time utilization. In this study, an egg collecting and arranging device will be designed to make it easier for farmers to harvest eggs, controlling it using Arduino Uno, infrared sensors, stepper motors, and limit switches. The results of the test on this tool are carried out by means of a tool that can arrange 30 eggs in a container automatically, then when the container is fully loaded, the container will stop automatically.
