Abstract

Dampak pandemic yang serius terjadi di sector ekonomi. Banyak pelaku ekonomi gulung tikar sehingga pertumbuhan ekonomi turun drastic ke tingkat yang sangat rendah. Kondisi ini tidak boleh dibiarkan terus menerus. Harus ada banyak upaya sekecil apapun untuk membangkitkan kembali pertumbuhan ekonomi. Semua elemen bangsa diharapkan berperan aktif untuk memulainya sesuai dengan bidangnya masing-masing. Program pengabdian masyarakat kali ini berfokus pada program pelatihan budidaya sayur organic hidroponik bagi warga RT 03 RW 04 Medokan Semampir Surabaya. Bidudaya sayur ini menggunakan air limbah kolam ikan lele sebagai medianya. Pelatihan dan praktek berlangsung selama 4 bulan (September – Desember) di tahun 2021. Dan ternyata dari dua lahan yang tersedia yaitu lahan degan ukuran 1 x 5 meter dan lahan dengan ukuran 1 x 2 meter, dapat menghasilkan 2.5 kg kangkong, 2 kg pakcoy, 2 kg bayam dan 1.5 kg selada keriting dengan keuntungan sebesar Rp.81.375,- per sekali panen atau sebesar Rp. 406.875,- per tahunnya. Pendapatan sebesar itu sudah teramat cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sayuran sebuah keluarga dengan empat anggota keluarga selama satu bulan. Di sisi lain, harga sayur organic mempunyai nilai ekonomi dua kali lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan sayur non organik. Sementara itu kecenderungan masyarakat lebih menyukai sayur organic semakin tinggi. Artinya ada peluang bisnis yang menjanjikan yang tidak boleh dilupakan.Keywords: pandemi covid-19, sayuran, hidroponik, peluang bisnis

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions to buy beverages online on marketplaces. The variables used are product, price, promotion, location, service quality, marketplace usability, and trust. The sample consists of 150 respondents. The Likert scale is used as the data collection model, and statistical analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. After analyzing the data, this research has obtained results indicating that product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), location (X4), service quality (X5), marketplace usability (X6), and trust (X7) have a significant impact on buyer's decisions with a magnitude of 0.732 (73.2%), which means that all variables contribute and affect consumer purchase decisions by 73.2%, while the remaining 26.8% is attributed to other factors beyond the scope of this study. The results of the F-test analysis show that collectively, all variables significantly impact consumer purchasing decisions. The t-test analysis indicates that the research hypotheses for variables X1, X2, X6, and X7 significantly influence consumer purchase decisions, while variables X3, X4, and X5 do not significantly affect consumer decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of Competence and Performance of BiLiK Hotel Training Alumni on Hotel User Satisfaction in the city of Tegal. The population in this study consists of the leaders and management staff in each hotel in the city of Tegal, totaling 50 individuals. The sample used is a saturated sample, which means that the entire population becomes the research sample. The sampling technique in this study uses a questionnaire. The analysis includes validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results of this study show that competence (X1) has a positive and significant influence on hotel user satisfaction in the city of Tegal, and performance (X2) also has a positive and significant influence on hotel user satisfaction in the city of Tegal. Based on the F-test, both competence and performance have a simultaneous and significant impact on hotel user satisfaction in the city of Tegal. Based on the multiple linear regression test, it is found that of the two regression coefficient values of the independent variables (competence and performance), competence has the most significant influence on the dependent variable (satisfaction) with a coefficient of 0.713.
