Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of three-star hotels in Pekanbaru City through the SWOT method. The method used in this study is descriptive and SWOT analysis in order to find out the obstacles faced by threestar hotels and provide the right alternative strategy to be applied to the threestar hotel industry in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study is the entire three-star hotel industry. in Pekanbaru City as many as 27 business units. The sampling technique used the census technique, so the sample in the study was 27 business units. The results showed that the analytical methods used were EFAS matrix, IFAS matrix, and IE matrix. Based on the analysis of the external and internal environment, the three-star hotel industry in Pekanbaru City is in a growth position where the concentration strategy is vertical. This means that this strategy is the main strategy for companies that have a strong competitive market in a highly attractive industry, in this case the company must minimize costs and inefficient operations so it is necessary to apply a WO strategy. In implementing the WO strategy, the three-star hotel industry in Pekanbaru City needs to prioritize the implementation of the strategy of creating price variants in order to have attractiveness and create jobs that can filter skilled and qualified workers. Increase promotional activities as well as expand markets and improve product quality in order to attract consumers from various sectors.Keywords: Three Star Hotel Industry, SWOT Analysis,IE Matrix

Abstract

Pengujian paparan radiasi pada ruang panoramik dengan menggunakan surveymeter di instalasi radiologi RSUD Kabupaten Tangerang.  Dosis radiasi yang diterima pekerja radiasi harus diketahui demi keselamatan kerja. Pada penelitian ini juga  dianalisis efektivitas perisai radiasi pada ruang panoramik. Pengukuran dilakukan pada saat ekspose dengan pesawat panoramik menggunakan surveymeter. Pengukuran dosis paparan diambil di titik-titik yang telah ditentukan di dalam maupun diluar ruang panoramik juga dilakukan pengukuran laju dosis (Dx). Pengukuran efektivitas perisai di ambil pada sekeliling dinding ruangan panoramik, pintu masuk dan shielding. Hasil perhitungan paparan dosis radiasi pada ruang panoramik sisi kiri 0,945 mSv/h, sisi kanan 3,363 mSv/h, sisi depan 0,439 mSv/h, sisi bagian dalam pintu 0,161 mSv/h, depan shielding 0,947 mSv/h,  belakang shielding 0,039 mSv/h. Hasil perhitungan paparan dosis radiasi di luar ruangan yaitu ruang BMD 0,012 mSv/h, ruang operator 0,02 mSv/h, ruang pendaftaran 0,032 mSv/h dan pintu luar 0,061 mSv/h. Uji paparan pada titik-titik yang telah dilakukan pada pengukuran laju dosis ( dengan jarak 1 meter dari tiap-tiap tembok dengan ketebalan tembok 20 cm mendapatkan hasil tembok I 9,03 x  mSv/h, tembok II 3,21 x mSv/h, tembok III 4,19 x   mSv/h, tembok IV 2,89 x shielding dengan tebal 5 cm : 0,061 mSv/h, pintu dengan tebal 4 cm : 0,029 mSv/h. Efektivitas perisai radiasi terdapat pada Ruang BMD (Bone Mineral Density) 98,73 %, ruang Operator 99,4 %, pendaftaran : 92,71 %, pintu bagian belakang : 90,06 %, atap beton : 99,20 %, belakang shielding :  95,88 %. Dari hasil uji yang telah dilakukan, ruangan panoramik aman untuk pekerja radiasi karena paparan radiasi yang diterima lebih kecil dari nilai batas aman menurut Perka Bapeten no 4 tahun 2013.
