Abstract

Latar belakang: Air Susu Ibu dapat memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi bayi, imunologi dan psikologis. Walaupun ASI memiliki manfaat yang baik untuk bayi, namun faktanya masih banyak ibu yang tidak memberikan ASI secara ekslusif. Hal ini disebabkan karena beberapa alasan yaitu puting susu lecet, payudara bengkak, saluran susu tersumbat, mastitis, abses payudara, kelainan anatomi puting, atau bayi enggan menyusu sehingga membuat ibu tidak memberikan ASI secara eksklusifTujuan: Penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan perawatan payudara dan frekuensi menyusui dengan produksi asiMetode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Besar sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 30 responden ibu nifas yang ada di ruang Nifas RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Kota Palangka Raya. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan pengujian statistik menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square.Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada variabel perawatan payudara diperoleh nilai p = 0,048 (P Value a 0, 05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan perawatan payudara dengan produksi ASI dan pada variabel frekuensi pemberian ASI diperoleh nilai p = 0,009 (P Value a 0,05).Kesimpulan: ada hubungan perawatan payudara dan frekuensi pemberian ASI terhadap produksi ASI sehingga tindakan perawatan payudara yang baik dan secara rutin serta pemberian ASI sesering mungkin dapat membantu meningkatkan produksi ASI. Kata Kunci: Perawatan, Frekuensi, Menyusui dan Produksi ASIBackground: Breast milk can meet the nutritional needs of infants, immunology and psychological. The sample size in the study were 30 postpartum mothers in the post-partum hospital RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangkaraya City. Sampling using purposive sampling techniques and statistical testing using the Chi-Square statistical test.Results: Based on the results of research on the variable breast care obtained p value = 0.048 (P Value a0.05) so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between breast care with breast milk production and on the variable frequency of breastfeeding obtained p value = 0.009 (P Value a 0.05).Conclusion: there is a relationship between breast care and the frequency of breastfeeding to the production of breast milk so that good and routine breast care measures and breastfeeding as often as possible can help increase milk production. Keywords: Care, Frequency, Breastfeeding and Breast Milk Production

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic situation has led to the temporary closure and/or delay of immunization services for community health centers in some areas. Parental anxiety about the risk of COVID-19 transmission is one of the factors in reducing immunization achievements, especially basic immunization. Parents' anxiety about the risk of COVID-19 transmission at this time is an obstacle that makes parents send their children for immunization. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parental anxiety and completeness of basic immunization for infants during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Menteng Health Center. The design of this study used a cross sectional design. This research was conducted at the Menteng Health Center in July 2022. The population of this study were parents who had babies 0-12 months at the Menteng Health Center, Palangka Raya city and the sample size was 60 people using purposive sampling technique. . The test used in this study is the Chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal anxiety and immunization for infants during the COVID-19 pandemic (p value = 0.006 < 0.05). Therefore, for Puskesmas to improve health promotion regarding the importance of immunization, as well as socialize a series of health guidelines and protocols, such as the Guidelines for Immunization Services during the COVID-19 Pandemic for the provision of safe immunization services, safe immunization practices, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures. Infection Prevention and Control in public health centres.

Abstract

Adolescents are the initial seeds of a nation to become a better nation. However, teenagers drop out of school due to marriage at a young age. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Central Kalimantan ranks second in cases of early marriage with a percentage of 20.2%. Factors causing early marriage that are often encountered are economic factors, education, parents, local customs and marriage due to accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescents on the incidence of early marriage. This study uses an analytical survey research design, the type of analytical survey research design using the Cross Sectional method, the sample in this study amounted to 59 teenagers in Kereng Bangkirai Village RT 01/RW 01 Palangka Raya City. Sampling by purposive sampling using inclusion criteria. Data analysis using Chi Square test. The results of the Chi Square test (P Value = 0.000 <0.05), which means there is a relationship. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescents on the incidence of early marriage. Therefore, to reduce early childhood, the quality of education should be improved.

Abstract

Tuberculosis was still a health problem for Indonesian and internationally, so it was one of the sustainable health development goals (SDGs), the success of TB treatment was influenced by the level of knowledge, family support and compliance of patients taking drugs, but in fact, because the long treatment period makes patients become saturated this was a factor that causes patients to not comply with taking drugs. The purpose of this research was to find out the relationship between the level of knowledge and family support with adherence to taking medications in tuberculosis sufferers. The research design was quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach, the research sample was all tuberculosis sufferers as many as 35 people who were in the work area of Pukesmas Pahandut, the statistical test used was a chi-square test with the help of a computer. Based on this research result, it may be concluded that had a good level of knowledge as many as 30 respondents (85.7%) had good family support as many as 28 respondents (80%) and obediently took drugs as many as 28 respondents (80%), there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and family support with adherence to taking drugs in tuberculosis sufferers with a pvalue value = 0.000 (α<0.05). Therefore, it was important for sufferers to increase their knowledge about tuberculosis and it will be better if the family provides support to the sufferer so that the patient was more motivated to recover and obey in taking drugs during the tuberculosis treatment period.

Abstract

Smoking is one of the factors that can cause various health problems, one of which is hypertension. However, in reality there are still many people who still smoke and do not care about the dangers of smoking for their health and those around them so that it becomes a trigger for various diseases, one of which is hypertension. Research Objectives of this study was to analyze the relationship between smoking behavior and hypertension in the working area of ​​the Jekan Raya Public Health Center. The design of this study used a cross sectional method. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Samples were taken as many as 33 respondents, namely people of productive age who are in the work area of ​​the Jekan Raya Health Center. The research data was taken using an observation sheet and a digital sphygmomanometer, after tabulating the existing data were analyzed using a chi square test analysis assisted by a computer. The results showed that there was no significant correlation between smoking behavior and the incidence of hypertension in the work area of ​​the Jekan Raya Health Center. The analysis of the chi square statistical test obtained p value = 0.643. Although the results of the study have no correlation but still maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle without cigarette smoke, because the substances contained in cigarettes will affect the health of the body and can be a factor causing hypertension.

Abstract

Exclusive breast milk (ASI) is the first and foremost food for babies from 0-6 months of age, in fact there are still many mothers who choose to give formula milk with the assumption that formula milk is better than exclusive breastfeeding. Lack of knowledge from the community and support from families that the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding are very important for babies. To anticipate this, it is necessary to provide health education to increase knowledge and attitudes of mothers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on knowledge and attitudes of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding. The design of this study uses an experimental with a one-group pre-posttest design. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers, with a total sample of 42 respondents. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data for this study were collected twice, once before and once after the intervention, using a questionnaire. The existing data were tabulated and then analyzed using the Mc nemar test analysis test and marginal homogeneity. The results showed that there was an effect of health education on knowledge (p 0.000 a 0.05) and attitudes (p 0.001 a 0.05) of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding. For the puskesmas, they should increase socialization and outreach to the community, especially for mothers to breastfeed their babies immediately after giving birth for 6 months or to give exclusive breastfeeding without other additional food for 6 months.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus or DM is a collection of symptoms that arise in a person marked by an increase in blood glucose levels above the normal value. Indonesia is ranked 7th out of 10 countries with the highest number of sufferers, which is 11.3%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and dietary compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Kereng Bangkirai Health Center. Analytical descriptive with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all DM patients in the working area of the Kereng Bangkirai Health Center. The sample in this study were 66 people with DM who were controlled at the Kereng Bangkirai Health Center with a side technique using purposive sampling. The data of this study taken using questionnaires and interviews after tabulating the existing data were analyzed using Chi Square test analysis. The results showed that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and dietary compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Kereng Bangkirai Health Center area. (With p value 0.000 <a 0.05). ) means that there is a relationship between knowledge and the level of adherence to diet therapy in Diabetes Mellitus patients. It is hoped that people with diabetes will always be able to adhere to the diet recommended by health workers to be able to sort out foods that can be eaten or not for people with diabetes.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the Dengue virus which is transmitted through the bite of the Aedes Aegypti mosquito and enters the human bloodstream. One of the triggers for the transmission of DHF at this time is the lack of knowledge and actions of a person in preventing and eradicating mosquito nests. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between public knowledge about 3m plus and the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). The design of this study used an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was the entire community in the working area of ​​the Kereng Bangkirai Health Center with a total sample of 42 respondents. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data of this study were taken using a questionnaire. After tabulating the existing data were analyzed using the Chi-Square . analysis test. The results showed that there was a relationship between public knowledge about 3m Plus and the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) (P 0.000 <a 0.05). For the Community Health Center, they can increase outreach activities or programs to prevent the occurrence of DHF such as distributing abate powder, distributing pamphlets, increasing confirmation about the PSN program and providing information to the public about DHF and how to prevent it.

Abstract

The world is shocked by the emergence of a new type of virus, a virus known as the corona virus. Coronaviruses (CoV) are part of a family of viruses that cause illness ranging from the flu to the more severe illness of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV). At the Jekan Raya Health Center there were 121 cases with 2 deaths and 113 cases recovered. Therefore, prevention of this disease. This study aims to determine the level of the relationship between knowledge and COVID-19 prevention behavior in the community at the Jekan Raya Public Health Center, Palangka Raya City. The design of this study used an analytic survey, this research was conducted at the Jekan Raya Health Center in Palangka Raya City on July 22, 2022. The population of this study was all people who visited the Jekan Raya Health Center in Palangka Raya City. City with a sample of 65 people. The test in this study is a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results showed that the respondents' knowledge of Covid-19 prevention was mostly in the good category 56 (86.1%). The Chi-Square test of respondents' knowledge and behavior shows p value = 0.000 a < 0.01 from the data results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between respondents' knowledge and COVID-19 prevention behavior in the community.
