ABSTRACT This study aims to explain the role of Pancasila Education learning in instilling the values and norms of decency in class V-B of Nglempong State Elementary School, identify obstacles in learning, and analyze the impact on students' behavior and attitudes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which aims to observe phenomena or symptoms that occur naturally in the field. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed that Pancasila Education learning in class V-B of Nglempong State Elementary School plays a role in instilling moral values and norms. In the learning process, teachers apply a contextual learning approach, involve strategies consisting of the use of learning models and methods, and are supported by showing exemplary and habituation in the school environment. However, the cultivation of moral values and norms experiences obstacles that come from internal factors of students and schools as well as external factors from the family and community environment. Nevertheless, this planting has had a positive impact as reflected in the attitudes and behaviors of students who are able to understand, live, and apply the values and norms of decency in everyday life.
