Abstract

This research was conducted at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru which is located at Jalan H. Imam Munandar No. 17 Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion Implementation on Room Service Consumer Satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method with the SPSS program. The population in this study were all visitors to Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru in 2020. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula, namely the Accidental Sampling technique.Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis and significance test with t test (partial test) f test (simultaneous test). The results of this study indicate the results of the first t-test hypothesis, Service Quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Second, the implementation of the promotion has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. The results of the f-test of Service Quality and Promotion Implementation simultaneously have a significant effect on Room Service Consumer Satisfaction at Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru.Keywords: Service Quality, Promotion Implementation, Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the meanings of maf'ul mutlaq contained in surah Al-Ahzab, as well as knowing the wazan of each maf'ul mutlaq. the method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with surah Al-Ahzab as primary data, and journals and relevant books as secondary data. The result of this research found 9 maf'ul mutlaq. Of these 9, which means to strengthen the fiil (taukid) is found in 3 verses. While the other 6 verses mean to explain the type (naw'). Of the 9 maf'ul mutlaq, there are also 3 maf'ul mutlaq with فَعَّلَ, 3 with فَعَلَ – يَفْعُلُ, 1 with فَعْلَلَ, 1 with تَفَعَّلَ, and 1 with فَعَلَ – يَفْعَلُ.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the internal control system of employee payroll at PT Penjaminan Jamkrindo Syariah. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through literature study and analysis of payroll processes within the company. The payroll process in PT Jamkrindo Syariah consists of several stages, including employee data management, attendance recording using fingerprint, payroll calculation with specially designed Excel worksheets, verification and authorization, salary payment via bank transfer, accounting recording, and documentation. The results indicate that the company has implemented a fairly good payroll procedure supported by technology and proper documentation, which promotes efficiency, transparency, and accountability. The strengths of the system include the use of fingerprint for accurate attendance, semi-automated Excel calculation to minimize human errors, and complete payroll documentation. However, several weaknesses remain, such as the lack of segregation of duties, the absence of dual authorization in payroll approval, and the risk of manipulation when the fingerprint system fails. These weaknesses are inconsistent with internal control theories and may violate Islamic principles of justice (al-‘adl) and trustworthiness (amanah). Overall, the internal control system of payroll at PT Jamkrindo Syariah is adequate but needs improvements to enhance effectiveness and compliance with sharia values.).

Abstract

Although Arabic diglossia between fusha and ‘ammiyah has been widely examined in sociolinguistic studies, Arabic as a Foreign Language curricula in Indonesia largely remain fusha-centered and structurally oriented, with limited attention to the sociolinguistic and communicative realities of Arabic-speaking communities. This study addresses this gap by examining the functional use of fusha and ‘ammiyah in social interaction and analyzing their implications for Arabic language curriculum development in Indonesia. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach based on a critical review of relevant sociolinguistic and pedagogical literature, this research synthesizes conceptual findings on Arabic diglossia and curriculum orientation. The findings indicate that the dominance of a fusha-centered structural approach creates a mismatch between learners’ linguistic competence and the communicative practices of native Arabic speakers, who predominantly rely on ‘ammiyah in everyday interaction. This study contributes to Arabic language pedagogy by proposing a conceptual framework for integrating selective ‘ammiyah elements into the curriculum alongside the development of intercultural communicative competence. Such integration is expected to enhance learners’ contextual, pragmatic, and sociocultural abilities, enabling more effective and authentic communication in real-life Arabic-speaking environments.
