Abstract

Verbal abuse in children is all forms of greeting parents to children who are threatening, scaring, and insulting. This happens every day at home should be the safest place and refuge for children. Economic, social, employment, lack of knowledge to educate children and parents lack understanding of religion contributing cause parents do violence on their children. Parents commit verbal violence as a way to educate children is naughty and not obedient, so it is necessary to study in order to know the factors related to the behavior of parents in verbal violence against children pre-school age. Quantitative research methods with descriptive analytic approach. The research sample 76 people, with a proportionate random sampling technique. Instrument questionnaire. The research variables include variables such as age, education, economics, attitudes, knowledge, experience, environment, and the dependent variable is the verbal violent behavior. The analysis of univariate and bivariate data using chi square test. Results of this study there was no correlation with the behavior of a parent education did verbally abuse her son (p = .767), there is no economic relationship with the parents' behavior on their verbal violence (p = .248), there is a correlation between age of knowledge, attitude, experience and the environment there is a relationship with the parents' behavior on their verbal violence (p < 0,001).

Abstract

Reproductive health in adolescents needs attention, because through youth as the next generation to build the nation. Adolescence is a transitional period between childhood and adulthood. At that time, optimal growth and development occurs, primary and secondary sex characteristics arise, fertility is achieved and psychological and cognitive changes occur. Before adolescence, there is a period of transition or transition, called puberty. Puberty is the occurrence of biological changes that include morphology and physiology. This happens rapidly from childhood to adulthood, especially in reproductive capacity, namely changes in the genitals from the child to adult stage. The formulation of the problem in this study is How Knowledge About Puberty In Facing Physical Changes in Early Adolescents at Duta Bakti Elementary School Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of early adolescents about puberty with attitudes towards physical changes. This type of research is qualitative with an analytical observational approach with a cross sectional design. The research population was all 6th grade students at SD Duta Bakti Yogyakarta as many as 98 students. The research sample amounted to 10 students with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used qualitative analysis by analyzing the content of the discussion, with the independent variable being the level of knowledge about puberty and the dependent variable. The results showed that early adolescents' knowledge of puberty was good, this was indicated by adolescents' understanding of good puberty and their attitudes towards understanding and accepting positively the changes they experienced during the pubertal process. Abstract

Some women consider vaginal delivery to be a difficult and dangerous delivery process so that Sectio Cesarea (SC) tends to be chosen even though the SC method has a risk of infection. In the past, SC was still a scary thing, but with midwifery technology the paradigm is starting to shift. Now SC delivery is often an alternative choice of delivery even without medical indication. Midwives cannot refer without medical indication if using BPJS Kesehatan. This qualitative descriptive study with an empirical judicial approach, namely analyzing the trend of increasing SC action in private hospitals, types of medical indications and non-medical indications for SC action, advocacy of midwives in referral of SC patients, and collaboration between midwives and Second-Level Health Care Provider Social Security Management Agency. The results of the SC action study were based on medical indications according to 19 screening for mothers who gave birth to be referred. Children are expensive, cannot stand the pain and can't wait to go through the labor process as a reason for non-medical indications for SC action, Midwives advocate for normal delivery if there is a medical indication that a referral will be made, Midwifery collaboration is carried out according to Social Security Management Agency provisions and there is no fee, except for general patients but it was the doctor who provided not the referral hospital. Midwife advocacy is needed to be able to suppress SC action without medical indication and the Government can improve Social Security Management Agency services to be more integrated.

Abstract

Abstract: Every woman wants to have a baby safely. Delivery can be normal or Section Cesaria (SC). Midwives who experience complications are referred to by the midwife as PPK I to the PPK II BPJS Hospital. SC measures include BPJS Health capitation. The referral flow is regulated by the National Health system which is divided into first-level health services (PPK I). and advanced level (PPK II). The implementation of the referral still encountered problems in PPK II such as patient refusal. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with an empirical judicial approach, namely analyzing the process of patient referral for SC measures related to BPJS, collaboration between midwives and PPK II BPJS, obstacles and problem solving for patient referral for SC action. The results of the SC action research are based on medical indications, the referral process from PPK I to PPK II has no obstacles in accordance with the rules and uses the BPJS SISRUTE, Midwives do not get fees for referring BPJS patients in PPK II, obstacles in the form of requests for BPJS class advancement, financing claims BPJS is sometimes jammed, the patient refuses to be referred because the room is not available. Resolving these obstacles requires the socialization of BPJS regulations, regular financial management, and the maximum use of SISRUTE. Therefore the need for the Government to always improve the quality of BPJS services with clear regulations.Abstrak: Setiap perempuan ingin melahirkan bayi dengan aman. Persalinan dapat secara normal atau Section Cesaria (SC). Persalinan yang mengalami penyulit dirujuk Bidan sebagai PPK I ke Rumah sakit PPK II BPJS. Tindakan SC termasuk kapitasi BPJS Kesehatan. Alur rujukan diatur oleh sistem Kesehatan Nasional yang terbagi menjadi pelayanan Kesehatan tingkat pertama (PPK I). dan tingkat lanjutan (PPK II). Pelaksanaan rujukan tersebut masih menemui masalah di PPK II seperti adanya penolakan pasien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan yudiris empiris yakni menganalisis proses rujukan pasien tindakan SC terkait BPJS, Kerjasama bidan dengan PPK II BPJS, Hambatan dan penyelesaian masalah rujukan pasien tindakan SC. Hasil penelitian Tindakan SC didasarkan pada indikasi medis, proses rujukan dari PPK I ke PPK II tidak ada kendala sudah sesuai dengan aturan dan menggunakan SISRUTE BPJS, Bidan tidak mendapatkan pembayaran tambahan (fee) dalam merujuk pasien BPJS di PPK II, hambatan berupa permintaan naik kelas BPJS, klaim pembiayaan BPJS yang kadang macet, adanya penolakan pasien dirujuk dengan alasan ruangan tidak tersedia. Penyelesaian hambatan tersebut perlunya sosialisasi aturan BPJS, manajemen keuangan yang teratur, penggunaan SISRUTE secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu perlunya Pemerintah selalu melakukan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan BPJS dengan regulasi yang jelas.

Abstract

The prenatal and postnatal periods require contraceptive counseling to increase understanding of the benefits of contraception for reproductive health. The purpose of this literature review is to analyze the results of research related to the effectiveness of contraceptive counseling carried out in the prenatal and postnatal periods to increase the use of modern contraception. Writing this journal uses a literature study approach from several databases, namely PubMed, ProQuest and Google Scholar. Eight research journals reported that interventions in various forms and media led to better knowledge, more positive attitudes, and higher intentions towards contraceptive uptake. The results of the study can be used as a source of information to help solve health problems, especially regarding decision making using modern contraception.Keywords: Counseling, Family Planning, Contraception, Women of Childbearing Age

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Institusi pendidikan kebidanan memiliki peranan yang penting dalam mencetak tenaga bidan yang profesional dan berkualitas. Untuk dapat menghasilkan tenaga bidan yang profesional sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, maka dibutuhkan model pembelajaran yang efektif dan inovatif. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang telah banyak diteliti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi idividu mahasiswa maupun profesi termasuk profesi kebidanan adalah reflective learning. Pembelajaran menggunakan model reflective learning dinilai efektif.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui kegiatan reflective learning pada mahasiswa Akademi Kebidanan Yogyakarta.Metode: Jenis penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di Akademi Kebidanan Yogyakarta. Sampel penelitian mahasiswa tingkat I, II, dan III. Pengambilan sampel meng- gunakan minimal sample size. Variabel penelitian yaitu: variabel independen adalah reflective learning. Variabel dependen adalah sikap profesional mahasiswa kebidanan.Hasil: Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik (p<0.05) antara variabel bebas (reflective learning) de- ngan variabel terikat (sikap profesional) dengan perbandingan prevalensi 2,13 95% CI (1,62-2,78)Simpulan: Mahasiswa yang melakukan reflective learning secara baik akan berpeluang untuk melakukan sikapprofesional yang baik dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa yng melakukan reflective learning yang tidak baik.ABSTRACTBackground: Midwifery educational institutions have an important role in the scoring power of professional and qualified midwives. To be able to produce a professional midwife as expected, then it takes a model of effective and innovative learning.Objective: To know the effectiveess of reflective learning on Student Academy Midwifery Yogyakarta.Method: This type of research survey with descriptive study. The research at Academy of Midwifery in Yogyakarta. Sample student research level I, II, and III. Sampling using a minimum sample size. Variable independent vari- able research, namely is the reflective learning. The dependent variable is the attitude of professional midwifery students.Result: The result showed statistical significance (P <0.05) between the independent variable (reflective learning)with the dependent variable (professional attitude) with a prevalence ratio 2.13 95% CI (1.62 to 2.78).Conclusion: Students who did reflective learning finely will have a chance to do a good professional attitude.

Abstract

Communication is the most important key to building a good relationship between everyone. Delivering messages orally or in writing expects someone to be able to read or hear what is being said correctly. Effective communication is highly dependent on a person's skills in sending and receiving messages. The purpose of this community service is to improve the ability of cadres to communicate effectively to support their duties as family planning cadres. Implementation of activities by providing material on effective communication to 50 cadres in Panggungharjo Village using lecture, question and answer methods, and roleplay, using LCD Projector and Power Point media. Many participants asked questions related to effective communication techniques to solve problems and obstacles encountered in the field when providing communication, information, and education (CIE), as well as when motivating couples of childbearing age to use contraception. Effective communication training that explains the meaning, purpose, benefits of communication and barriers to communication can improve the ability of cadres to communicate effectively.

Abstract

Perilaku agresif remaja merupakan keadaan emosi dari perasaan frustasi dan benci yang diproyeksikan dengan kekerasan baik secara fisik dan verbal terhadap lingkungan atau terhadap diri sendiri. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui perbedaan faktor penyebab perilaku agresif remaja SMA negeri dan swasta Bantul. Metode penelitian menggunakan observasional kuantitatif. Sampel 62 siswa. Analisis data Uji T-Independent. Hasil penelitian faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku  agresif remaja SMA Negeri yaitu  faktor keluarga, masyarakat, sekolah dan teman sebaya, berbeda dengan remaja SMA Swasta yaitu faktor keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat, teman sebaya tidak menunjukkan faktor perilaku agresif.
