Abstract

This research aims to describe the development of video tutorials for learning to draw natural objects for students of class VII SMPN 1 Tonra. This research is a type of research and development (R&D). Development models use 4D models consisting of Define (definition), Design (design), Develop (development), Dissemination (dissemination). But in this study it only reached the stage of Develop. From the results of assessments or validations conducted by material experts and media experts on the resulting video tutorial media, obtained a rating score of 95.15% from material experts, and 89.7% from media experts. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the video tutorial media for learning to draw nature is worth using and developing, and is expected to help teachers and students in the learning process.Keywords: learning media, video tutorials, drawing natural objects. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan video tutorial untuk pembelajaran menggambar alam benda bagi peserta didik kelas VII SMPN 1 Tonra. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan menggunakan model 4D yang terdiri dari Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), Dissemination (penyebarluasan). Namun pada penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap Develop. Dari hasil penilaian atau validasi yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media terhadap media video tutorial yang dihasilkan, diperoleh skor penilaian sebesar 95,15% dari ahli materi, dan 89,7% dari ahli media. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video tutorial untuk pembelajaran menggambar alam benda ini layak digunakan dan dikembangkan, serta diharapkan dapat membantu pendidik dan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci : media pembelajaran, video tutorial, menggambar alam benda.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) Develop local art teaching materials with the aim of knowing the ability to understand, appreciate, and analyze students in aspects of historical background, concepts, and artwork in South Sulawesi 2) Measuring the feasibility of local art teaching materials in the Postgraduate Program in Arts Education Study Program Universitas Negeri Makassar. This research refers to the development procedure developed by Borg & Gall which consists of ten steps that are arranged systematically, with easy-to-understand explanations, and can direct the developer from the beginning to the end of the study. In research on the development of teaching materials, it was only carried out up to nine steps, product dissemination or distribution activities were not carried out due to limited funds and time of the researcher. The components of the learning package developed in this study are textbooks, media presentations, and appreciation tests. The stages in research and development of this instructional package consist of four phases: the initial study phase and the development phase, the implementation phase, the testing and evaluation phase. Learning packages for Local Art Studies in the form of teaching materials, media presentations and appreciation test sheets produced in this study are feasible packages to be used in the learning process in the subject of Local Art Studies at the Universitas Negeri Makassar Postgraduate Program in Fine Arts Education. This is because the package developed has fulfilled the validity criteria, practicality, and effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to develop punctuation in Aksara Lontara. The addition of consonants has long been a heated debate between those who want to add punctuation to dead letters and those who refuse. They refused on the grounds that they wanted to preserve the culture as the original script. While those who want to develop on the grounds that everything can be developed to adjust the development of the times. It is also recalling that various script in this world experiencing development for example Latin and Arabic script. This research was carried out through Research and Development procedures, with field trials. The main objective of this study is to develop textbooks that contain writing techniques for Aksara Lontara, and the development of punctuation used as symbols of consonants. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and conducting in-depth interviews with respondents including material experts, media experts and observers of the Aksara Lontara. The results of the study showed 89% of the respondents stated their agreement to develop the Aksara Lontara. Based on the results of the study, the researchers set a small "MA" letter is placed on the script as one of the development of punctuation, for example a small "MA" letter placed above "RA" will say "r". As a product, this study produces a standard about the process and practical steps for writing the Aksara Lontara.
