ABSTRACT : THE EFFECT OF FOOT GYM ON NEUROPATH PERIFER DIABETES MELLITUS PATIENTS USING IPTT SCORES (IPSWICH TOUCH TEST)IN WORKING AREA OF HEALTH CENTERCENTRAL METRO 2019 Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is a disease caused by a relative or absolute lack of insulin. About 1.6 million deaths in the world are directly caused by diabetes and 2.2 million deaths due to diabetes complications. Complications that are experienced by people with diabetes mellitus are changes in the peripheral nervous system, peripheral neuropathy. The prevalence of neuropathy in diabetics reaches more than 90% or almost all diabetics experience it. One way that is believed to help overcome peripheral neuropathy is through foot exercises.Objective: Knowing the effect of foot exercises on peripheral neuropathy of people with diabetes mellitus using the IpTT score (Ipswich Touch Test) in the Center Health Metro 2019.Method: The type of research used was quantitative, pre-experimental design, one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 326 people with diabetes mellitus, the sample size was 21 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Analysis using paired t-test.Result: The results showed the average score of the Ipswich Touch Test (IpTT) pretest was 2.43±1.076 and posttest 3.24±1.179, the mean difference was 0.810±0.602; p-value 0,000 (p
