<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Serang District Court Decision Number: 4/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Srg. according to PERMA No. 4/2019 concerning Procedures for Settlement of Simple Lawsuits, and countermeasures against obstacles that occur in the implementation of executions based on PERMA No. 4/2019. This type of research is normative juridical and case studies through a legal approach. The results showed that the decision on a simple lawsuit in the Serang District Court Decision Number 4/Pdt.GS/2019/PN.Srg based on PERMA No.4/2019 was carried out based on the principles of ordinary civil procedure law by determining the auction for the implementation of confiscation guarantees through the KPKNL. The concept of regulating the implementation of a simple lawsuit at the Serang District Court in its legal application has not been effective with the finding of a simple lawsuit settlement and the determination of guarantees exceeding the time limit determined by Perma Number 4 of 2019.Keywords: Arrangement; Execution; Simple Lawsuit. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Serang Nomor: 4/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Srg. sesuai PERMA No. 4/2019 tentang Tata Cara Penyelesaian Gugatan Sederhana, dan penanggulangan terhadap kendala yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan eksekusi berdasarkan PERMA No. 4/2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dan studi kasus melalui pendekatan hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Putusan atas gugatan sederhana dalam Putusan PN Serang Nomor 4/Pdt.GS/2019/PN.Srg berdasarkan PERMA No.4/2019 dilakukan berdasarkan asas hukum acara perdata biasa dengan penetapan lelang pelaksanaan penjaminan sita melalui KPKNL. Konsep pengaturan pelaksanaan gugatan sederhana di Pengadilan Negeri Serang dalam penerapan hukumnya belum efektif dengan ditemukannya penyelesaian gugatan sederhana dan penetapan jaminan melebihi batas waktu yang ditentukan oleh Perma Nomor 4 Tahun 2019.Kata Kunci: Penataan; Eksekusi; Gugatan Sederhana.]]>
